Follow your inner path

In the previous 7 meditations, we came to know and connected with all of our energy centers individually. We noticed any blockages that are related to all of our chakras, to recognize and resolve any issues that might concern us. We continue with the eighth and last meditation of this series, in which through the gradual balance of all basic energy centers, we deepen in the aura levels. While we attune with each level, we will feel the aura that surrounds us to cleanse, become bright and take on body and substance. Once we connect and clear our aura, we will be able, at the end of this meditation, to define and come closer to our deepest desires, to see clearly the path that leads to the fulfillment of our life and to appear before us all the solutions, all the appropriate conditions needed to create the reality that our inner truth and knowledge seeks. You can keep near or hold any crystal you want. Find a quiet place, close your cell phone or any distraction and dedicate these minutes to yourself. If you are driving or doing something that needs your attention, please download it and listen to it when it’s time to relax.
