It started as "The Harmony Exercise Podcast" for a VERY short while alongside my mentor John Denney, which then quickly became the Injured to Elite Podcast that has now turned into Beyond Zero; and today we get to all make a toast and celebrate this momentous occasion together. I only thought it would be right to have you join the party so here is what went down...I decided to host my own Beyond Zero 100th Episode Party in person and live on zoom on Sunday April 2nd 2023. It included popping a bottle of champagne, reading a poem I wrote to commemorate you the listeners titled "The Ears that Listen", sharing stories of the podcast from some of my most loyal audience, and cutting into a special 100th episode cake I made for myself.
