How are you doing doing well?
Speaker 2 (00:58):
I think we've talked before.
Speaker 3 (01:00):
No, I have watched before, but I've never spoken with you.
Speaker 1 (01:04):
All right, Well, hey got one of those voices, but
feel free to share what you've come up to share Christopher.
Speaker 3 (01:10):
Okay, Well, when I was when I was a young kid,
and I was probably about five years old, i was
living in a town called Gilbo in New York, which
is in Skaheri County, and his very rural town.
Speaker 4 (01:25):
I'm so excited for this.
Speaker 3 (01:27):
It was about literally probably about a six or seven
mile drive to the nearest grocery store. And my school
was there was about thirty to thirty five kids per grade,
per grade, not per class, not per class, but per grade.
So it was a small little school, a lot of farms.
(01:50):
I'm I'm on a summobile with my father, and I'm
sitting in the front of the summobile and I've got
my hands placed on this steering the steering wheel, but
the handlebars, if you will, and he's obviously running the controls,
and I'm just a little guy. And there was trails
(02:11):
behind our house. Right behind our house, it kind of
became fairly steep, and there was an old barn abandoned bar.
Now this is probably like nineteen seventy four, seventy three,
seventy four right in there, so there weren't a lot
of media of any of this stuff at that time.
(02:33):
And what I saw in my mind is something that
was sort of unique, because I did not see a
seven eight foot conical had big foot monster. I saw
as we were coming down this trail, which was not
which is hindsight, was not very far from our house,
(02:55):
there was snow on the ground. Obviously we're on a
snowmoll bill, probably eight or ten inches. And as I
was coming down this trail, I'm looking to my right
down a fairly fairly decent drop off, and there's some
pine trees that are down kind of near the bottom
of this hill. As I'm looking down, and I see
(03:15):
two upright brown beings with very black eyes that are
standing there and they're looking at me, and my head
just turned and I'm looking at them, and we're looking
right at each other, probably at a distance of sixty feet,
maybe not far from Gilboa, in a town called West Fulton,
(03:41):
which is in the same county, one of the high
elevations of the county. As well, four people, two of
which I know, were coming home from a town called
Coba Skill, which is the biggest town in the county,
and they had been out to dinner and they'd had
a couple of cocktails in there. They're kind go in
the back way home, but that's sort of where they lived,
(04:03):
you know. And summer night and they're coming down this
road it's called Westfolton Road, and there's something in the
road and it's a nice, warm night, you know, kind
of windows down type of night, eleven o'clock or so.
Nobody is. Nobody is you know, over the limit. Nobody
is crazy. There's no funny stuff going on. They just
(04:24):
had a couple of beers and had dinner. And in
the middle of the road lies a bipedal thing. And
as they come down the road and the lights get
closer and they approach it, it stands up, kind of shoots
them a look, and then you know, one steps it
(04:46):
over into the bank and up the trees and gone,
gone it is. But all four of them, four witness
to it, two of them which I've spoken to, and
you know, freaked out, that's for sure, but not really listen,
we know what bears look like up here, Okay, everybody
like you know, it's there's there's no there's no mistake
(05:08):
in this. So yeah, there's there's a lot of there's
a lot of kiales from up here, that's for sure.
Because there's a lot of country, a lot of deer,
a lot of fresh water, a lot of fish, you know,
and I think it's probably a corridor for him, to
be honest with you.
Speaker 2 (05:24):
Oh yeah, absolutely, yeah, And I'm so glad someone like
you is up there where you're talking to people and
you're you're probably writing it down hopefully so that it's documented.
But uh yeah, that's that's great that you are talking
to people. And I noticed West Fulton is in the
(05:45):
middle of state forests, which.
Speaker 3 (05:47):
Is very interesting, very interesting, that kind interesting. There are
several guys, two guys, one of them was a good
friend of mine who was on a hunt with his
with a bunch of guys and they were doing a
dry and he he saw what he believes was a
female sasquatch. And there was a dry. This is you know,
(06:09):
white tailed deer hunting, and there's a drive. So there's
three or four guys positioned, you know, stationary, and then
there's the young guys kind of do a mile or
so walk to kind of flush out any sort of deer.
But they've flushed out a they flushed out one of
these things and it was a female he saw and
(06:30):
he wasn't the only one that saw it. There was
another guy there was just too out of about ten
saw it and he said to the guy, what was
that And the guy said, I don't know. And he said,
I think we should go back up there. And now
these guys are carrying you know, there are three eights
or shotguns with them, so they're not you know, walking
(06:50):
out there with with the you know, light armament. And
they the guy's like, no way, I'm never going back
out there.
Speaker 4 (06:59):
It is a sas watch story. There's two of them
I have, and it has to do with where I
grew up, where I had that Sasquatch in County. So
years later, my brother, my second eldest brother, he was
(07:22):
by that river area with some friends and this was
past midnight, I think that's what he had said.
Speaker 3 (07:31):
And it was.
Speaker 4 (07:34):
It was it was wintertime and it was no the moon.
You can see the moon. The moon was out. And
this was early two thousands. I would say, I don't
know what specific year, but it was in ship off
New Mexico. Uh, you know, down to someone river where
(07:54):
we had, like I said, where I was I grew
up with my siblings and anyhow, so my brothers, you know,
the next to the river with this his friends and
my sister and he and with some of her friends
(08:16):
and you know, they're they're kind of joking around and
it's pretty cold out there, he was telling me. And
down there's this river down, you know, down the cliff
where we called a fishing spot, and uh, it's a
place where we go and fish every summer. And yeah,
(08:41):
he said, heard this big splash in the river. And
he was just like what, you know, And then everybody
was kind of they're still talking, they're still you know,
they don't pay attention to but who was kind of
who was curious about it? Like, what what was that?
You know? And he said he he went to the
(09:06):
river and he had he looked down, you know, from
from the cliff and he looked down where our fishing
spot was and he said this. He said, he see
this big black, black silhouette, no giant creature, and it
(09:30):
wasn't so visible, but he he knew what it was.
I think, uh sasquatch, you know, it was black. And
he said he walked down, you know, he walked out
further and into the river and they got up to
his waist and he was just standing there and he
(09:54):
said he see the icebergs. You won't go buy that
sasquatch and it just just breaking apart. He's standing there,
he said, as he was watching, he did another one
jump in the second one, and the walk towards the
(10:17):
first one and it kind of stopped the way. And
then he said it was another one jumped into the
river kind of just you know, splashed right in there too.
I forgot how much. He said that sasquatch are there,
but it was quite a few of them, and he
(10:43):
he said he never seen anything like that before, so
you know, I've seen after him, he just took off
and went back to the house, and you know, he
never really talked about it, but he said that that's
what he had witnessed and it was just strange and
(11:07):
half that's one story that he told me, and I
have another story. It was by that same area, but
this was further down. This was like, I don't know,
another fifteen thirty miles down the river, and my I
(11:31):
had some relatives down further by the river and one
of my uncles. Yeah, there were my uncles and my
I guess they were one of my uncles, you know,
he said he was They were all sitting around playing cards,
(11:53):
and it was summertime, and all they had was a
curtain as a as a let's see, it was a window,
and so they had that opened and they were playing cards,
and one of my uncles was leaning back towards that window,
(12:17):
and they said they had seen this hand reach in,
and it was coming towards my uncle
