Narelle's journey with me began in 2020 when she enrolled in the inaugural Velvet Machete Leadership Academy. There, she learned to define her value, boost her confidence, and think and play bigger.
Armed with this newfound clarity, she didn't stop at personal growth—she took it a step further by investing in her team. Together, we worked on employer branding, including a brand photoshoot, team training, and strategic planning with her leadership team, laying a strong foundation for her company’s continued success by investing in the people who can make or break the customer experience: her team.
Needless to say, I quickly fell in love with Narelle’s heart, her business and her people. Our professional connection evolved into a close friendship that has shaped us both tremendously and I’m beyond excited to share her with you.
