Virginia Valencia is a federally certified court interpreter with over 15 years of professional experience in the fields of legal, medical, and conference interpreting. She is the lead instructor at Interpretrain, an educational company she founded in 2007 that offers game-driven workshops and user-friendly multi-media study tools for interpreters to further improve their professional skills. Virginia holds a combined Certificate in Translation and Interpretation Studies from Hunter College (2004) and is certified/approved by the Superior Courts of NJ (2005), NY (2006), and CA (2012).
She currently lives in California, where she teaches and works as an interpreter.
