Sis, let’s be real — sometimes life pulls us into a pause we didn’t plan. Motherhood, business, faith, and even heartbreak can make us go quiet. But hear me: your silence was never the end, it was preparation.

In this powerful comeback episode, I’m opening up about my own season of pause — why I stepped back since March, what God revealed in the quiet, and how you can return to your calling stronger, more aligned, and more confident than before.

You’ll discover:

  • How to reframe “consistency” when you’re starting again.
  • The three truths I learned about showing up after silence.
  • A faith-rooted pep talk to remind you that your voice still matters.

If you've been billing insilence, second guessing your
voice, or wondering when you'llfinally step into the spotlight,
you're in the right place.
Here there's no fluff, noperfection, just real
conversations about visibility, confidence, and building a

(00:22):
business that works with yourlife, not against it.
So grab your coffee girl, yourtea, or whatever keeps you sane
today.
And let's dive in.
Hey sis, it feels so good to beback behind this mic.
It's been a minute, I gottaadmit, and I know it's been a
long while since the last timey'all heard from me.

(00:45):
And if I'm being completelyhonest, I almost stayed gone.
Girl, life got real.
My face got tested, my brand, myrelationship, my family, and
even my voice had to berealigned.
But here's the thing, silencedoes not mean defeat.
The pause isn't punishment, it'spreparation.
But I had to figure that out thehard way.

(01:06):
And today, I want to talk to youabout what it really looks like
to come back stronger afteryou've been away.
Because if you've been feelingmuted, forgotten, or like your
place has been taken while youwere on pause, sis, this one is
just for you.
I've been away since March.
And in that time, I've walkedthrough motherhood with my six
babies.

(01:27):
I've wrestled with my businessdecisions.
I've had issues in my marriage.
I've pressed into God aboutwhere he's leading me.
And there were moments where Ithought maybe my voice didn't
matter anymore.
God reminded me, my silence wasnot the end.
It was my soil.
The soil where he planted newvision, new confidence, and new

(01:49):
clarity for what he's called meto do.
Maybe you've been in that sameseat.
Sitting quiet, watching everyoneelse shine, wondering if you
missed your chance.
Let me tell you something rightnow.
Your pause does not cancel yourpurpose.
Here's what I learned during mypause, and what I want you to
hold on to in yours.
Number one, the pause preservesyour purpose.

(02:11):
God will pull you back when Heknows you need protecting.
Your pause might have saved youfrom burnout, maybe from wrong
opportunities, or maybe evenfrom stepping into rooms you
weren't ready for.
Number two, the pause purifiesyour priorities.
When everything goes quiet, whatreally matters rises to the
surface.
For me, it was family, faith, and alignment.

(02:33):
What about you?
And number three, the pauseprepares your platform.
Every comeback is stronger whenit's built on reflection, not
just reaction.
Your pause gave you depth.
And now, when you speak, you'llcarry more weight, more
authority, more anointing.
Alright, sis, let's make thispractical.
If you're ready to come backfrom your pause, here are three

(02:55):
things that you can do today.
Number one, write down one thingGod showed you in your quiet
season.
Number two, decide on the nextstep that aligns with your
feelings and not leave youoverwhelmed.
And number three, declare thisover yourself.
Done is better than muted.
Because you don't have to comeback perfect.

(03:17):
You just have to come backpresent.
Now, listen, sis.
This is my first episode back.
And maybe it's your first stepback too.
But let's do this together.
Let's stop apologizing for thepause and start honoring it for
what it is.
Preparation.
You're not behind.
You're not even forgotten.
Let me pray over you before weclose, if you'll allow me to.

(03:38):
Dear Lord, I thank you for everywoman listening.
Thank you for the pause thatprotected her.
Thank you for the vision you'vebeen growing in her.
Give her the courage to returnto her calling with boldness,
with faith, and with confidence.
Let her know she is not too lateand her voice still is needed.

(03:59):
In Jesus' name I pray.
Amen.
Girl, your comeback is alreadyin motion.
Now let's walk it out.
