The previous week has been cool.I did play pools this week.
I lost my game though. Man.
I started out winning like crushing.
Started out like ahead 17 to 5 or like 17 to 7 or something
like that. But after like the third rack,
old boy caught up, boy woke up and was like not missing
nothing. And I was like and I couldn't

and I, and you know, I was stillgetting like one or two balls
per per shot, but he was coming up making 3 or 4 per three, 3 or
4 balls per run. And it was, we couldn't figure
out what was going on, but it was still a close game.
It was fun. It doesn't matter how full win
because that's what the market. I just got a brand new toy.

events because it's SF Pride over here in the Bay Area I went
out to. With your girlfriend.
With my girlfriend and my friendAngel, who's visiting up from
LA, Yeah. And we went to go see Hakeem

He's a great rapper. Small show at the cornerstone in
Berkeley. Super intimate, super dope.
Like he was, he did. There's like a lot of crowd
interaction. He had called one lady up and
was like, you gonna be my sweat wiper for the concert.
And she she was just sitting there chilling.

And then there's this other ladythere who could sign.
And she started like he he saw her like signing in the crowd
and he was like, oh, now I come up on stage and like sign these
next two songs. She was doing that shit, though.
She was like, I don't know, I can't sign but.

birthday parties and BBQ so. You said you got interviewed at

I got invited to some. Oh, it's Pride weekend in
Atlanta soon. So how is Pride weekend in

OK, well and I'm thinking of going to something.

this week? I want to put y'all on to I've
been watching Moonrise on Netflix if y'all have heard that
anime so it's about this. Yeah.
It's about this kid who is raised on Earth, but Earth now
has like colonies on the moon and it's had with Adam for like
quite a while to the point wherelike the moon and nights or the

the the I don't know if they're moonlight, the moon native
earthlings, people who go on on the moon race on the moon.
But I guess still, you know, they're still human.
They are like all like the Earthis not treating us fairly.
They don't give us enough resources as humans do.
And so like they have like there's basically this civil war
going on. It pops off in episode 1 where

the leader of the moon people like blows up these one of the
elevators they have that goes from the earth to the moon and
the main characters parents died.
And so his whole thing, the entire show is to get revenge on
this on the moon man for killinghis parents.
But like for some reason he isn't going to jail because like
they were like, oh, we were likethe police found him.

They're like, oh, you're the reason thing blew up, like it's
your fault. And I'm like his parents built
the space elevator or they were like one of the big backers
behind it. So why are they?
Yeah, but yeah. So I mean, it's pretty
interesting. It's a, it's a, it's a, it's
good to watch. I'm a little confused.
I'm not like episode 12. And I'm a little confused on the

plot 'cause it's gonna jump to alot of different places.

seen all year, probably my favorite show for 2025 and it's
called Iron Heart, which is on Marvel Disney Plus now.

Already OK, cool, So what I'm going to tell you, I'm not going
to go over everything, but it's it's a story about a young black

And I just want to say that the biggest part of this that I am
not loving is these white people.

hours before it came out. Have you seen this thing on the
Internet where it was like a group of white males who were
sitting around talking about howhorrible this show and say, oh,

And they were just sitting around making all these racial
racist jokes about the show. Have you seen this?

think that you need to see it. And also we just got a shout out

All right so anyway Iron Heart is the best show and these white
people they just don't know whatthey're doing.
They did the same thing to ironheart.
They did the same thing to Captain America beats the
president. They did the same thing to

automatically I think it's horrible.
Now Disney is also doing some shady stuff because if they
aren't even promoting it like the red carpet that they have,
there was no alert on my thing to tell me it was live the for

my YouTube or Instagram. They haven't been promoting Iron
Heart since they finished shooting it, since they finished
making it. Exactly, exactly.
It's just been in the can since 2019 or whenever the kind of
whatever was released. But but yeah, they are not doing

Dominique Dorne, who is Ry Wee Williams AKA Ironheart.
They are not doing a good job ofthat.
Those little PSA announcements where Robert Downey Junior calls
her or gives her a shout out on Good Morning America, it's not

So I don't like how Disney he's.White.

if it's not the story you know they should be telling that They
don't say that it is or it isn't.
You're saying they grounded her an A story that is clear and
easy to follow. But you didn't even see the

because men's mental health is also important.
And it's important to me becauseI think a lot of men do not take
care of their mental health. They do not prioritize their
mental health. They do you.

It's not healthy. Yes, I I agree.
Let me just ask you this question because it just popped
into my mind. What do you think of these black
men walking downtown in their suits?
What do you think of that? Have you seen this online?

It's a bunch of black men who follow Omar and listen to
Charlemagne and they're just in suits and they're walking around
like in these different cities. It's like so to be men
empowerment and black men empowerment and like, have you

have you seen these online or inthe Internet?
I think I feel like I've seen stuff like that.
I don't know if I've necessarilyseen exactly what you're talking
about, but but I have seen like things were like, oh, like, you
know, we're black men and we just have been suits on this day
and just go out and do regular stuff.

But they don't do regular stuff there.
It's like 30 or 50, man, just walking downtown.
They don't do no type of give back, no type of help the kids,
no type of cheering on for the first day of school.
It's just like a fashion show with a whole bunch of regular
people, basically. I think that's more about, I

think it's about representation.It's about showing Black people
in a in a way that is distinctlydifferent from how we're strong
in the media. That is not so detrimental that
it's not old. They're all hoods and gangsters
and sagging pants and, you know,ski masks these days.
But they are being detrimental because they aren't adding

anything. So if you aren't being, if
you're not adding to people, you're not volunteering at
church or school or like carrying our food to the
homeless in your suit, then what's the point of what you're
doing is just to be a lot is just to get some lights.
That's the only thing. So that's detrimental.
Representation because I know plenty of like even like wearing

a suit. I know I know black dudes, black
on our own wear suits. I don't think they look good on.
Them. I don't wear suits, I think
they're too European. So to see black men in suits,
especially if they're like stylish and making it their own
and actually like, and it's not just like I bought a suit off
the rack and I put it on and it fits however it fits, then I
think that can be very inspirational.

That can be very life changing. Because when Jadena came out,
that's what made me start wanting to be like, oh, let me
buy some more suits because he'sflying.
Wow. Not that I didn't wear suits
before, but I I wanted more suits after that for more unique
suits. But you don't dress for likes on

These people are trying to get likes on Instagram and Facebook.
That's what I'm trying to say, that the end goal was social
media cloud. But how do you know that?
Because there is nothing else that they were doing, but

I don't believe that they were going for representation.
