It tells us a ton about how they are doing, and if they're sick, it helps narrow down the possible causes in a short time just by chatting. We then select better diagnostics, saving time and money so we can help your pet faster.
The better we do at the history, the better we can help you give the best care for your friend. In this episode, we'll entertain you while discussing what information helps us, so that you can be ready. It will feel far less like an interrogation or a test, and we'll be able to spend more time helping your pet live their best life!
