number one thing, the most important thing to remove from

your diet are dairy products everything milk, yogurt, cream, cheese,
sour cream, creamy dressings, cheese, ice cream, any dairy products
that includes butter. This creates congestion. There is no benefit

to dairy products. If you want good healthy fat, you
can get it from avocado, from olives, from fish, walnuts,
geus seeds, cocon and oil. I mean, there's so many
good healthy fats. Dairy doesn't do anything for you. It
does not give you calcium. That is a lie. People

no evidence, none, There's no research that ever back that up.
There's lots of research that shows how bad dairy products are,

think about it logically without even knowing that the science

or blueberries or apples. Those don't need commercials because people
know that's healthy. You will never see an orange commercial.
Now what you will see in an orange juice commercial.
There's lots of orange juice commercials, because juice is not healthy.

Eat the apple, don't drink the apple juice. It's not
that difficult, right, So, there's no research that shows that
milk makes your bone strong. There's no research shows it
increases your calcium levels. Don't believe the lie. Now. The
research shows that milk causes allergies. The research shows that

If you have hashimotos siliac disease, those are autoimmune. You

is the commercial who's selling you milk, the dairy industry

putting milk in your cereal milk and cookies. They want
you addicted to that stuff. But you're smarter than that.
You have the willpower, you have the motivation and the
energy to do whatever you put your mind to. Nothing's

more powerful than your human brain. So make a decision
and just say, hey, I'm done with cheese, I'm done
with milk products. It doesn't have any benefit for me.
I want to live a long, healthy life. I want
my lungs clear. I don't want bronchitis. I don't want asthma.
I don't want to get sick. I don't want to
be congested. I don't want to sleep apnea. I want

to have a strong immune system. I don't want allergies
and skin problems and acme and exema and hives. You know,
any people told me they're actne went away after quitting milk.
You know, many people told me their exema went away

I personally used to have chronic bronchitis when I was

growing up. They put me on steroids and antibiotics, and
those medications made me sick. It made me nauseous, It
gave me brain fog, It made me throw up and
gained weight. It was torture taking those medicines. I was desperate.
The young kid couldn't play sports, had no energy. It

was horrible. There's no way to live. I didn't have
quality of life, and this was the only solution my
pediatrician have, So I had to do some research. I
went out on my own. Luckily, my father brought me
to a seminar one time, and I learned about dairy
products causing congestion of the lungs. So I quit dairy

immediately and said, if I got to clean my lungs out,
I need to quit dairy. And within a month I
cured my own bronchitis. I got off the steroids, I
got off the antibiotics. I lost all the weight, My
actn went away, my brain fog went away. I started growing.

at school. Girls started talking to me. My life completely
changed at thirteen years old by quitting milk, and I said,
I know more than my own pediatrician. So I owe
it to the world to study health and well being

Working how do you know how your brain is? Working
