Joining Hannah today is her friend Paul Basagoitia. Paul is a professional mountain biker whose career was soaring when, in 2015, he suffered a devastating spinal cord injury at the Red Bull Rampage. In today’s episode, they talk about his recovery and rehab process. Paul was paralyzed from the waist down and worked his way to being able to walk again. He also just ran a half-marathon! Paul says that time is the best form of healing and speaks on his mindset through the entire process. Enjoy!
