Sports Illustrated is reporting that The Rock is not currently being considered for the main event of WrestleMania 40. And judging by how the last week has gone, it certainly seems as though Cody Rhodes is back on the road to his rematch against Roman Reigns.
So, what changed? Did something change? It's hard to say, but what we do know is that Vince McMahon currently does not have any hand in WWE's Creative direction thanks to Endeavor CEO Ari Emanuel.
At least for now, Triple H has full control to enact his WrestleMania vision. Is Cody Rhodes the right man to face the Tribal Chief in Philadelphia?
