This week the BrainTap Business Journal Podcast is proud to introduce Dr. Carol Francis. Dr. Francis has 40 years of experience working with adults, couples, parents, families and companies to make life happen the way they envision it, but her passion is helping people recover from traumatic incidents in their lives to regain peace and harmony within themselves and the world around them.
This week we’ll be discussing Dr. Francis’s Recovery After Trauma Work for Healthcare Workers. We are all living in a time of anxiousness and upset, but healthcare workers in particular are being exposed to massive amounts of trauma that affects their lives in and out of the workplace. It has become Dr. Francis’s mission to help these healthcare workers recover from the trauma of their jobs and address the special needs these workers have.
