Starting off with some silly stories about the older kids, this episode goes through all kinds of important things so make sure you listen through til the end! Heather met with her nutritionist finally and is feeling confident moving forward with some dietary changes. We're hoping she can get more consistent energy in this last part of pregnancy. Heather also had her first big cry in a long, long time and realized she and her husband need to do some emotional work before labor starts, so if you're in that spot too don't panic! You still have time to get to a more comfortable place with your partner too. Maureen and Heather also have some laughs about silly birth stories and chat a bit about preparing for labor.
