Best Friends and Love Warriors Amy Palatnick and Jess Donohue have been stockpiling self-love wisdom for decades. Amy is a therapist, coach, author, Nia instructor, meditation teacher, and professional potter. Jess is a yoga (and SUP yoga) teacher, massage therapist, photographer, group leader, and weight lifter.
