Welcome to Season 2 of Big Ideas With Mesh! Exclusive interviews with dreamers, pioneers, visionaries, and people who challenge the status quo! We will be delving into their story, their dreams, and ultimately their vision for the future.

In our sixth episode of the new season, I catch up with Christina Eanes, who has had a fascinating and varied career to date. She spent more than 15 years of public service with a California police department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation working on an array of programmes including the FBI’s Violent Criminal Apprehension Programme (ViCAP) and their leadership development programme. She is also the author of three books, a YouTube and podcast host and somehow finds the time to run her own professional development company.

During our time together, we spoke about all things human connection,  leadership qualities, training,  understanding other people's points of view, working for a Police Department and the FBI, the magic of escape rooms, how to build a growth mindset, the power of role models and why humour can help get you through life, as well as many other fascinating topics.

This episode was originally recorded on 6th November 2020.
