Greetings from indianapolis.

Hello from minnesota uva-esque.
Uh.
Hello from washington dcuva-esque, kathy freund.
Happy labor day.
Weekend from maryland.
Yeah, happy everybody.
(03:22):
You know it's funny, I wasthinking about Labor Day and the
irony of, of course, it was aholiday that was never
celebrated in this organization.
Speaker 1 (03:33):
We were working on
Labor Day.
That's what Labor Day meant inthe steel work Get back to work.
Speaker 2 (03:38):
I think the most that
ever happened, which is so
ironic in retrospect, is that wewere told to wear civilian
clothing that day to make itlook like we weren't working.
Speaker 1 (03:47):
That's right On
holidays, on regular holidays in
the Sea Org, if you worked onlike a Christmas or a
Thanksgiving or New Year's, anyholiday.
Speaker 2 (03:57):
It's not if you
worked when you worked.
Speaker 1 (03:59):
Well, no, I was
saying if we were working on a
holiday we had to wear what wascalled civilians clothes or
civvies, and and some people hadthey joined the sea org in the
70s, so whatever clothes theyhad in the 70s is what clothes
they'd wear on days off.
And there was one dude I'llnever forget.
This guy's name was josh andjosh had like a fur, uh, like
(04:24):
vest that he would wear.
Speaker 2 (04:25):
Didn't it have like
fringe and stuff like that?
Speaker 1 (04:27):
I don't know about
that babe.
Speaker 2 (04:28):
Somebody had fringe,
I remember.
Speaker 1 (04:30):
Fringe.
What does that mean?
Speaker 2 (04:31):
Like you know, when
you have a jacket that has like
the fringes, you know, likedangling down.
Speaker 1 (04:36):
Oh, like tassels.
Speaker 2 (04:37):
Yes, tassels.
Speaker 1 (04:38):
Yes, he did have.
He might have had an outfitthat had tassels Yep, he might
have had an outfit that hadtassels, yep, but he would have
like a corduroy button-downshirt underneath his fur vest.
Speaker 2 (04:50):
Yeah, and it was like
he just stepped out of a portal
from the 70s.
He did look like that Because, sadly, you know, I don't think
it was his fashion sense thatdictated that, it was the fact
that $46 a week if you're luckydoesn't allow much room in the
budget for updated clothing.
Speaker 1 (05:06):
Yeah, why can't he
just wear his normal urban
cowboy gear that he had from the70s?
What does he have to dress uplike the current times for?
Okay, back to reading.
Speaker 2 (05:16):
Okay, betsy, sue,

.
Speaker 1 (09:57):
Of course I had to be
the Okay.
Speaker 2 (09:59):
Lovely.
Speaker 1 (10:00):
Are we good?
We're good.
I don't know what we're doinghere.
We got that.
I don't know what we're doinghere.
We got that.
Oh yeah, we're doing a mediapresentation.
That's what we're doing.
Speaker 2 (10:08):
Yes, we are, so let's
set that up first.
You're the best at that, so putthe camera on you please.
Speaker 1 (10:13):
Well, a lot of people
.
Oh, it's on me there, you goJust in time.
I don't know what that Um anyway.
Uh, a lot of times people saywhy Scientology is doing things
that are obviously illegal, Likeyou're not supposed to do these
things, Yep, but somehow theyget away with it.
(10:34):
Tony Ortega had a story thisweek on um Underground Bunker
about there's a church in Tampathat got lit up for doing all
the same stuff Scientology does,Like dude.
The guy's name is David and hiswife's name is Michelle.
That runs the joint.
Come on, Is this what we livein?
The matrix?
Speaker 2 (10:53):
Yeah, Like the
matching characteristics are
uncanny, they're asking formoney from people.
Speaker 1 (11:01):
They're calling
people up asking them for money.
Speaker 2 (11:04):
He's living a lavish
lifestyle.
They had forced labor.
Speaker 1 (11:07):
Forced labor,
personal servants day and night.
If you read it and you justtook off the name of the church
that got, they were raided bythe FBI.
That's what actually happenedin the report that Tony wrote.
These guys had been raided bythe FBI.
If you took out the name ofwhatever that church was and put
Scientology in there, there'snot one thing in there that
(11:27):
would be inaccurate.
But these guys and these guyshave only been around for like
seven or eight years orsomething like that.
Speaker 2 (11:34):
So anyway, they
haven't hired on the
multimillion dollar law firmsyet to protect their illegal
behavior and that's kind ofwhere this thing is going.
Speaker 1 (11:44):
Yep, scientology.
I mean.
They were raided by the FBI inthe 1970s due to them being the
perpetrators of the largestinfiltration into the United
Government in its history.
Speaker 2 (11:57):
Yes.
Speaker 1 (11:58):
And the Scientology
guys threw one of their
organizations called theGuardian's Office.
Albright and Hubbard was theGuardian and this was his office
, the Guardian's Office and allthey were supposed to do is make
sure that he didn't get introuble.
That was like their mainobjective, and they were
infiltrating government agencies, stealing the files on
(12:19):
Scientology or stealing thecontents of their files that
were bad about them andreplacing it with false stories
of good stuff, and they weredoing this all over the world,
not only in the United Statesgovernment.
They had infiltrated many, manyother governments.
Speaker 2 (12:39):
Yeah, there was a
raid in Canada as well.
Speaker 1 (12:41):
Yeah, there you go.
They got raided in Canada.
They got in big trouble down inCanada.
They got in big trouble down inAustralia.
They got in big trouble in UK.
That's actually kind of thehistory of the sea organization
is Hubbard was like I got to getsomewhere where they can't get
me international waters.
So he's been gaming the legalsystems of multiple countries,
(13:04):
and Scientology has been doingthis for decades and decades,
and one thing they've gottenvery good at is doing that.
And so what they do is theybasically they figure out the
bounds of the law and then theypush that to its utter limits
and if they get in trouble, theyfigure out a way legally how
(13:24):
they're not in trouble, Right, and then and then they
constantly change theircontracts and documents to
reinforce their adjusted andevolved strategies to further
protect themselves.
Yeah, they basically tweak theirdocuments to match the current
laws.
To match the current laws.
So if there was something thatwas illegal in a prior document,
(13:46):
they'll take that out, rewordit in the way that it will
protect them legally and thenget everybody to re-sign it.
I mean at the end base.
At the end base every few yearswe'd have to sign all new
documents.
We'd have to sign all newcontracts, all new employment
forms, all new actors, because alot of us were in films that
(14:07):
Scientology used for training.
We'd have to sign a newwhatever it's called artist
agreement or whatever thatthey'll allow us.
They can use any likeness of usin any way, in perpetuity, for
the rest of time, and none ofour family or anybody can say
nothing about it.
Speaker 2 (14:23):
And we constantly had
to sign non-disclosure
agreements too, saying that forevery breach.
If we ever considered sayinganything, it was going to be,
like I don't know, $25,000 or$50,000 per incident.
Speaker 1 (14:38):
Yeah, per breach, per
breach of convention.
Speaker 2 (14:41):
So you know, let's
just pause for a moment and
imagine if you'd been being paid46 a week for 14 years on a
good week, if you were lucky, you got paid and then now you're
signing a contract that says ifyou were to breach that you
would be paying 25 to 50 000.
I mean, it's just ridiculous,it was.
(15:02):
It was like signing fiction,frankly.
Speaker 1 (15:05):
Yeah, it was also
like who cares?
And also-.
Speaker 2 (15:08):
Like how am I going
to say anything?
I'm in lockup at Supermax atthe end base.
Speaker 1 (15:12):
What am I going to
say?
I think I'm going to escape andtell all your secrets.
That'll never happen.
Speaker 2 (15:16):
Yep.
Speaker 1 (15:19):
And yet here we are.
So, that being said, one of theways they do that is by these
high power attorneys, and Claireand I did launch a lawsuit
against Scientology in 2009.
Correct, and it was ultimatelydismissed.
And in the decision in theappellate court's decision it
(15:44):
said if we had used other causesof action, we might have fared
very differently, such as falseimprisonment, assault and
battery and a couple of othersthat I can't remember at the
moment.
At the time, scientology wasreally involved in a widespread
human trafficking People livingand working and not being
(16:06):
allowed to leave and all thesesort of things and so the
lawyers thought that that wouldbe the best course of action.
The FBI was also investigatingScientology for human
trafficking, so unfortunately, that didn't win out.
But one thing that we noticedis almost I would say almost
right after our case was doneand over with, there was a
(16:30):
lawyer who worked for RTC.
Speaker 2 (16:33):
Yep Religious
Technology Center.
Speaker 1 (16:35):
And that's the
organization that Dave is the
head of, and this gentleman'sname was Mark Marmoreau, and we
both met him in depositionswhere they were taking
statements from us about whathad happened in the church.
Mark Marmoreau didn't know howto pronounce any of the
Scientology terms.
He pronounced David Miscavige'sname wrong.
Speaker 2 (16:59):
He pronounced Thetan
wrong he said operating Thetan.
Yeah, but also during thecourse of the deposition there
were a few times when Mark wouldcome, like we were taking a
break and he would come in andhe would make comments that were
definitely clear that he had noidea what he was talking about
(17:22):
and that, like at one point heeven said I'm not sure, I don't
know who to believe anymore.
Speaker 1 (17:28):
Yeah, yeah, but the
thing that it showed is that he
was this is a guy who a law firmI can't remember.
Was it Proskauer Rose?
Yes, yeah, so there was a lawfirm called Proskauer Rose.
It's probably changed namesthese law firms change into.
Their names change all the timebased on partners changing and
(17:48):
all that good stuff but, regardless, at the time it was
called Proskauer Rose and theywere representing, like Walmart
and you know, multi-billiondollar corporations and
Scientology and what they were.
What they were really amazing atwas figuring out how the
(18:09):
companies are doing, what'slegal and whoever's getting
screwed is the one that's, youknow, in the wrong.
They're the ones that didsomething they shouldn't have
done and that's why they'regetting screwed over by this big
company.
Right, that's what I noticed, the similarities, this big
company, right, that's that'swhat I noticed, the similarities
and the and the, and they werealso very proficient in labor
(18:29):
laws, employment contracts, um,you know, corporate structures,
these types of things, and so,essentially, what Scientology
(18:50):
does is they use thesehigh-power law firms to get out
of trouble, and also, when theydo that, it sets sort of a
precedent that, okay, you can'tdo this anymore, because we've
proved that we're on the rightside of this.
So we can do that from now onand there's nothing we can get
in trouble for Right.
So that kind of sets us up onand there's nothing we can get
in trouble for Right.
So that kind of sets us up fortoday.
So here we go.
(19:10):
Law and Scientology Currentissues Can you read these?
Because I mean, I've got.
Speaker 2 (19:15):
We will analyze the
recent appointment of William
Hobbs Foreman and discuss hisinvolvement in cases as
mentioned by Leah Remini.
Gus's involvement in cases asmentioned by Leah Remini.
We will add the link to Leah'sSubstack post that she did this
past week in the description forthis video so you can take a
look at that.
Speaker 1 (19:35):
Yeah, and basically
what the what the thing says?
The gist of it is that there isa new lawyer that's being
appointed as a Supreme Courtjudge in California and he just
happens to be one of thesemulti-million dollar attorney
firm.
Worked at one of thesemulti-million dollar attorney
firms that was working forScientology, Right, and now he
(19:58):
is going to be the judge onwhether or not these things are
legal and when there's casesthat are going to come up, he's
going to say whether Scientologyis in the right or Scientology
is in the wrong.
And when you hear what theseguys have been doing for
Scientology for all these years, this thing even I knew about
the Mark Marmoreau guy beingappointed, but I didn't have any
(20:20):
idea that this guy was beingappointed until I saw this thing
from Leah.
Speaker 2 (20:23):
Yeah, have any idea
that this guy was being
appointed until I saw this thingfrom leah.
Yeah, and I think technicallyhe he would ethically recuse
himself from judging on anyscientology matter.
But, that being said, we bothfelt that it was worthwhile
talking about because there is apattern yeah that is
irrefutable, and you know whatthe outcome is is when you see
(20:45):
yeah, we'll just present you, gothrough it just present the
facts here, guys there you gonot taking any sides.
Speaker 1 (20:50):
Also, this is not
where we are going to talk about
um different, um politicalfigures in different places.
This is not a political thing.
They just happen to be a mayoror just happen to be a governor
and they're connected with thisstuff.
How connected they are, wedon't know that, but we know
(21:10):
that they're doing this, so takeit with what you will.
Speaker 2 (21:14):
It's significant
enough that it's absolutely
worth talking about Casesimilarities.
We'll compare William Hobbs, foreman, and Mark Marmoreau, the
attorney representing ReligiousTechnology Center and Church of
Scientology International.
During our 2009 cases Takingaction.
We will discuss attending thenext California bar meeting and
(21:36):
review where to send complaints,etc.
Speaker 1 (21:38):
Because the whole
point is to raise awareness on
what you can do about it foranyone who has any involvement
and direct knowledge ofsuspicious activities right yeah
Well, basically, we can talkshit about these guys all we
want, okay, and we can tell youthey did this, or here's a
picture of them at the WinterWonderland, at Scientology, or
(21:58):
they got up on stage.
These are facts of what theydid, correct.
This is what.
These are facts of what theydid, correct.
And then if you don't agreewith those things being done,
then there's a way that you cando something, because a lot of
people say why don't they dothis, or why doesn't the FBI do
this, or why doesn't the policedo this?
Because no one's telling onthese guys.
We're the only ones telling onthem.
Speaker 2 (22:18):
Yep.
Speaker 1 (22:19):
And we done already
reported to all those people.
So we did it.
Reported to all those people,so we did it.
So, if we want something tohappen, more people got to do
something, and so that's why wewant to tell you these are the
facts, these are the events asthey occurred, and if you don't
like it, here's some people youcan call or email or send a
(22:39):
letter to, or whatever it isthat we think is possible that
it will make some sort of change.
Speaker 2 (22:44):
Yep, and I feel it's
worth mentioning too that Leah's
article references the 5,000documents.
Um, that came to light.
Uh, you know all the OSA files.
Speaker 1 (22:57):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (22:58):
And those were given
to the Attorney General Office
in 2010.
Yeah, but the problem is thatthe language is so involved and
complicated that, decipheringwhat those documents even mean,
you have to know the lingo whichwe know it's like trying to try
a case that's written in, youknow, Egyptian hieroglyphics.
(23:22):
You got to bring in Markabian.
Speaker 1 (23:25):
Markabian.
Speaker 2 (23:29):
Yeah, it's not even a
.
There's not a translation key,for it's not a planet Earth
language.
So anyway, all right.
So here we go.
William Hobbs, foreman caseinvolvement Number one Haney
sued Scientology for kidnapping, abuse, stalking and libel.
Foreman defended forcedreligious arbitration case
(23:52):
delayed indefinitely.
Number two Bixler suedScientology for oh sorry, oops,
I messed up there.
Give me a second here.
Sued Scientology for harassment.
Foreman fought for religiousarbitration.
Delayed the.
(24:13):
I got this covered up here.
Anyway, he delayed the lawsuit.
Number three Baxter et al.
This is the case with Gwaineand Baxter and Laura Baxter and
Valeska Paris Sued Scientologyfor human trafficking.
Foreman argued children signedreligious obedience contracts.
Delayed claims Remedy.
(24:36):
Number four sued for harassmentand defamation.
Foreman filed anti-slap motion.
Delayed process whileScientology continued to harass
her.
So again, we're just providing.
Speaker 1 (24:48):
These are all the
things that William Hobbs
Foreman, his firm or he directlywas involved with in those four
Scientology cases.
Speaker 2 (24:58):
Yes, okay, exactly.
Speaker 1 (24:59):
There you go,
scientology cases.
Speaker 2 (25:00):
Yes, okay, exactly,
there you go.
Okay, now, this is Mark Marmer, the one and only who did all of
my days of deposition and hedid some of yours, I think too,
or maybe not.
Speaker 1 (25:11):
I think he was there,
but he had very, very dark or
gray, almost white hair when Isaw him.
Speaker 2 (25:17):
Yeah, yeah, oh, there
you go.
They used a good picture.
Speaker 1 (25:20):
So he previously
worked for Jeper.
Speaker 2 (25:24):
Mangels, Butler and
Marmoro.
Yes, Marmoro was the attorneyfor Religious Technology Center
and Church of ScientologyInternational until 2010,
working for Scientology duringour cases in 2009.
So, yes, it was 2009 is when Imet with this person.
Speaker 1 (25:45):
Warren, we lost those
cameras.
Look at that.
Oh, we did.
Yeah, sorry, you keep reading.
Okay, I'm going to fix that.
Speaker 2 (25:51):
Okay, so Mark
Marmoreau was the person that
took my deposition and let'sjust talk about that for a
minute.
That was 10 people in the room, including Warren McShane,
several OSA staff, a personreally live streaming to David
(26:13):
Miscavige, who was providingdirection to Mark Marmoreau
during the deposition, to MarkMarlboro during the deposition,
and it was being filmed, andwe've told this story before,
(26:34):
but it's always a fun fact to methat one of the people filming
our deposition then became amember of Anonymous and turned
down doing any furtherdepositions for Scientology.
We were riding down in theelevator with them, with the
filming crew, after a day ofdeposition and they were just
literally floored Like.
They were like I don't evenknow what to say, this is
insanity.
And we're like, yeah, that wasjust, you know, 2% of what we
(26:57):
have to talk about Anyhow.
So, mark Marmoreau, I don'tknow.
Speaker 1 (27:02):
You've got to tell us
in the comments if we're live,
because on our screen it sayswe're frozen.
Speaker 2 (27:07):
Well, that's fun.
Speaker 1 (27:08):
Yeah, it is fun.
It's a fancy graphics man I'mtelling you yeah well.
Try to do something, Claire arewe good?
Speaker 2 (27:17):
Nope, she says, we're
not good.
Speaker 1 (27:23):
Okay, well no, she
says we're not good.
Okay, well, there you go.
Oh boy, I think what we'regonna do is I'm gonna, I'm gonna
, un-add us and then I'm gonnaadd us back.
Okay, sounds good let's seewhat happens.
Speaker 2 (27:28):
This could be, this
could be great scientology does
not want us talking about this.
You are frozen.
Okay, there you go.
Screen is.
Speaker 1 (27:39):
But they can hear us.
Speaker 2 (27:41):
Well, that's fun.
Speaker 1 (27:43):
Yeah, I think, when
we did something.
Speaker 2 (27:47):
Xenu stopped in to
mess with our stream.
Speaker 1 (27:50):
We haven't had any
problems in so long and now hold
on, they can hear us.
Speaker 2 (27:55):
We jinxed it by
talking about it last night
saying how the internet had beengreat.
Speaker 1 (28:00):
Oh, somebody says,
you're not frozen.
Speaker 2 (28:02):
Oh, okay, interesting
.
Speaker 1 (28:04):
Hmm.
Well, I guess we're just goingto have to leave and come back
in I already did that.
Speaker 2 (28:09):
Oh, I didn't.
Speaker 1 (28:10):
Um, yeah, it says
it's good now, but then I knew I
couldn't have changed anything.
Speaker 2 (28:21):
Oh boy.
Speaker 1 (28:22):
Oh boy, Somebody
keeps saying all good now, but
we don't see it.
Speaker 2 (28:27):
No, sound is okay,
Video is frozen All right.
Well, I can just keep talking.
Well, I know.
Speaker 1 (28:32):
But they don't have.
The is the Claire?
I'd say the slide is still up.
It's just our camera is not up.
Speaker 2 (28:39):
Yep, that's it Okay,
those darn space co camera is
not up.
Speaker 1 (28:41):
Yep, that's it Okay.
Speaker 2 (28:42):
Well, those darn
space cooties.
Speaker 1 (28:43):
Yeah, okay Well, let
me just see if I can do
something.
Speaker 2 (28:47):
Evidently somebody
doesn't want us talking about
this Anybody.
Speaker 1 (28:50):
Right, I know we had
a, I'm going to switch the
camera hey there guys, they canhear me now.
Speaker 2 (28:58):
Okay, switch the
camera.
Hey there, guys, they can hearme now.
Speaker 1 (29:00):
Okay, and then I'm
going to switch back.
Let's see if I switch back.
Speaker 2 (29:03):
Are you sure you
don't want me to leave the
studio and come back in?
No it's the black magic.
It's not working, but they canhear us Look at that.
Oh, that camera works.
There we go.
All right, dodged one there.
That was exciting.
Speaker 1 (29:22):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (29:23):
Fun, fun, fun.
Speaker 1 (29:25):
Okay, this always
happens when we go real hardcore
it really does.
It is a weird thing.
Speaker 2 (29:29):
Seriously.
I mean, you know I'm not one tobe paranoid.
Speaker 1 (29:34):
I've you know we've
learned to live with it.
Keep going.
Speaker 2 (29:37):
Okay, hold on, I have
to be able to.
Speaker 1 (29:39):
Okay, we fast forward
so similarities.
Speaker 2 (29:41):
Working with
Scientology, both Foreman and
Marlboro represented Scientologyin various cases Foreman in
Haney's, bixler's, baxter's andRemini's cases, and Marlboro in
our cases.
Judge appointment Mar-a-Roe wasappointed to the Supreme Court
of California County of LosAngeles on June 30th 2010, by
(30:04):
Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Speaker 1 (30:13):
Foreman was appointed
to the same court on June 18th
2025, by Governor Gavin Newsom.
Yeah, so again.
That's why I want to stress, asmuch as you may not dislike one
or other of these governors forwhatever reasons, this isn't
about that.
Even this is about.
Scientology has people inenough places that have enough
money that they can influencecertain things to happen, and
(30:43):
they have people like and it'skind of ironic because the
person one of Scientology'sbiggest donors is a woman by the
name of Trish Duggan.
Now, scientology is severelyanti-psychiatric,
anti-psychology,anti-pharmaceutical companies
(31:05):
companies, and this woman wasmarried to a guy who made a Bob
yeah, bob Duggan who had apharmaceutical company and he
ended up selling it to anotherpharmaceutical company.
He made millions and millionsand billions of dollars and then
they got divorced and now sheis one of the people that are
donating millions and millionsof dollars to Scientology for
just about anything andeverything they want, and she is
(31:25):
in a lot of these circles, these political circles, and so
it's not unreal or unlikely thatthey have other people in other
places that could do a similarthing in their local politics.
Speaker 2 (31:39):
Right.
And also I think it's importantto talk about like okay, so if
an attorney becomes a judge andthey worked on Scientology cases
, technically they should recusethemselves from making any
rulings about Scientology right.
Technically, however, they'renow connected to all these other
(32:00):
judges and Scientology doesn'tdo things by the playbook and
they don't do things above board.
Speaker 1 (32:06):
Yeah and also yeah,
they should recuse themselves.
Speaker 2 (32:10):
But is anyone looking
to see if they actually do or
don't?
Speaker 1 (32:13):
want to be made out
like some conspiracy theorist or
anything, but it's not unlikelythat, as somebody in that
position, they can influenceother people.
And other things that arehappening Putting somebody who
is a very, very Scientology areputting these guys' kids through
(32:33):
college.
They're the ones that aremaking it, so they're going on
vacations to Maui, among othercompanies, but Scientology is
doing a huge part of that.
Speaker 2 (32:42):
Yeah, I mean we just
showed four Scientology cases,
current Scientology cases thatthis William character is
involved was involved with, andsure he's now taken himself off
those cases, but he did all thatwork.
Speaker 1 (32:58):
Yeah, and he's
arguing for Scientology in in in
all of these cases, they'recoming up with creative ways to
make it, so Scientology cancontinue to victimize and abuse
people.
Speaker 2 (33:12):
Right.
Speaker 1 (33:13):
Okay, next slide.
Speaker 2 (33:15):
Yes, okay, let me get
back here to be able to read
this Hold on Okay Ties.
Yes, okay, let me get back hereto be able to read this Hold on
Okay ties.
We found a document from theHaney case that links
Scientology to Marlboro's oldfirm now named Jeffer, mangels,
butler and Mitchell, as recentlyas 2021.
William Hobbs Foreman andMarlboro's former firm are both
listed on this document and wehave that there.
(33:37):
You can see that in theattorney list.
It lists William Hobbs Foreman.
Speaker 1 (33:46):
And Marlboro.
Yeah, yep, that's kind of wild.
Speaker 2 (33:48):
It is.
Speaker 1 (33:49):
That they both worked
on cases and now they're both
superior court judges.
Speaker 2 (33:55):
Right, that's wild.
Yes, it is wild.
Yes, it is Taking action.
So what can we do about all ofthis?
One attorney misconduct fileattorney misconduct complaints
with the state bar where thatlawyer is licensed.
Two judicial complaints filejudicial complaints in the state
(34:16):
or federal circuit where abuseoccurred the state or federal
circuit where abuse occurred.
Three use your voice.
Expose misconduct publicly toensure patterns of abuse are
visible.
Speaker 1 (34:26):
Exactly why we're
talking about this today, right,
yeah, another reason Ioriginally wanted to start this
channel and I think the channelI want to say in 2008 or 2009 is
when I started the Blown forGood YouTube channel and I was
just putting up things that Ididn't have any place to put.
(34:48):
But then I realized we shouldstart just a documented record
of all the things that havehappened and get people on to
talk about this is what happened.
Just so it's out there.
Yes, so it doesn't just geterased by Scientology's
rewriting of history full time.
Speaker 2 (35:04):
Completely and also
that was the best advice we were
ever given by an attorney.
Is anything, anytime somethinghappens, document it.
Speaker 1 (35:13):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (35:14):
And like just list it
out.
Speaker 1 (35:16):
So we have an exact
timeline.
Send an email of what happenedto somebody.
Do this, record a little video.
Speaker 2 (35:22):
They attack mode
systems on this date with these
emails and whatever, like anytime they've done anything,
which has been happening waymore frequently in the last two
years than it had for a while, right.
Speaker 1 (35:35):
I like this one
AGTMOM In their defense.
Maui is nice.
Speaker 2 (35:44):
Thanks for bringing
humor to this dark topic.
We appreciate you.
Speaker 1 (35:45):
They sent us on
vacations, but they were amazing
vacations.
Speaker 2 (35:50):
We've never actually
visited Maui.
One of these years we'll makeit there.
Speaker 1 (35:54):
Okay, and then I
think you got to do the last one
.
Speaker 2 (35:56):
Oh, okay yeah.
Okay, for bar meetings, you canreview the calendar for attend
and make public comment at statebar meetings.
Yes, and in fact, um yeah, soyou can literally join the zoom
call.
I did that for the last barmeeting.
I didn't say anything, but bar.
FM sent me the link and I waslike, oh, I was driving, so I
(36:19):
was like, and I it was like thean hour before, so I was.
I was like well, I want toprepare my comments before I say
anything.
But both laura fm and audit lamade comments about kendrick
moxon yeah yep okay methods okayand also this is california as
an example.
Speaker 1 (36:38):
It might be it might
be different in the country or
the state.
That could be another projectthat somebody could do, somebody
could try to.
I don't even know that there issuch a thing Like.
If you have a problem in thisplace, here's who you can write
to or you could contact or thatmight be a worthwhile project to
go like just from any place inthe world.
Speaker 2 (37:01):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (37:01):
How can you file a
complaint or lodge a complaint
against Scientology or somethingthat's going on in that place?
Speaker 2 (37:08):
Yes.
Speaker 1 (37:09):
There might be a good
way to kind of gather that up
and then just send people to oneplace.
Speaker 2 (37:13):
Yeah, we're working
on FAQs for the Aftermath
Foundation.
Yeah for the AftermathFoundation, so we can add that
there too, like all thedifferent places, you can report
things like getting fraudulentmail and all those kinds of
things.
All right, so attend a meeting, review agenda for upcoming
meetings and submit a form tomake public comment.
(37:35):
And there's a link there forCalifornia, like you say, but if
another state is involved, I'msure it wouldn't be too hard to
track that down, file acomplaint, submit a form online
via PDF or by printing andsending it into the state bar,
and again there's the link Talkto your rep, contact Gavin
Newsom to express your thoughtsor concerns regarding the
(37:57):
foreman appointment, and there'sthe link to do that too.
Speaker 1 (38:04):
Cool, and here is a
listing of all of the.
This is a big complaint becausepeople say I don't even know
how to file a bar complaint.
And then, when they do figureout how to file a bar complaint,
there's no way to know whattheir number is Guess what guys.
Speaker 2 (38:18):
We got you covered.
Speaker 1 (38:19):
This is Clara's great
work.
Speaker 2 (38:21):
Amazing work.
Speaker 1 (38:22):
Clara went and
tracked down, or maybe this is
in the Leah thing.
I don't know, because I didn'tread the entire Leah thing.
It's very long.
Speaker 2 (38:29):
It is.
And we will put a link.
Speaker 1 (38:32):
Clara put a link in
the comments.
We'll put a link in thedescription, but these are all
the bar numbers.
So this is like their attorneydriver's ID, this is like their
lawyer card number and so youcan put their and look at it.
It's Kendrick Moxon's on there.
We got Mark Marmoreau and wegot all these other cats that
(38:55):
like to play with Scientology.
Speaker 2 (38:56):
Gary Scott Soder.
Speaker 1 (38:59):
Yes, Soder, he is the
one that worked for Proskauer
Rose.
Mark Marlmore worked for Jeff, for Mangels and Butler whatever
Bangles and Butler and thenSoder was, I think, the one that
worked for Proskauer Rose.
Speaker 2 (39:15):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (39:15):
Wasn't there another
guy that worked for-.
Speaker 2 (39:17):
Mangels.
No, Mangels is part of Manglesand Butler and Banger, of course
, yeah, those cats.
Anyway, those are the barnumbers.
Speaker 1 (39:26):
There was somebody
else that had a If you want to
do this and this would be a goodexperiment.
We can see like if we hear backfrom one of these places that
we've written a report to andthey go, yeah, we got three
other reports, then we know like, okay, three people did it.
But if we get a thing backsaying we got 3000 reports, then
it's like okay, now we're doingsomething.
Speaker 2 (39:46):
Feel free to send us
a copy and maybe we'll talk
about this some more For all thepeople that are out there
complaining that Scientology isup to no sense.
Speaker 1 (39:55):
Somebody else has to
do something besides the people
saying they're up to no good.
Speaker 2 (39:59):
Yeah, like we just
said, use your voice.
We can all make a difference, any difference Anyone can make
by doing something.
Oh, here we go, we shut downagain.
Speaker 1 (40:08):
No, we didn't,
because I left it on the camera.
That works.
Speaker 2 (40:12):
Oh, okay.
See Brains oh yeah, Claire isgiving us a thumbs up.
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 1 (40:18):
Somehow you know what
it is is those 3D printers?
These kids of ours?
They got 3D printers and I betyou that those, the circuit for
those two cameras, is the sameas that 3D printer that he's got
.
Speaker 2 (40:30):
We're maxing out.
Speaker 1 (40:31):
It's my fault because
they're actually printing stuff
.
Speaker 2 (40:33):
It is your fault
because you're, we're, we're
training our boys into beingyoung entrepreneurs very
successfully, I might add.
Yeah, training our boys intobeing young entrepreneurs very
successfully, I might add.
Speaker 1 (40:40):
Yeah, I'm going to
share a video on my personal
channel of these guys making.
They basically make customhandles for my Milwaukee Packout
toolkits.
Speaker 2 (40:50):
They're very sexy if
you're into tools, it definitely
satisfies Mark's OCD strain.
Speaker 1 (40:55):
Anyway, that's what
they're printing and that's why
these cameras are dead.
So I figured it out.
Though it's good I figuredthese cameras are dead, so I
figured it out, though it's good, I figured it out.
Speaker 2 (41:02):
It is good you
figured it out.
Speaker 1 (41:03):
Cause those went,
those got installed and then we
never did a live since then, because I've been gone.
Speaker 2 (41:08):
He did a full
investigation.
Speaker 1 (41:10):
Folks and we have all
been playing it, playing back.
Speaker 2 (41:13):
We were.
We were blaming Xenuinaccurately, Our bad that are
bad.
Speaker 1 (41:24):
That's true.
Yeah, okay, I call.
Why did we see news?
He knows a good guy.
Well, okay, we get that mixedup all the time too.
Speaker 2 (41:27):
I'm telling you some
of these scientists.
It's baked in.
He is a good guy why?
Because he did uh depopulatedplanets and put shut people into
he was running a shuttleservice.
Speaker 1 (41:36):
He was just the guy
that took him from there to here
A guy who freezes people intohydrogen cubes.
Speaker 2 (41:42):
I don't call that a
good guy.
It was a logistics nightmareand we got to figure out how to
move these guys to get fussywhen they're hot.
Guys, we'll have a backstageconversation and we'll get back
to you on this.
Speaker 1 (41:53):
Anyway, I don't even
remember what we were doing.
Oh, we were showing the barnumbers.
You got to light them up, guys.
Somebody's got to help us dothis, and this is a way to do it
, and there could be other ways.
I think this is something thatcould make something even bigger
.
So you just go to the website, you just type in where you're
from and it says these are thethings you can do, because these
(42:19):
people are doing Scientology'sdirty work in the legal arena,
but everywhere In the UK.
this is how we're going to getthem in the UK.
I'm telling you this right nowthis is the best way.
In the UK is the Privacy Actbecause Scientology, it's their
policy written by L Ron Hubbardthat they got to keep all your
info for the rest of the timeand they can never destroy a
file and they can never deleteyour information.
(42:40):
But now there's new laws thatsay, hey, if I called on you or
knocked on your shingle in twoyears, you got to get rid of my
stuff, or whatever it is.
I don't know what it is.
It's different everywhere.
Anyway, that's how we're goingto do it in the UK.
But I think if we had a systemwhere you could say, hey, I want
my stuff deleted, and then yougo and say, hey, they're not
deleting my stuff because theirpolicy says they can't delete my
(43:03):
stuff, and somebody could say, hey, you got to delete all this
stuff and then, once you makethem change one thing, then you
can make them change everything.
Speaker 2 (43:10):
Yep.
Speaker 1 (43:11):
Okay, enough of that.
What's the next?
Speaker 2 (43:12):
And, by the way, of
all these people.
Speaker 1 (43:15):
So thank you, yeah,
there you go.
Speaker 2 (43:16):
Of all those people,
Monique Yingling deserves
special mention.
Speaker 1 (43:21):
Well, she's Dave's
personal attorney.
Speaker 2 (43:30):
And.
Speaker 1 (43:30):
I think she's the
only attorney that has gone on
national television inScientology's defense, if I'm
not mistaken.
Yeah, well, specifically forDave Correct To make like hey,
Mr Miscavige is a very busy man,he's very busy evading
authorities anyway.
Yes, the matt denny says ohsorry, oh no, back to uk.
Uh, matt.
Denny says yes on our gdpr lawyep so I don't know what gdpr
(43:52):
means, but I think it hassomething to do with public
records yes I'm gonna say.
I'm gonna say p and the r arepublic and records yeah, yeah,
there you go.
And the other one who knows?
Yep, goddamn public records.
Okay, what are we doing here?
We want to do a giveaway andthen we'll do some comments.
Speaker 2 (44:12):
Yes, let's do that.
I'm a little flustered becauseof the whole camera debacle.
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (44:17):
I knew it was going
to catch me sooner or later.
I was flying too close to thesun, okay.
Now this is going to be tricky, because that screen is off and
that is where the draw button isActually.

Speaker 2 (44:51):

?
Speaker 1 (44:52):
Yes, I can't see
preview, but it's going to say
that is amazing.
See that's what happens.
I commented once.
I said two-minute warning.
Speaker 2 (45:03):
Okay, we'll do
another one.
Speaker 1 (45:04):
You think we should
do another one?
Speaker 2 (45:05):
Yeah, we should do
another one.
Speaker 1 (45:06):
Come on now.
Hold on, I'll be right back.
Speaker 2 (45:10):

Wouldn't that be ironic if Iwon the second one.
Speaker 1 (46:17):
If you win the second
one, then they're rigged for
sure.
Speaker 2 (46:19):
Yeah, then it's
rigged.
Then we will no longer use this.
Speaker 1 (46:22):
I don't know.
Oh, look at the screen, turnback on.
Speaker 2 (46:24):
Oh nice, Look at that

Yes, thank you.
We are going to do somecomments.
I don't.
Normally I would not.
I would not let pecker decker, let's go Um.
Normally I would not entertainsuch comments, but I did think
this was funny.
Gilles jocks says is it truethat fake Navy Davey has a Tom
(47:23):
Cruise love doll?
Speaker 2 (47:24):
Oh my goodness.
Speaker 1 (47:25):
I will say that I
cannot deny that that's a fact,
because I don't know whether ornot it is, but I can't deny it.
Okay, I can't say it's not true.
Speaker 2 (47:34):
So you're not
affirming or denying.
That's right.
Speaker 1 (47:41):
I'm not affirming
confirming nor denying
Apparently we've been talkingtoo much about attorneys today.
Tom Cruise, that's right.
Let it stand for the recordthat I did not endorse nor
condone in any such way Norcondemn.
Nor condemn or deny.
I didn't do anything.
I'm neutral.
I'm like Switzerland.
You know it's funny.
A lot of people thinkSwitzerland didn't do anything.
(48:02):
When all these wars are goingon, Switzerland was getting busy
making stuff and buildingbunkers and stuff into the
mountains and stuff.
And if they came up the valleythey were ready to get to doing
something, they played it cool.
But if things would have cameup the valley, they were ready
to get to doing something.
They played it on, played itcool.
But if, if things would havegone bad their way, they were
ready to get in there and mix itup.
Okay, Do we have any goodquestions?
(48:24):
Let's see.
Besides the, the Davy doll.
Speaker 2 (48:28):
Yep.
So while you look that up, justa reminder we will add the link
tracy cheats telling you, tracy.
Speaker 1 (48:37):
I think we won once
before that also tracy's won
before I'm not sure about thattracy, tell us if you won before
.
Speaker 2 (48:45):
But I respect that
opinion.
But I will say I watched markpush the button, so if it was
cheating then the onus of thatcheating is on stream yards not
on us.
Congratulations, becky bigbrother fan.
Yeah, oh my goodness, oh mygoodness I'm pretty sure I've
(49:08):
won before um, I've won before.
Remember there was a time that Iwas traveling and I joined the
live while you were doing it byyourself.
I won that time and I was likewait, no, it's not supposed to
be me.
Oh my gosh, dr X in the house.
Dr X, we gave a shout out toyou and Dr Paul earlier.
We received amazing packagesyesterday.
(49:31):
My goodness, you both are soincredibly generous.
But let's see here.
Happy 33rd wedding anniversary,guys.
Never a dull moment on the BFGchannel.
We hope that all lawsuits goesall the way through the court
system and everyone gets justicefor the abuses Scientology has
caused in this world.
Yes, 100%.
Speaker 1 (49:49):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (49:49):
And it is no minor
matter to be, involved in a
lawsuit with Scientology.
Our experiences there was fouryears of hell.
Speaker 1 (49:59):
Yeah.
The other thing I do want tosay, though, and there's a
reason why they have to get allthese fancy lawyers because
Scientology has never won a jurytrial.
They no jury, they don't win.
If there's a jury, they losethem.
So they either fight, fight, fight, fight, fight and just
(50:20):
wear you down to settle, or todrop it, or to get bamboozled in
the courts, or they write you acheck.
Right, and isn't it?
Speaker 2 (50:30):
true that the last
time Scientology sued someone
was Debbie Cook, that's right Inlike 2014?
.
Speaker 1 (50:36):
That was the very
last time that they initiated a
legal action.
Yes, against anex-Scientologist, correct.
For breach of contract and theywrote a check.
Speaker 2 (50:48):
They did.
Speaker 1 (50:49):
They wrote a check.
Speaker 2 (50:50):
Yep yeah, debbie had
one day of testimony in court
which was definitely veryexplosive.
Speaker 1 (50:59):
That's another thing
that some people are pissed.
They say, hey, she settled, though she settled.
No, she didn't.
She said everything she had tosay Correct could have said that
would have been moredestructive than the things she
said, and that was it.
She did it and and they stillwrote a check because they
didn't know if she maybe couldsay something else she could
(51:21):
have said a lot more.
Yeah, Well, maybe but I don'tthink it was anything more.
It was going to be any morecrazy than the things that she
did say.
Anyway, you can look it up.
Just I think, just google it'son youtube testimony.
It was videoed right.
It's not like it can go.
They can make it go away.
No, and it's amazing anyway, and it's also in the court
(51:41):
record and everything else.
But they said that was the lasttime.
As soon as she was got in frontin front of the court and got
to tell her story, they werelike shut it down yep, exactly
okay, scientology nuked its ownlawsuit.
Yes, that's exactly whathappened yes um, it was in 2012,
if you want to google it.
(52:02):
I mean, that's what he's sayingyeah, probably so ish yeah just
say debbie cook scientologytestimony, you'll find it and
there's.
There's a lot that's beenwritten about it.
But I'm just saying that's whythey have to do a lot of this
stuff, because they know that ifthey get in front of a jury, no
matter what they've cooked, ifthey get in front of a jury,
(52:24):
they're toast.
Oh, and I'm back on the rightcamera again.
See, it's turning on and off.
Yeah, we definitely havesomething strange going on here,
folks, but it's all good.
Speaker 2 (52:33):
Okay, we will's all
good, okay, we will power
through here A bit late.
We'll have to watch thebeginning later.
Speaker 1 (52:40):
Okay, take it easy.
Speaker 2 (52:41):
Don't bite my head
off.
It's all good.
Thanks for being here, we'regood.
Don't listen to him.
He gets worked up sometimes.
Speaker 1 (52:55):
Trevon on a treasure
trove of Scientology History and
Protest Info.
Oh yeah, Sure, I don't know ifhe's talking about something
else, I think he's talking aboutthe big list of people who have
spoken out.
Speaker 2 (52:59):
Oh, okay.
I think Buck Buddy, littleDavey, has a clown car
positioned in Switzerland for aquick escape there, you go
Probably.
Speaker 1 (53:09):
Okay, now here we go.
I'm just putting up Caitlingood afternoon everyone yes.
Good afternoon, Caitlin.
Speaker 2 (53:15):
Clara says uh-oh,
here comes Spicy Mark.
Speaker 1 (53:18):
No, no, we're good
Everything, I'm just putting
comments.
Speaker 2 (53:20):
I'll say, Alex, it
really grinds my gears that law
enforcement in the US continueto turn a blind eye.
Oopsies.
Speaker 1 (53:27):
That was not me.
Speaker 2 (53:28):
Oh, Clara, it's all
good.
We're good to turn a blind eyeto Scientology's abuses and yet
are happy to raid these smallerculty groups.
I know it's incrediblyfrustrating, but yeah.
Yep, we'll get there eventually, betsy Sue, but I thought they
weren't allowed to changeScientology documents.
Speaker 1 (53:49):
Contracts are not
written by L Ron Hubbard, that's
right.
Speaker 2 (54:02):
So they can do
whatever they want.
They follow the many, manypolicies of fair game and use
the system and protectthemselves and they change their
contracts which is differentthan policy to protect
themselves.
That's the difference QuestionCan you create a blown for good
personality test Like do youlike barbecue or chicken soup?
Speaker 1 (54:14):
That would be such a
funny one, yeah do you read
remember?
Oh my gosh, we should literallywhat's your stance on uh dash
cam videos on youtube timetableson the yes that's a good one.
Zina white, yeah, on thescientology personality test, it
has these random questions.
Do you like to sometimes browsetrain timetables?
(54:35):
For no reasons like right.
It's also very uh uh, it's veryof the time of the 50s and the
60s, like, yes, trying a traintimetable, like most people
would be like.
What are you talking about?
Speaker 2 (54:49):
right like like who's
who's read a printed train
timetable in the last 15 years?
Speaker 1 (54:55):
That's not even a
thing anymore To just browse
through them.
Let us know in the comments ifyou're browsing through train
timetables.
Just on a whim.
Speaker 2 (55:03):
It would be funny,
though, sometimes to do a deep
dive on the OCA personality test, on the traits and the
questions and what it relates to, and and how it's all rigged,
to basically tell you that, nomatter who you are, even if you
answer perfectly on theirscoring system, they even have a
label for that, which meansthat you're just not really
(55:26):
confronting the problems of yourlife and they can help you with
that.
Um yeah, so there's no, there'sno pass on that test.
In other words, right.
Speaker 1 (55:35):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (55:36):
Okay, christina.
Do you have contacts to Germany?
Is Scientology still veryactive here?
I just met someone who hadcontact with a company that
works with Scientology.
Speaker 1 (55:49):
She is still
traumatized.
She is still traumatized yeahwe do actually have contacts in
Germany, and Scientology is notthriving.
Scientology is not reallythriving anywhere.
Nope, they're getting hit.
Speaker 2 (56:02):
Except in their
offshore bank accounts.
Speaker 1 (56:03):
Well, yeah, the thing
that they do very well with is
their wealthy members Correct, and they do do well for their
wealthy members to get in otherwealthy members.
They don't want poor people inScientology, so that's not
really a thing.
Those don't really do anythingfor them.
But if Grant Cardone can get insomebody who's making money or
(56:28):
someone who's a hustler, a goodsalesperson or something like
that, and then that person canget some more people in, and
then those people can get somepeople in, they make some money
and they get some more riches inat the same time.
And I think that's where theylike to do so in Germany.
I mean, the German governmentwas very sort of we're keeping
(56:50):
our eyes on you in terms ofScientology, and I don't know
that that's as much as it usedto be, but they're not getting
up to a lot of nonsense overthere without people complaining
about it.
So if people, if it doesn'treally matter where you live if
you, if you live in a countrythat there's politicians and
(57:10):
politicians have to sort ofpretend or go along with doing
the will of the people and youcomplain that Scientology did
something bad to you and you geta bunch of other people to do
the same, then politicians aregoing to be like, hey, what's up
with the Scientology problem?
I got a lot of people writingto me saying Scientology are up
to nonsense.
Maybe they do something, but Imean there's not a lot of else
(57:33):
things we have to do besides, you know, locking them up and
getting them.
You know not doing evil stuff.
Speaker 2 (57:40):
Yep, all right, I got
a teleportal now.
Speaker 1 (57:43):
Oh, ok, well, I'm not
.
I can't cut away, so you're.
Speaker 2 (57:45):
It's all good.
Speaker 1 (57:46):
We get to see Claire.
Speaker 2 (57:47):
Lee.
Bye everybody.
See you next week.
Speaker 1 (57:51):
I'm going to keep
reading some comments for at
least another thing.
Thank you for that, christina.
Oh, we got another super chattoo.
Uva, esquire or I don't knowwhat that means.
Esq, scientology's taxexemption is the keystone that
keeps the whole house of cardsfrom crumbling.
It's very frustrating that theIRS seems unwilling or unable to
(58:13):
enforce its inerrant rules andrevoke it, like back to the late
1950s.
Yeah, I think you're exactlyright about that.
It may this, there may be somedevelopments in this area too.
We'll see how things are going.
Thank you very much for thesuper chat.
That's very generous.
Okay, people are texting me thatI've got to end this so I can
