In this episode, we we will be utilizing a unique memorization technique called "The Mind Palace" to memorize the creed of the non commissioned officer.

The mind palace technique dates back to the Greek poet Simonides of Ceos in 556 BCE, and is currently used by many actors and other professionals that need to memorize long lines and scripts.

It involves creating a story-driven narrative where you walk through a building and envision key things to help you remember the things you need to remember. A lion could represent bravery, and a painting could represent a time in history.

To be completely honest, the mind palace technique is a little corny, but it is still highly effective.

It can help you solidify not only the tenants in the creed of the non commissioned officer, but the order of it and the deeper meaning behind it as well. It helps guide your conscious and subconscious together to actually remember it in a tactile and effective way.

In this episode, each of the three paragraphs will take place in 3 different sections of our setting. We will be walking through the Castle of the NCOs, starting with a test of character at the Entrance, learning our duty in the Hall of Responsibility, and working with others in the Training Courtyard.

At the end of each paragraph, there will be a quick recap, and after we have explored the entire castle we will repeat a summary 6 times so you can listen over and over until you have it down solid.
