brain power. We're going to talk about common medical misconceptions.
There's lots of lies that we've been told for years

and years, and because we've told these same lies, it's
embedded in our head. One of the biggest lies that
I remember growing up was that fat was bad. When
we had the food pyramid, fat was on the very top,
meaning we should have the least fat. Everything that they

were selling was fat free low fat. Fat clogs your arteries,
Fat causes heart disease, Fat causes you to be fat wrong.
Those are all lies. Fat does not make you fat.
Fat does not clog your arteries. Fat is healthy. Your

nerves are covered in fat, it's called a mile in sheath.
Your brain needs fat. Fat is the most important part
of our diet for our nervous system. The more fat,
the better. And what they say, oh, uh, you know,

fat is going to be cause you sickness, so let's
make everything fat free. But when they make things that
are fat free, they're full of sugar. And when they're
full of sugar, guess what causes you to be fat.

That's right, sugar. So they're selling you something that's fat free,
that's full of sugar. That's going to cause you to
be fat. So fat free products make you fat. Interesting,
do you know that the United States government has made

a list of which foods are healthy and which foods
are unhealthy, and they base it on fat. So if
there's a higher fat content, they're claiming it's unhealthy, and
if it's a low fat they're claiming it is healthy. So, now,
what foods to the US government considered unhealthy because of

their high fat content? Avocado? Avocado is a super food,
but according to the US government, it's unhealthy because there's
too much fat. Fish is considered unhealthy because of too
much fat. Now, guess what's considered healthy. Pop tarts, they're

fat free, frosted flakes, no fat, So they consider frosted
flakes and pop tarts healthy because of the low fat content.
But they consider salmon and avocado unhealthy because it has
too much fat. Interesting, So what are we gonna do

about this? Not listen to the government. Take that food
pyramid and turn it upside down, meaning what they want
you to do the most of which are dairy and grains,
you should do the least of. And what they want
you to do the least of which is fat, you
want to do the most of all. Right, So don't

listen to the government. They're gonna lead you down the
wrong direction. They're gonna tell you fat is bad because
they support the sugar industry. They want you buying all
this stuff full of sugar, all the candy, all the sodas,
all the juices, all the breads, all the pastas, all
the sauces. They're all full of sugar, and sugar makes

you fat. Fat is healthy. Now we gotta make sure
it's the healthy fat. Right. So when I say eat fat,
I'm not just talking about Okay, eat the fat off
your steak. No, that's not healthy fat. But avocado is
healthy fat, fish is healthy fat, Walnuts are healthy fat.

Gius's flaxy healthy fat, olives, healthy fat, eggs healthy fat,
coconut oil, healthy fat, brazil nuts, Macadamian nuts, healthy fat,
olive oil, healthy fat. Okay, Now, doesn't mean eat all

fat because milk fat not healthy, Meat fat not healthy,
Chicken fat not healthy. When you eat meat or chicken,
you want lean meat, not stuff full of fat. Okay. Now,

some people have a lot of oils, and oils are
not necessarily healthy. Right, It's better to eat the olive
than to have the olive oil. It's better to eat
the alvaco then have the avocado oil. Get the original source,
just like it's better to have you know, orange versus

orange juice. Get the original source. All right, you eat
it the way God intended it. So we have we
want to have a lot of good healthy fat, olives, avocado, eggs, fish,
walnut seeds. Like good healthy fat. Stay away from the
bad fat. And your nerves are covered in fat. So

if you have multiple sclerosis where the body is attacking
the nerves, yes, we definitely want to have a lot
of fat, and we want to stay away from the sugar. Right.
If you have, you know, problems with memory, better increase
your fat. Your brain needs that fat. So remember, fat

is not evil. Guess what else is a medical misconception
that cholesterol is bad. It used to be doctors would
say if your cholesterol levels were above three hundred, that's
too high. Now they're saying it's about two hundred, that's
(07:22):
too high. So anyone above two hundred they're gonna put
on lipitour or these statin drugs. And statin drugs cause dementia.
Statin drugs cause joint pain. Statin drugs have more side
effects that are worse than the actual condition of cholesterol.

So you can't just look at your total cholesterol and say, oh,
it's above two hundred, I need statin drugs. If you
want to prevent dementia Alzheimer's, you better make sure you
don't have to be on statin drugs. You don't want
cholesterol meds. These cholesterol meds are the most prescribed medication,
and they've been the most prescribed medication for decades. Americans

have more people on statin drugs than anywhere in the world.
It's a big money maker, these statin drugs. Now it's
also causing dementia, So is it worth it? Sometimes the
cure is worse than the condition. Your body needs cholesterol,

your cells need cholesterol. Your brain needs it, your heart
needs it. The cholesterol forms these cells. It's a building
block of our body. There's a reason our body has cholesterol.
We're not smarter than God. God gave us a body

with cholesterol. We need it. God gave us a body
with bacteria. We need bacteria. God gave us a body
with an appendix. We need that appendix. We need the gallbladder,
We need the tonsils, the adenoids. These doctors just take

out these organs like they're no big deal. Stop doing
all these surgeries. You can reverse gallstones so you don't
need gall bladder surgery. You can reverse you know, inflame
tonsils or adenoids, tonsilitis, so you don't need to get
them removed. You could bring down your appendix inflammation so

it doesn't burst. But you gotta do the work. White
surgery should be a last resort emergency situation. So we
need fat, We need cholesterol. When you look at your cholesterol,
just don't look at your total cholesterol. Look get the
good versus the bad, the HDL versus the LDL. If

your HDL is one hundred and your LDL is one
hundred and twenty and you have a two hundred and
twenty total cholesterol. That's great. I would love to have
two twenty cholesterol with one hundred HDL and one hundred twenty.
My cholesterol is low. People think that's good. I don't

want it low. I want my cholesterol higher. I want
more cholesterol. I want more bacteria. Cholesterol is good. We
need HDL and we're gonna get it from all those
foods we talked about, the coconut oil, the eggs, the fish,

the walnuts, the olives, the avocado. We're gonna get that up.
All right. We need cholesterol. We need bacteria. Your best defense. Again,
bad bacteria is good bacteria. So we need to either
supplement with probiotics, and we gotta switch it every two

months so you get different types of bacteria. Your body
has more bacteria than cells, so that's another medical misconception
that bacteria is bad for you. You want to increase
your fat, you want to increase your cholesterol, you want
to increase your bacteria if you want to function better,

bacteria is. Good many, doctors, people the, news the, government
well have you think that bacteria is. Bad and they

want you to take all these. Antibiotics and they want
you to take the anti bacterial, lotions the antibacterial, soaps the,
purell the, bleaches everything's gotta Be oh my, god, clean, clean,
clean so there's no. Bacteria all this, sanitation all this

anti bacterial. Stuff you, KNOW i let my kids plain
in the. DIRT i want them to get exposed to.
BACTERIA i want them to take. PROBIOTICS i want more.
BACTERIA i don't want them to take. Antibiotics they've never

taken an antibiotic in their, life AND i don't intend
on ever letting them take in. It they've literally never taken.
Antibiotics they've never had an. Ear in, fact they never
had the, flu they never got, sick never taken any.
Medication that's. Normal the healthiest people see the least amount of,

doctors take the least amount of, medication and just live
off the. Earth that's the healthiest way to do. It you.
KNOW i, Personally i'll go to my eye doctor once
a year just to make sure my eyes keep getting. Better.
Yep that's another medical misconception that your eyes get worse

as you get. Older my eyes have improved every year
for the past ten. Years i'm forty seven years. Old
you're not gonna hear that from forty seven years. Old
you're gonna hear people that are forty seven say that
their eyes get worse every, year and they're gonna blame
age because then they don't take responsibility for. It, OH

i hate getting older NOW i can't see. Wrong ugh
sucks getting. Older my memory is getting. Worse, Wrong i'm so,
Old i'm so. Tired. Wrong, Oh i'm. Shrinking as we get,
older we shrink. Wrong those are all, Lies those are
all medical. Misconceptions your vision can get better as you get.

Older all you have to do IS i. Exercises not,
complicated but it takes. Commitment the BEST i exercise to
do to improve your. Vision this is strictly for your.
Vision this isn't necessarily going to improve your memory or brain,
function but to improve your. Vision they're called brockstring, exercise

brock string Brck those are the best to improve your. Vision,
Right so our vision doesn't get worse with, Age we
just have to exercise. It if you're always looking at
your computer and your cell, phone, yeah your eyes are
gonna get worse if you start doing brockstring, exercises start

doing near far, exercises start doing some pencil, pushups start
doing some pursuits and. CODs out to, kinetics there's thousands
of thousands of eye exercises you could, do with the
number one being the brock string. Exercise but there's so
many eye exercises you could do to improve your. Vision
but how many eye exercises are you doing? Today? Zero?

Right ninety nine point nine percent of people do not
exercise their, eyes so that's why their eyes get worse
as they get. Older guess, What if you don't exercise your,
muscles you're gonna get. Weaker it's not rocket. Science we
don't get weaker as we get, older but we stop.
Exercising our memories don't get. Worse we stop learning new.

Things you could get stronger as you get. Older i'm forty.
Seven i'm much stronger THAN i was at thirty. Seven
my pasture is better THAN i was at thirty. Seven
my vision's better THAN i was at thirty. Seven and guess,
what at fifty, seven my vision is going to be
better than it is at forty. Seven my pasture is
gonna be. Better my memory is gonna be. Better my

vision's gonna be, better BUT i gotta work at. It
your memory's not gonna get better if you don't learn new.
THINGS i love learning new, things SO i just increase
my mental capacity every year of my. Life if you
do the same thing over and, over, yeah your memory

is gonna get. Worse if you do the same job every,
week you see the same, people you eat the same,
foods you go to the same, places you do the same,
activities your brain's going to get. Worse if you do new,
activities learn new, things meet new, people visit new, places

join new, groups take on new, hobbies then your brain
will get. Better so that's another common misconception that your
memory gets worse with. Age if you challenge your, memory
your memory will get better with. Age remember people's phone,

numbers remember, addresses remember your grocery, list remember people's. Names
go out of your way to purposely memorize stuff that
you don't have, to and, Say, Okay i'm gonna just
introduce myself to these three random. People i'm gonna memorize their,
(18:45):
names and then Tomorrow i'm we say what were those three?
Names challenge. Yourself remember your brother's phone. Number challenge. Yourself
you don't use THE, Gps try and remember the address
and remember the. Directions don't use your grocery, list remember

all the. Items use your. Brain you use it or
you lose. It so don't rely On google and YouTube for.
Everything rely on your, brain even if it takes. Longer
not as, convenient But i'd rather take an extra five
minutes to remember someplace or some, name then google it

right away and get dementia later in. Life those five
minutes are worth it to improve your brain. Function, Right
so we want more fat in our. Life we want
more good CHOLESTEROL. Hdl we need that good cholesterol to

fight off the bad. Cholesterol we want. Bacteria we want
that good bacteria to fight off that bad. Bacteria the
human body is. Amazing it has good brain cells to
fight out the bad brain. Cells, now it is true
that every decade of our lives after the age of,

forty we lose ten percent of our brain. Cells that's.
True so we do lose brain, cells but that doesn't
mean our memory gets. Worse in, fact if we lose
bad brain, cells if we lose dysfunctional brain, cells if
we lose damaged brain, cells then we're gonna get. Smarter

we're gonna improve our memory as we get from forty
to fifty because we're just sweeping out the bad brain.
Cells so let's get rid of those bad brain. Cells
we have these glial. Cells they're like the nurses of
the brain that cleaned it, up but the only way
they could clean it up is during, rest so they

do it at. Night and you want to make sure
that you won't have any food in your body four
hours before. Bedtime so if bedtime is ten, pm you
should be done with dinner by six. Pm, therefore you
have four hours of having no food in your, body
so it's easy to digest before you lie down for,

sleep because it's much harder to get a good night's.
Sleep Re, energize cleanse out your bad brain. Cells digest
all the food and absorb the, nutrients absorb the, water
detox the bad, stuff, reoxygenate re, energize. Replenish we gotta

do that at, night but you gotta have four hours
from your last meal to. Bedtime, also don't watch electronics
for the four hours before. Bedtime if bedtime's ten, pm
no MORE tv past, six no more computer past, six
no more cell phone past. Six turn off all the smart,
devices the, iPads all that stuff after six because the

smart devices have. Cortisol cortisols the stress hormone that's going
to aggravate your. Brain it's going to cause more, anxiety more,
stress more, fatigue more, pain more muscle, spasm more brain,
five more, insomnium more sleep, deprivation more, thyroid more hormone,

problems digestive. Problems, Right SO i don't want any of that.
Stuff so no food or electronics after six. Pm we
want to be in bed by ten. Pm the most
hours that are most important for your sleep by the
hours before. Midnight so if you sleep from twelve to,
eight it's not nearly as good as sleeping from ten to.

Six if you sleep from one to, nine it's not
even closed as healthy as sleeping from nine to, five all,
Right so it's much better to go to bed earlier
and wake up, earlier then go to bed late and
wake up. Late and it's just because your cicading. Minims
you want to do all activities during the, sunlight and

we want to rest and relax during the. Darkness that's
the Way god intended. It follow the laws of. Nature
don't mess with the way we've been doing it for
thousands of. Years so you gotta eat from the. Earth
just eat your, fruits your, veggies your, nuts your seeds and.
Whatever you could catch your, eggs your, chicken your, fish,
right but they're not catching meat every. Day back in the,

day you should have red meat every. Day you shouldn't
have eggs every. Day you should have steak every, day
burgers every, day pork every. Day you shouldn't have anything every.
DAY i don't care even if it's kale or. Broccoli
don't have anything every. Day don't have chicken every. Day
don't have eggs every. Day don't have fish every. Day

one day you have, eggs one day you have, chicken
one day you have, fish one day you have a
piece of. Meat spread it. Out you don't need all
these things for every. Meal most of your food should be, fruits,
vegetables not. Seeds that's where hunter. Gatherers so we gathered

get lucky right and eat during the, day that's the
laws of the, sun sleep during the. Night. Right just
follow these simple. Ways we've done it for thousands of,

don't you, know BE ocd about dirty door knobs and

Know we get exposed to all these, patients all these,
people with all these random bacterias and. Viruses we're exposed non,
stop you, know especially In New York city where you
have people traveling from all over the world all coming

coming into my, office AND i love. IT i want
to be exposed to. BACTERIA i need that. BACTERIA i
thrive on that. Bacteria people, say, OH i caught a
cold from my. FRIEND i WISH i want to catch

all the bacteria from my. Friends BUT i won't get
sick because my immune system is. Strong, Right why do
you think WHEN covid came, around and some people will
get exposed and get really, sick some people will get
exposed and not get sick at. All why do you
think that? Is it's because their immune systems were. Different

the people who got sick FROM covid had a weak
immune system at that moment when they were. Exposed now
why their immune system was, weak who. Knows maybe they
didn't get enough sleep the night. Before maybe they were emotionally.
Stressed maybe they were boozing drinking some. Alcohol maybe they
had a lot of. Sugar maybe they have a sedentary.

Lifestyle maybe the, diabetes heart, disease, cancer. Obesity there was
always something else that made them susceptible to the sickness
because they were already weak to begin. With truly healthy
people when they got, exposed would be. FINE i got

exposed a million times TO, covid never tested. Positive never
Really i'd probably got. It there was one MORNING i
had a little scratchy, throat BUT i just ran it,
Out SO i don't know one hundred percent POSITIVE i got,
it But i'm assuming that was the day WHERE i
kind of just fought it, off you. KNOW i just
literally ran in the morning five, miles sweated, out and

my scratchy throat was. Gone no MORE, covid you. Know
So i'm gonna get exposed TO, covid get exposed to lime.
DISEASE i can't tell you how many TICKS i found on,
myself BUT i never got lime, disease never tested positive
because my immune system foughted off many mold. EXPOSURES i
had how many floods in my house and my. Apartments

never got sick, though because my immune system is strong
that much heavy. Metals i's been exposed to, aluminum, lead, arsenic,
mercury been exposed to all. That but my body's, strong
SO i can handle. It Sometimes i've been hitting the
head playing tackle football growing, up getting elbowed in the

head playing, basketball knead in the, head head budded playing,
soccer getting punched in the head from my brother many,
times been hitting the, head dropped one hundred pounds steal
pipe on my head by. Accident but DID i get concussion? Symptoms,

no BECAUSE i treat my brain every, day SO i
can handle a brain. Impact some people can get hit
in the head and have no. Problem other people can
get hit in the head and get a, concussion, headache,
dizziness blurry, vision brain. Fog it's because their systems weak
to begin. With so if you get your system so,

strong you can handle impact to your. Head you can
handle mold, exposure you can handle heavy, Metals you can handle,
stress lack of, sleep poor diet one. Night if you
do everything, right it'll make up for that one time
where things aren't. Right but if you're constantly, stressed you're
constantly not getting the right, Sleeve you're constantly exposing yourself

to heavy, metals to, mold to, bacteria to, viruses and
you never get a chance to fight it. Off then
it builds up inside no. Good so my goal with
my patients is to get everyone so strong before their
sickness even, better so therefore when they do get exposed

to a stress or a chemical or toxin or some, physical, emotional, biochemical,
radioactive electromagnetic type of, stress you can handle. IT i
have patients that can't handle any electromagnetic frequencies because their

system are so. SENSITIVE i have patients that can't handle you,
know perfumes and cleaning chemicals because they're so. SENSITIVE i
have patients that can't handle you, know someone chewing food
next to them because they're so, sensitive or or lights
because they're so set. In and then we fix their,
brain we rewire it through, neuroplastics and now they can

handle the. Noises now they can handle the, Smells now
they can handle the. Stress now they don't get depressed or,
anxious or insomnia or fatigue or, pain or any physical
manifestation such as digestive, problems respiratory, problems circulatory, problems inflammatory,
problems hormonal, problems erectile, dysfunction menstrual, cramps, infertility poor, libido

can't control your, bladder not having good. Digestion, right we
got to fix the brain and the body so it
can handle the stress and function at a higher. Level
but we got to get rid of these medical. Misconceptions.
Right if we start listening to all these doctors and

commercial and news articles and reporters teaching us all these bad,
things and we keep doing, it we're going to keep
ending up the same. Way america is the sickest country
in the. World stop listening to people that give you
advice In, america they do not know about. Health we're
the first country where we're actually dying earlier than the previous.

Year every other, country the life expectancy keeps getting, longer
not In america keeps getting. Shorter we have the most. Doctors,
yes we're the sickest. Country we have the most, Medications
yet we're the sickest. Country we have the most money

put into health, care yet we have the sickest. Country everyone's, like,
oh everyone deserves. Healthcare, no that means everyone's gonna get.
Sick people who are in the system gets. Sick you're
better off without health, care not seeing. Doctors those are
the healthiest people because you take care of. Yourself you eat,

healthy you, exercise you drink, water you go to bed,
early you reduce your. Stress that's your healthcare, plan not
OH i need surgeries and. Medications, yeah if you have an,
emergency that's when we're. Good america has the best doctors
in an emergency. Situation, right you get into a car,

accident your bone's. BROKEN i want to be in An american.
Hospital get bit by a, snake you need that anti.
