There is a lot of talk lately about ‘biohacking’ yourself in order to heal from physical or emotional pain. What’s the difference really? Both types hurt. In one sense physical pain from injury is often easier to recover from than emotional pain from grief, fear, loneliness and isolation. These mindsets present the greatest stress and danger to our wellbeing because unresolved emotional pain eventually translates to physical disease. The mind can create the problem, but it can also solve it.
