Charlene "Charlie" Tooch is currently serving as a health volunteer in the Peace Corps in Uganda, Africa. Currently she works with the youth in a village afflicted with AIDS. She discusses the ups and downs of living in a community so different from anything she has ever known.
Prior to this experience, she was a fitness and finance professional. She likes to say she stretched muscles by day, and money by night. Coaching and teaching strategies to resolve pain and enrich the quality of life both physically and financially have been her obsession for more than two decades. But her crowning achievement and greatest inspiration to live this wild and non-linear life is her 20 year old son, Reese.
She's so thrilled to share her journey with one if its most profound detour conspirators (that’s me) and with all of you too.
