Hello Happy People,
This week we have got something a little different from journalist and author, Randee Dawn. This multi-genre, speculative fiction author has also written for features for such publications as The Los Angeles Times, Variety, and Emmy Magazine, and websites Today.com and GoldDerby.com. These are just a small sampling of where you can find her work.
Today, Dianne talks to Randee about her life, inspirations, and her upcoming romantacy, The Only Song Worth Singing. Randee details her book in a recent exclusive feature in People Magazine, Long Before I Discovered My Irish Heritage, Irish Folktales Comforted My Dying Grandfather — And Inspired My New Book.
Besides writing fiction, Randee has also co-authored The Law & Order: SVU Unofficial Companion. Though when you hear her "behind the scenes" experiences as they researched this book, the access they were given was incredible. Randee also has written several short stories for anthologies and the short story/poetry compilation Home for the Holidays. Randee enjoys attending various public events and meeting readers.
Her latest novel, The Only Song Worth Singing, is currently available for preorder and will be released April 8th. She has another tittle due out later this year, but don't just read the podcast description, go listen now to hear all the great details about these works and so much more from the author herself.
