Today's episode may have possible triggers for some so consider this your trigger warning and proceed with caution. I get transparent about some of the events who made me who I am. Some parts are traumatic but these are the events that contributed to my years of depression and have made me who I am. I tell this in hopes that my story will help someone else with their struggles.
