What happens when you fail at your purpose? Is that even possible?

There is an idea circulating among certain cultures that we must find our one purpose or one "calling." And so, we go in search of it. We spend our lives seeking out this purpose and begin attaching it to "what we do" instead of "who we are."

The lines between purpose, passion, meaning, and fulfillment get muddied, and when you remove one of those from the equation, your entire "purpose" can come crashing down.
