Anthony Carey is the inventor of the Core-Tex® and Core-Tex Sit, revolutionary reaction tools currently being used by professional sports teams and individual athletes, health clubs, physical therapy clinics and major universities in the US and abroad.

Anthony holds a Master’s degree in biomechanics and athletic training and is recognized internationally as a leading expert on biomechanics, corrective exercise, functional anatomy and motor control and their relationships to musculoskeletal pain and function.  Founded in 1994, his company Function First has drawn clientele from 18 countries and 33 states. His clientele has included professional athletes, rock stars, Hollywood producers world renowned scientists and heads of industry.
