Horton is the largest new home construction company in the United States and Ward oversees many aspects of the new communities in this area, from planning through development and construction, and then marketing and sales. This role gives her a unique perspective on the industry. She is also a national speaker, life coach and author who helps real estate professionals learn how to live busy, but balanced, lives.
