Episode 189: A Bizarre Encounter with a Seller

On today’s episode Stacy and Erin sit down for a good old fashioned catch up. But the conversation takes a turn when Erin recounts a a strange encounter with a potential seller.  It starts out with a few particular demands and as the whole situation begins to unravel it’s revealed that this seller has a bizarre pattern of wanting to interview female agents only and making very unsettling and specific demands. Luckily Erin has enough good sense to back out before it’s too late. Plus, Stacy goes to an open house and highlights how many pump fakes potential buyers are pulling before ultimately ghosting.
