I am passionate about helping people be Better Equipped with the grace and truth of Jesus, and I do this through 2 primary methods: First and foremost, I do this through relational discipleship, meeting people’s spiritual needs exactly where they need it the most, and secondly, through creating impactful, dynamic and diverse online resources that can help equip anyone, anywhere and at anytime.
I think you’d agree that the world we live in is becoming increasingly post-Christian and even post-truth. It is eternally important and urgent that we have people within the kingdom of God who are able to equip believers to live as missionaries within their personal mission field where God has placed them.
Ephesians 4:11-12 says, “So Christ Himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip His people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up"
The ministry of Better Equipped exists because of God’s grace in my (Cody's) life over the course of many years and through the confirmation of God’s people, that I am called to help build up and equip the body of Christ as an evangelist, pastor, and teacher, so that more of God’s people will be equipped to stand firm in their faith and take the hope of the Gospel to the world around them.
