Rubi Pliego’s story is one of grace, faith, and passion. Coming to the United States from Mexico just three years ago, she has quickly become a blessing to everyone she encounters. As a dedicated math teacher at Layton Christian Academy, Rubi’s love for both teaching and God radiates through her every action. Her classroom is more than a place for learning it's a space where faith, growth, and discovery intertwine beautifully.
She teaches not only math but the transformative power of God, nurturing her students with care, compassion, and unwavering positivity.Rubi’s joy is truly infectious.
