Google AI content is transforming search and requires immediate attention from businesses. By September or October, businesses unprepared for this shift may face significant challenges in being found online.

• Create content that answers frequently asked questions from customers
• Use transcripts from videos to develop blog posts that address search queries
• Make ChatGPT your "best friend" for business intelligence
• Document customer questions as they occur in real-time
• Mark your location in every social post for local business visibility
• Rotate through different nearby cities in location tags to attract regional customers
• Teenagers are already using ChatGPT voice features instead of typing searches
• This voice-first approach will become mainstream for all customers by November
• Old content properly tagged with locations is gaining new visibility in Google AI results

If you need help implementing these strategies, reach out to me and my team. We can guide you, coach you through the process, or even handle it for you if needed. Leave a comment to share your thoughts and I'll catch you on the next episode of Booster Visibility.

Brenda Eckhardt (00:00):
Why should you even care about Google AI
content?
It's just one more thing thatyou have to do and it's
overwhelming and what the heckeven is it?
Well, I'm here to simplify itfor you as much as possible and
I'm gonna tell you what I'mdoing and what I've done to be
prepared for it, because it'sgonna change everything with
Google Search.
If you're a local business andyou need to get found online, I

(00:22):
highly recommend that you dropas much as you can in marketing
right now.
Stop the presses, literallystop the reels, stop posting and
take a few weeks or a week, depending on your team, your
capacity, and go all in on this, because I would say, by
September, october, if you havenot had your self-prepared, your

(00:47):
business prepared to be foundonline, there's going to be a
problem getting you found, justbeing brutally honest.
So what does all of this mean?
Google AI, chatgpt they're allbecoming the same.
You and I need to createcontent that answers the FAQs.

(01:11):
That's it.
We need to anticipate thefrequently asked questions by
our customers and create contentthat has those words, those
captions, those words typed overthe top of the screen so that
we can get found locally ifyou're a local business and if
you're not a local business, then whatever key phrases you

(01:33):
use or believe that you need touse, based on Google Trends, etc
.
You want to be getting thosethings in place Now.
Video can have its part in this, like right now what I'm doing.
I'm actually creating, really,a transcript.
That's probably the mostvaluable piece of this.
Youtube will give me atranscript when I'm done with

(01:57):
this video and I can take thattranscript.
I can create a blog post orseveral blog posts based on what
I'm talking about and it'sanswering questions that people
are searching for.
I want them to come to me.
I don't want them going to anyother marketing strategy
specialist.
I want them to find me.

(02:17):
I want to coach them.
I want to take you, people likeus, under my wing and shepherd
you through all of this crazystuff that we have to deal with
as small business owners, midsize business owners and
marketers, because it feels likewe're constantly either dodging
you know, fruit being thrown atus, or playing whack-a-mole,

(02:42):
trying to get it all done andunderstand, like, how do I even
prioritize this?
Well, this is really toppriority right now.
A number one, absolute toppriority stop the presses.
Google and large language model, ai, search-based content.
So from the transcripts that Icreated or extracted from

(03:03):
YouTube.
Or let's just say that you gointo chat GPT let's say you
don't have a YouTube channel Gointo chat GPT and use voice on
your phone and just explaineverything it is that you do.
Explain your best customers, your best customer experiences,
most commonly asked questionsand, for the next few weeks in

(03:26):
your everyday, day to day, makechat GPT your best friend for
business and your basic businessBI.
Because when something occurslet's say that you own a
clothing boutique and somebodycomes in and asks a question and
you think in your head, peopleask me this all the time Well,

(03:49):
you need to be answering thatquestion for Google, because if
you think people are asking thatquestion in real time, in real
life in your shop, they're 100%Googling it first.
Or they're asking ChatGPT withthe voice feature, or they're
asking chat GPT with the voicefeature hey, does such and such
boutique have plus size dresses?

(04:09):
Whatever the question is?
So you can create a blog postor a website page whatever is
your way of using your websiteto answer these most frequently
asked questions.
And this is going to be anongoing, continuous need Because

(04:30):
, as AI gets smarter, consumersare getting smarter, they're
going to be asking more complexquestions.
They're going to be asking morecomplex questions.
A great example is in themedical field, because when I've
spoken to doctors, when I'veseen YouTube videos of doctors
talking about their biggestchallenges right now, it's the

(04:50):
fact that patients are too smart.
Patients know a lot of theright questions to ask and
sometimes these doctors don'teven know how to answer them in
a way that can manage what theexpectation of an answer is from
a patient anymore, because theyknow too much because of AI,

(05:10):
chat, gpt, google and doingself-research.
So people are getting smarter.
We need to keep getting smarterand it seems like a lot of work
and a lot of heavy lifting, butonce you get the bulk of it
done, definitely use ChatGPT tohelp you.

(05:31):
Once you get that on yourwebsite, you are so far ahead of
the competition.
They will be wondering how yougot to the top of Google and how
you keep staying there.
They will be wondering how yougot to the top of Google and how
you keep staying there.
Now the second piece of this isyour video posts like Reels
Facebook.
Reels Facebook posts.
Make sure you're marking yourlocation, if you're a local

(05:58):
business in every single post.
If you want to attract peoplefrom outside cities from your
area, just rotate through thedifferent cities that that's the
location you're in for thatparticular video or post.
Now, I know that if you have amain street shop, you're
probably thinking I don't wantto do that, but it's okay to do
that.
If you want to attract businessfrom a nearby city, it's
actually pretty critical thatyou do that, because there's to

(06:20):
attract business from a nearbycity.
It's actually pretty criticalthat you do that because there's
only so many customers in yourarea that you've probably
already reached and the goal isconstantly to bring in new
people.
Show that you're doingsomething different and exciting
and that you're the placethat's going to give them great
customer service.
If they find the answers totheir questions by search,

(06:42):
they're going to want to come toyou because you're the expert.
You're the one that they cantrust.
This is such an opportunity tobuild trust and to get found
locally, especially if you'vebeen struggling with that.
It's like AI opened the door foryou to have a redo.

(07:03):
If you just have never reallygotten on the first page of
Google.
This is your answer.
This is your key.
I know people have mixedfeelings about AI.
You don't need to be sharingpersonal information, you don't
need to be sharing names of yourcustomers, but you can use it
as a tool and this, as you cantell, I'm excited about it

(07:25):
because I'm already seeingmassive results.
I'm seeing all of my pastInstagram reels that I've marked
the location and had keywordedcaptions showing up in the short
form video area on Google.
Captions showing up in theshort form video area on Google.
Now, that's new and that's 100%Google AI, recognizing that

(07:46):
that didn't happen maybe twomonths ago.
That happened recently.
I've been in business for 21years.
I've been posting on Instagramsince I don't know when.
When did it begin?
2015.
And some of my oldest reels areshowing up, so it's giving new
life to those reels, and myYouTube shorts are on fire on

(08:09):
Google right now.
Now, as another piece to this,my main market for photography
is high school seniors, and thisis how this leads into
marketing.
I cannot explain to you howtrue it is that teenagers set

(08:30):
the trend for what yourcustomers are going to be doing
in a year, and I will tell youbeyond any doubt that your
customers by next year reallyprobably more than likely by
November will be using chat GPTvoice to search for what they

(08:51):
want to know If they want tofind a liquor store near me, if
they want to find the best placeto find a birthday cake,
whatever, they're using voice.
These teenagers are not typing.
They're not going to Googlevoice like the voice feature

(09:12):
dictating.
They're just having a constantconversation with chat GPT to
ask questions and they're usingit as like a Q and a all day.
That's really what I shouldtitle this YouTube video.
I just wanted to hop on here andexplain that that's where I've
been.
That's what I've been goingpretty hard on with my virtual
assistant.
If you feel like this is toomuch for you and you're going to

(09:37):
struggle with finding the timeto do this, a virtual assistant,
even in the short term, can bea huge help.
If you could use help from meand my team, let me know I'm
happy to either guide youthrough, coach you through or
help you through, or do it foryou if need be.
But I really cannot stressenough how this should be

(10:01):
priority A number one for yourmarketing.
I hope you found this helpfuland I look forward to talking to
you, hopefully in chat.
Leave a comment to let me knowwhat you're thinking and I will
catch you on the next episode ofBooster Visibility.
