Sheena began her career as a critical care nurse, caring for patients with complex medical needs in a hospital setting. Her years in critical care sparked a drive to make a difference in preventative health, as she observed that many of the chronic conditions patients faced were preventable through better metabolic management. After earning her master’s degree as a Nurse Practitioner, Sheena shifted her focus to weight loss and metabolic medicine, where she now works with clients to optimize their health.
Currently, Sheena is integrating hormone health, seeing firsthand how metabolic health, hormones, and lifestyle factors are deeply interconnected. Her goal is to empower clients to understand the importance of metabolic health, using medications and lifestyle changes as tools for achieving lasting wellness. She’s passionate about helping others cultivate a proactive approach to health that leads to long-term, positive outcomes.
