Do you have an inner critic inside your head that’s constantly putting you down?

A voice that goes around and around in your head all day saying negative things - especially about your body and your ability to stick to healthy habits?

Did you know the private conversations you have with yourself can either be motivating and help you move forward with positive action, or major obstacles to reaching your goals.

That’s because thoughts create emotions, emotions create actions, actions create your outer reality.

And that’s why negative thinking can quickly turn into self-fulfilling prophecies.

If you’re constantly beating yourself up, you’re not going to feel motivated, you’re not going to have the confidence that you can do it and, many times, when we feel bad, we turn to food to help us feel better. Which ends up perpetuating the cycle.

In this episode, I share four steps that can help you quiet the inner critic, break the vicious cycle, and start feeling positive and motivated.
