To be included in this  brand, the subject has to be of interest to everyone. Now that 80Bites is gaining an audience, it's really interesting to hear people's reactions. Some think 80 bites means the number of bites you take in one meal, while others believe it refers to 80 chews. It’s all part of the shift from what you eat to how much.

As a female who is 84 years old, I'm deluged with invitations to talk at "Women's Empowerment" conferences to talk to young women about how they can succeed at becoming an entrepreneur. I decline because I'm what I like to think of as a "reluctant entrepreneur".
