Every year on birthdays, I ask my friends and family, "what has been the biggest lesson you learned over the last year of your life?"
It's been a tradition for many years now and everyone in my circle of friends and family knows it's coming.
I recently had a birthday and had to answer the question myself, and what I came up with was this: You are valued, worthy, and enough, just because you're here. On this episode, I share more about this lesson and why it matters for all of us to learn at one point or another.
