It’s has been ridiculously HOT here in Nashville. I’m gonna say it….I HATE July in Nashville! It is miserable…the heat is unbearable…my hair is it’s own entity and the heat is debilitating! But I am the type of person that likes to find solutions and not focus on the problem so my hubby and I decided to enjoy the heat somehow …someway.. We are gathering a list of FREE outdoor things to do, places to see, and places to go for spiritual growth, physical strength and just overall self-care..self-love
