Divine Masculine Meditation

The masculine goes through a crisis, it is getting challenged and redefined. These need to be done because the standards change a lot, the toxic masculinity needs to change, the new balances need to be restored, we need to re-establish and redefine our relationship with the masculine quality. The masculine, yang, energy is all around us. In fact, we are very familiar with it. Speed, extroversion, movement, and action are some of the masculine qualities we encounter every day. Yin and yang are an integral part of our nature and need to be balanced. We all have these expressions of both feminine and masculine every day In this meditation, we focus on the divine masculine, which is related, among other things, to logic, to planning and strategy, to risk-taking, to development. Male energy is associated with fire, with the father sky and the sun. How are these energies expressed in your body? In this meditation we explore this beautiful side, meet, feel and heal with the inner warrior. We are talking about energies and their expression. Gender and sexual identity do not matter.
