Speaker 1 (00:13):
Hello, Hello, Hello. I'm so excited because this literally came
together within hours. I literally have money from uh the
mix with money and this is actually a co headlining episode, So.
Speaker 2 (00:29):
Would you like to do your intro? Also, yeah, hello, hello, Hello,
beautiful and wonderful mixologists and people who listen to Bravo.
We're black. I'm just so happy to be here. Like literally,
this is like church, are you kidding? Like I learn
my bi weekly Bible study with Kaya. He's the best
because Bravo we're black, and we're here and we're talking
(00:51):
about the things shouldn't we do, like should we do
our church announcements?
Speaker 1 (00:55):
Like do like so okay, so if we have anything
going on that we want to talk about that the
people can support.
Speaker 2 (01:03):
I do have a couple of things.
Speaker 1 (01:07):
It's September, which is Sickle Cell Awareness Month, and like
I always, I'm not gonna I'm not gonna keep y'all
too long. I swear to God and Sickle Cell Awareness
Month and every year, well for the past like two years,
I decided basically I'm going to the same doctors as
(01:28):
cancer patients. That's not tea or shade the cancer patients,
but the way that I get treated compared to people
with cancer when we go to.
Speaker 2 (01:37):
The same doctors.
Speaker 1 (01:39):
I've had to have chemotherapy, I've had to go through
the same horrors, and then I've seen people get cured
of the not necessarily cured, but get in remission of
their cancer, while I still have sickle cell and I
still get treated like shit because sickle cell affects people
of color more predominan.
Speaker 2 (02:00):
I just hate that.
Speaker 1 (02:02):
So instead of complaining about it like I always would
for the past two years during sickle cell Awareness Month,
I would tell people it is sickle sell Awareness Month
and you can go to the GoFundMe. I'm going to
put the link in bio on Instagram and the link
on my podcast. Donate to the GoFundMe because what I
(02:23):
do instead of and even people would cancer who who
need money, they make you jump through so many hoops
and it's like, hey, I just got out of the hospital.
I just need a few bucks to pay my light bill.
I need, you know, some food in my cabinet. Instead
of doing all that, and I'm sure I'm supposed to
(02:44):
be doing this, but I'll do it anyway. If you
can prove to me that you have sickle sell I
will send you some money, like I'll pay a light bill,
I'll get you some food, I'll get you an Uber card,
whatever it is. It goes directly back into the community
of Sickle Cell Warriors, and I will be raising money
throughout the entire month of September. I understand that we
(03:07):
are in hard times. I understand that I just raised
money for the five year celebration of Bravo We're Black,
And I just appreciate you guys for listening, for always donating.
If you cannot donate, please please share. And also, if
(03:28):
you can't donate you don't feel like sharing, just educate
yourself on sickle cell what you can do. If you
know anyone with sickle sell how you can be there
for them. And yeah, so the GoFundMe donate if you
can share if you can. I appreciate you guys going
on all September and I just really really appreciate you
(03:48):
guys and love you guys.
Speaker 2 (03:50):
So money, Okay, No, seriously, that's tea, y'all. Please go
and do that. I know, like, I'm in a co
autoimmune disease, have of the things, and there's nothing as
hard as it is. And I'm a girl who's s
thyroid is her worst enemy in every way imaginable. Think
(04:12):
of all the ways that you're like, oh, does she
have blah blah blah. I have all three, Yes, all three.
So I get the feelings because your thyroid also controls
your immune system, and so being sick is like a
part of my personality. And I would still I've never
in my life seen the same kind of like intense,
(04:33):
like overwhelming, unwell, like people pushing through true like discomfort,
not feeling well, like all the things. As I have
kids with sickle cell. I work in the school. I
know kids who have had sickle cell. It's incredibly amazing
to me when they even are able to show up
sometimes because I know how hard it is for them.
(04:55):
And famously, famously I won't use this woman's name, but
my mom always tells me the story because this is
how I was raised about how her one of her
best friends became her best friend in the third grade
because she had sick of sale and because of her
eyes being jaundice. Sometimes people look this is back in
(05:16):
the day, but kids were really cruel and they would
bully her and they would throw rocks at her at recess.
So my mom would run over to her get the
rocks and throw them back.
Speaker 3 (05:29):
Period, hurt the rocks at these little white boys who
were throwing it at her friend and calling her names
and talking about her eyes and things like that.
Speaker 2 (05:41):
And she was like and she was like, honestly, she
said all they were mad at her. She was like,
it just really hurts because her body hurt, so it
wasn't even like an emotional thing. She was like, it hurts.
I can't even process it. So my mama said, oh, oh,
you had to say, And so she started clocking these
people and picking up bigger run in the third grade,
and I got fire, and my mom's mom, my grandmother,
(06:05):
shout out to my nana, Charlotte, she's the best. Nana
was like they called her and like she's in the
principal's office because she was throwing rocks at the students.
And she was like, well, what does she do She's like, well,
she was throwing rocks, Like why did she do that?
It's like, well she was, you know, someone was they
were bullying her friend. And she was like, then sounds
like she did nothing wrong and hung up the phone.
Speaker 1 (06:26):
Period, why are you calling me about that?
Speaker 2 (06:29):
For me, and not those boys who were throwing rocks
at this little girl.
Speaker 1 (06:35):
Literally literally, And it's so crazy because I used to
think that it was like normal that I would be
in the hospital for like two weeks and then I
would just go to school and like that was I
just thought that was it, Like that was just kind
of like what was like I thought that it was normal,
like growing up in the hospital, Like I don't know,
(06:55):
it's so part of my.
Speaker 2 (06:57):
Life and my mom's middle sister. The autoimmun disease has
come from my mom's side because all three my mom,
her older sister and she all my mom and her
two sisters all have a different autoimmune disease. My goodness.
Yeah yeah. My aunt actually my oldest aunt. She passed
away from Graves disease complications at fifty six. My mom
(07:19):
has hashimotos and my aunt has sloopis. She's had loopis
my entire life. So I'm so how like sick a
person can be. So I never put it past a
person when they tell me they have the thing, and
instill I'm like the loopis and the sible. So I've
always had empathy for people who grew up like because
(07:42):
growing up around it I'm like, oh, it's hard, it's
really hard. And now me as an adult with the
thyroid things, I'm like, bitch your luck. I'm tired this
house this week because I've had two thyroid storms and
if you know what a thyroid storm is, you know
basically you're out. That's it. I'm not doing it. I'm
(08:02):
not going outside. I can't. I'm sick. The mental health
is plummeted, the immune system is plummeted. And you're telling
me that people who battle with sickle cell like deal
with this multiple times, bouts and bouts and bouts being
Please give the money, don't. It's just one less Starbucks round, y'all.
That's it, it's just one less In fact, donate your
(08:23):
next PSL to a person with sickle cell. There you do, exactly,
There we go, There you go. That is my church
announcement going on with Now my mom is going to
be yours. Oh and also, please don't send your kids
to school if they're sick. I'm sorry because it's only
been five days and I've ad have four kids out
with the strap and flu, and I just need y'all
(08:46):
to not do. My niece is already sick. What did
I just tell y'all about me being a sickly individual, Okay.
Speaker 1 (08:54):
And you're not why you're not going to school. I
don't care how much you want to go to school.
Speaker 2 (08:59):
You have a child, don't go to school. Your sister
is tea. I love her. Tell her she's the parent
of the Year and that her that there is a
teacher who put it in her teacher group chat that
only one parent has sense today and it was your sister.
Speaker 1 (09:15):
Yeah, because she's like, what is there? Why are you
going to school? You're you want to get somebody else sick,
and then you also don't even feel good, So what
do you want to go to school for?
Speaker 2 (09:25):
No? And I had a kid go home today at
lunch turned around. The lunch today was chicken nuggets and
mac and cheese, and he turned around. He didn't even
touch either one of them. He said, I don't really
feel good. And I was like, oh, you know, he
don't feel good chicken nuggets or mac and cheese. Girl, Siren,
you couldn't reach the parents. I called them four times.
(09:47):
I was like, he doesn't feel well?
Speaker 1 (09:49):
Yeah, who said.
Speaker 2 (09:53):
If he doesn't? And you know my question is always
because you know we're gonna ask him, my question is
are you the only one in your face family feeling
like this or is everyone in the family feeling like this?
He goes, Oh, no, we're all feeling like this. Oh
so it was delivery makes sense. I just wanted adults
sit and do what the adults needed to do. I
put it in the group chat. So shout out to
your sister. Please keep your children home. That's my track announcement.
(10:16):
Only want them to be able to go to school
in the long run. You need to keep them home
that one day, I'm telling it just doesn't make sense.
Like it doesn't when you get the teacher's sick. I'm
telling you you will be so mad. Look at a
bunch of emails because the subs gotta come in. There's
like a lot of instruction. It's so many things you
(10:36):
then don't realize the correlation. All comes back from the
fact that I didn't know pink eye, which is the
most contagious thing that y'all could get. Yeah, I think
I should keep my child home about Oh you did it.
It's so crazy. It's not like it's the most contagious
thing you can get. Even as adults just sayak so whatever,
it's fine. So thank you for for coming to my
(10:58):
ted talk. Thank you for the let me get in
a soap box. That's my announcement.
Speaker 1 (11:02):
Well, yeah, these are the church announcements show.
Speaker 2 (11:06):
If you're unfamiliar, go to church, hallelujah. If there is
any time to go to church, it is now in me.
What is going on? He is coming.
Speaker 1 (11:19):
So even if it's not denominational or mosque or wherever
you your place of feeling safe, where go go to
go there?
Speaker 2 (11:28):
Okay, okay, So I don't know if you want.
Speaker 1 (11:31):
This is the pop culture episode, so we can talk
about whatever we want to talk about. But it will
be very remiss of either of us to allow Karen
Huger to get out of jail.
Speaker 2 (11:48):
Not only not only did she get.
Speaker 1 (11:53):
Out of jail early in time for the holidays.
Speaker 2 (11:57):
And filming, Yes, thank you the holiday.
Speaker 1 (12:01):
Time for filming than you had the Bravo cameras there. Indeed,
as in the in the he.
Speaker 2 (12:10):
Got hair and makeup done at the jail. So in
the car, yeah.
Speaker 1 (12:16):
I want everyone that's showing. But that blonde picture of her,
that's an old picture. By the way, everyone needs to
know that that blonde that everyone is showing that's an
old picture of her because that was her hair artists
and makeup artists said that that one was an old picture.
But she did get hair and makeup done like when
(12:36):
she did.
Speaker 2 (12:37):
I saw that reported from the reporter. Yeah, one of
the there was a couple it was local news here.
Look it was I mean, hell as it should be
in the d n V. The local reporters and stuff.
They were talking to us. They were like, hey, did
you know we're here. Bravo is also here. We're here,
We're waiting on Karen. She is still in the hair
(12:59):
and make up chair. She did ask and it was granted.
I said, well, that's really kind. I love that. And
I just want to keep saying I got to Montgomery
County for not disappointing me keeping your vein.
Speaker 1 (13:11):
While I do not condone what she did, she did
her time. She took it on the shin and she's back.
Speaker 2 (13:24):
No. Yeah, And I just talked about this on my
podcast as well, doing in emergency of Hot topics. But
like it was like I mainly because I got reached
out to by an attorney who was like in the
DMV and she was like, technically she actually served exactly
what she was supposed to. It was to Jackson, Yeah
(13:53):
she she is he Yeah, No, she got out exactly
when she was supposed to. It was two years and
one year suspended, and he was only really supposed to
serve that one year. Getting that six months for good behavior,
it makes a lot of sense.
Speaker 1 (14:10):
That's like black mouth because you already know, like back
in the day, they would give a person like maybe
like two years and they used to serve a year
in a day, a year and a day.
Speaker 2 (14:18):
You said, thumb. Yes, this criminal defense attorney said that
she's like never not had a client, especially in the area,
not get out early for good behavior. Like so her
serving six months is pretty much exactly what would be
expected unless she was a terrible inmate, which lets me know.
Also Karen was on her best behavior, and that's tea
(14:39):
and I would be on you.
Speaker 1 (14:42):
I'm probably can and girl, I'm so glad that you
got picked up. She didn't drive off, she didn't get
in the driver's seat when she she didn't get in
the driver's seat when she was leaving the jail house,
so you know, and even if she did, even if
she did, she wasn't drunk because they don't allow you
to drink there. Okay, So I'm just glad that the
(15:05):
Grand Dame is back, like she's back just in time
to be on the finale, or if the finale was
already do you know what the finale was already taped.
Speaker 2 (15:16):
It's I don't think it was because they were they've
still been actively filming. This was not her release was
not like the two did not coincide. It wasn't necessarily planned.
I think that Bravo continuing to film. I don't even
think we have a van upon rolls thing on her hand.
She was supposed like them, her getting out, it's gonna
(15:39):
be part of it, Like that's the whole thing. Not
to mention. Hello. The trailerler addressed to Karen yep, and
the ending invited her back by gizelle, please please, We're
gonna get a great season and Teresa Worthy come home
(16:00):
home where she can be included in a part of
This was not necessarily planned, but it is by perfect design. No,
it's perfect design, and we're just grateful. We're grateful, like the.
Speaker 1 (16:13):
Way and then it's just the way because I already
heard you and uh shout out to I love calling
people by their Instagram meme. That's why it's always I
always say mixing with money, but I'm.
Speaker 2 (16:25):
Like, no, yeah, the podcast is yes.
Speaker 1 (16:28):
Shout out to Pink Pop Box because I heard you
all talk about the trailer and I'm just like, that
was trailer ate so good and the fact that they
didn't even know that Karen was going to be out
just in time and they started it with dear Kiaren
(16:49):
like it was a TUPAC letter.
Speaker 2 (16:50):
That was a I feel like, I really want to
know if that wasn't an immediate artistic decision of like
she got announced that she was coming out, the trailer
was already filmed and there or was something and they
had the cuts that they wanted and they were like
who wrote the voiceover? That was like they could make
that so quick and they said, Gaselle, Chop chop, you know, yeah, right,
(17:14):
she's ready to go an extra spotlight moment. Even if
it's exactly even if it's bringing Karen on back, sitting
down and writing a fake letter, that's like what ten
minutes we know content creation, that's ten minutes of a
of a situation. Maybe they're doing it for like an
hour and a half on a on a camp Porterer
(17:35):
and they're like, we got it, we got it, and
Giselle sends it over and we're good to go, like
they need them to know that they were in their
telfie when they literally did this whole thing.
Speaker 1 (17:49):
Because we got the news that Karen was getting out
on that day. But then immediately the trailer dropped, and
then not only did the trailer drop, the trailer was
so damn good, just when we were like, I don't
know how the season is gonna be. There is no Mia,
there's a British person there that does not understand what
is going on. There's another new girl and she getting
(18:11):
caught up in it. She having a terrible second season,
much like we know we finally see the White Man
and she couldn't film last year that she got TJ knows.
Speaker 2 (18:19):
To pull him out. Why why do you want to
film now? I think he wants to film now because
she was filming with another man, and I think that
was her reasoning for doing so. And the thing is,
I'm going to secure my spot regardless on this show.
And if you're not going to do it with me,
and you don't care if I get this or not,
(18:41):
I'm gonna do what I have to do. And I
think that's what she did. And she's a go get
her She does what she needs to do for herself.
She just she throws rocks and hides her hand. And
I think that's gonna be an interesting season for miss Gurley.
I think that it's gonna be an interesting But you
know what, Still she rises, she rises, Still she rises. Yes,
(19:04):
and this is off topic, but this is so ignorant.
Speaker 1 (19:11):
Did anyone see the video of and then? I actually
want to bring it around to the difference between people
who are doing things that are.
Speaker 2 (19:24):
Performed, even if it is performative.
Speaker 1 (19:26):
This is what I want to see that is actually happening,
rather than like these fake as apologies and people not
listening and learning some or another of baddies of zous same.
Speaker 2 (19:40):
I'm bringing up Zeus. I don't care listen.
Speaker 1 (19:44):
I have to bring this up because me the group chat,
like everyone who saw it was on fire about this
some or the other. She insulted someone and she's said
that they were they looked like Emmett Till And it's
something that I would expect from someone who was Zeus.
Not only did she put out a apology on social media,
(20:08):
but it's been a few months since the incident happened,
and she didn't just put out the apology. There was
a video of her in the library reading et tills biography.
And just because I'm laughing at the same time does
not mean that I'm not taking it seriously, because I
(20:28):
feel like, even if it is performative, because what she
said is, oh, I was so misinformed, because this is
a young girl, y'all. She already told you, y'alln't gave
them wrong bitch money. This is someone who is uninformed
and someone who's on ZEUS network who's.
Speaker 2 (20:41):
Trying to say none of them are informed. Okay, let
me tell you exactly. And I didn't even the underground
railroad was actually a railroad. Never we forget and this
and this is someone who has whose grandfather's father's march
and she was also a big grown age like this
(21:02):
young lady is. I'm surprised she knows who Immettel is.
I think she was just pulling out words. I think
she probably watched that movie TiO and that was it,
and that was it. That was her only reference of like,
oh you look at not necessarily the connotation. That was
all she knew about it. That's it.
Speaker 1 (21:23):
And while she apologized this was months ago. She came back,
she was in the library, she was reading about it,
and she talked about how it touched her and whether
it's for pr or not. The fact that she can
I don't even know what the word is, but the
fact that she can show more growth then someone who
(21:47):
has said something race, a white person who has done
something absolutely racist on another network, on in another girls
with the OC girls like but someone from Zeus network
can sit down and read a biography of until even
if she listens to the audio book, even if she.
Speaker 2 (22:07):
Just read the back of the book, I don't wonder
what it is. I'm sorry.
Speaker 1 (22:11):
That is actual action, an actual change that I want
to see when people write these long miseducated, I didn't
get informed.
Speaker 2 (22:21):
I'm hitting all these points. But I'm looking at you
white woman tennis player who said I'm just don't know
English very well, and that's why I called her class
list and uneducated. Okay, those sound like words that you know.
To me, those sounds that very well. It seems like
you're using those words because you know them. But okay,
very well, you know what the fuck you were doing? Yeah,
(22:43):
and She's like, and I look forward to leaving New York. Okay, girl,
all right, yeah, we look forward to it too. We
look forward to the fun and take them apologizing in
cursive on Instagram. Girl, get if you don't get the
fuck what? Well, my girl from Sinner said you could
have get that fuck out in my face? Okay, what
(23:05):
did o'd Andrea say? Yeah, I read it. I wasn't
fucking with it. Oh yeah, I loved that, Like I
used that daily. Now that's gonna be the that's the one.
I ready, I wasn't fucking with it. That's mostly the
title of the episode.
Speaker 1 (23:22):
Yes, let's remember that because one thing about me I'll forget.
Speaker 2 (23:33):
Believe it or not. I have a backup playing. My
wife is nearby and she will remember and she had
she has a neurotypical brain. We good. Hell, yeah that's true. Baby. Okay,
It's like, listen, how many people does it take the
title of podcast I love whatever's wrong with us that's
not physical at least seriously, because one it's making me
(23:58):
a cute little point. Listen to the ass. That's fine
as I mean, well, while we are on I'm like,
we like you brought it up, but While we are
on Zeus.
Speaker 1 (24:15):
Gosla's Cabaret debuted the new dance for I Like the
Way you Are, which is my fucking jam and it's
she has a line dance to it, and now I
need to learn the.
Speaker 2 (24:27):
Line dance and I can't wait.
Speaker 1 (24:30):
For her to literally.
Speaker 2 (24:34):
Find like, no, not even yet, find different ways to
insult these women for not knowing the line dance. I
like the Way you Are, and.
Speaker 1 (24:42):
I can't believe that there's an I Like the Way
you Are line dance and it's so crazy because I'm like, God, like,
I have such range because I'm currently in that state
where I want to learn the Peacemaker dance.
Speaker 2 (24:55):
I don't know. I don't think that you're into.
Speaker 1 (24:58):
Like DC and Marvel stuff is as much as I am. Okay,
you're not into d.
Speaker 2 (25:04):
C because it's a good time to have a reputable
and really investible catalog.
Speaker 1 (25:14):
And that's loading. It's loading, it's loading, And.
Speaker 2 (25:19):
How about I believe it when I see it because
I'm an X men baby okay x Melly, first movie
I ever saw as a kid. So Marvel has had
me in a chokhold since we've been blowing up people. Yeah, well, the.
Speaker 1 (25:32):
Thing is, I really didn't learn the difference between Marvel
and DC until about five.
Speaker 2 (25:36):
Years ago, when.
Speaker 1 (25:39):
Hey, you sound like my mom, black people as black people,
we only know two people.
Speaker 2 (25:46):
Spider Man and Batman. Batman like that we're tight, but
we don't know the differences Superman.
Speaker 1 (25:55):
I always ask people, I'm like, why do why do
black people fuck with Spider Man so much?
Speaker 2 (26:01):
Like what is it about him?
Speaker 1 (26:02):
And I realize it's because he is the friendly neighborhood
spider Man, like you feel people from the trenches feel like, yo,
I can be this guy, especially.
Speaker 2 (26:14):
In like he was with a regular you who fail
he got like but no, he got bit by a
spider and he.
Speaker 1 (26:25):
And you know what when you and I don't know
what it was like when you Oh my god, there's
this viral video on my brain is rotten to the core.
Speaker 2 (26:35):
There's this video that's like that. I'm like, you need
to do this, y'all be wanting Kia to make helic
content on the TikTok and the reels for y'all. I'll
be like, she could do this, and I'm like, I
get embarrassed, like she will do it, though she will
get on the internet and entertain y'all, because she's better
at it than I am.
Speaker 1 (26:53):
I'm working on some things, you guys, but Manios is
behind the scenes. But anyways, but like it reminds me
of that video, and it's like Dora dancing, and it's
like Kung Fu Panda dancing and Minion dancing, and like
they're in the hood and there's this black woman just
hyping them up.
Speaker 2 (27:11):
It's just like go Panda, Go Manny, go Manny, And
I was funny. That video brings me joy.
Speaker 1 (27:19):
But it's like I think that what it was is
that there was it's so easy to get access to
a Spider Man suit that Spider Man could show up
to anyone's birthday, and I think that that's also why
people love Spider Man so much. And it's also your
friendly neighborhood spider Man, like he wasn't trying well, okay,
he would save in the world, sure, okay, cool, but
(27:40):
he was also saving your grandma, Like he was also
helping robberies, like he was really in the hood. He
was in the trenches helping people. And that's why Spider
Man is the way he is. And also, like I
usually do black excellence, So today my black excellence goes to.
Speaker 2 (28:01):
Spider Man. Is there anyone black who Miles Morales? He's
the black Spider Man? Amazing? So that's our black excellence
for today. I'm doing Peter. I'm doing Peter, and you're
doing Miles. Definitely non black. But okay, well do you.
Speaker 1 (28:20):
Know that that our black You, me and Aaron have
made our black stents like Lindsay Lohan. We made it
like a fictional character like we It's just you know,
they don't necessarily have to be black as long as
you're black.
Speaker 2 (28:35):
We can do that because we're black. Okay, okayastic is there?
Speaker 1 (28:45):
Do you want to go with your subject first? Or
do I want to go with my subject your subject?
Because I forgot what mine was?
Speaker 2 (28:51):
Geez okay. In the in the meantime, so there's a film.
Speaker 1 (28:56):
I don't know you guys if you guys heard about this,
but there's literally a film called It's a Stephen King movie.
It's called The Long Walk and at one it's a
horror movie first of all, but it's like about like
two hours, I.
Speaker 2 (29:15):
Believe, and you have to at the at one of.
Speaker 1 (29:20):
The showings, right, I think it was like the first
showing they did this in like New Yorkers, So I
don't know one of the la somewhere somewhere important that
I'm not at, and I don't want to be at.
Speaker 2 (29:31):
You had to walk the duration.
Speaker 1 (29:33):
Of the movie at three miles per hour on a
treadmill in order to see the movie. So you were
walking for basically two hours at three miles per hour
to watch a Stephen King movie. And I'm like, while
I love a gag, and while I love something crazy,
(29:53):
I would not be able to I don't there's no
movie in the world, mind you. I'm someone who likes
weird shit like that, but that's crazy.
Speaker 2 (30:04):
But I don't like doing a lot of physical labor. Actually,
walking is my least favorite activity. I'm just grateful for
the ability to do it. I hate it a lot,
Like I hate it a lot.
Speaker 1 (30:15):
I hate it if you stop walking finish the movie.
Speaker 2 (30:20):
And I don't know what that has to do with anything,
because I would have been like, what, like, I'm gonna
stop walking just because first of all, I'll forget I'm walking,
So that's not fair. I'm not kidding. I will I'll
forget I'm walking. That's how bad. Sliding back. I stop
because i'm looking at something. However, I will say if
(30:40):
it is a Stephen King movie, I'm a lot less
scared if I'm multitasking, so.
Speaker 1 (30:46):
I'm not in support at all. I think that that
concept is actually so cool. I think that that gag
is so cool, and like, shout out to the pr
team that did that. I always love like different promos
for movies, and I think that that's a gag. Like
the long walk that is such a freaking gag and
(31:06):
the fact that you literally pay money to go and
do this and if you stop walking, you can't finish
the movie.
Speaker 2 (31:13):
I feel like, listen, no offense, but can you can
do anything with white people and they'll be like, actually,
you know what, that's a great idea, like cause I
as a black person, I don't care if I get
tired at fifteen minutes, I'm gonna go and I'm gonna
sit down and I want to watch the rest of
my motherfucking movie. Especially with the prices of the movies
(31:33):
these days, girl, I'm paying to work. Oh no, work
out too, like I'm paying it sit down. In fact,
this would so not make my radar. That the reason
you had to be the person to break this to
me is becauseuse I find my base level movie experience
now to be ipick. And so if you know, you know,
I'm oh, I love an ipick where I don't even
(31:54):
want more than one other person next to me. I
want the seat to extend. I don't necessarily need to
eat or not. I just need the blanket and the
extension of in the cozy because that's how I like
to be period like just like down. So the fact
that she's telling me I got a walk when I'm
(32:15):
telling you I want to lay down the fact that.
Speaker 1 (32:17):
Y'all signed up for this is kind of crazy.
Speaker 2 (32:19):
You sent me to me? Like, why did y'all sign
Was it an experiment for yourself as well? That's fine,
challenge yourself. Just why am I listen? I can't walk?
Speaker 1 (32:28):
I can't even I went to, Oh my god, my
other Black excellence is going to go to and I
know we already did it, but my other Black Excellence
schools to Lady Yaga because when I say, she showed
her white ass at that concert. I went to the
Mayhem Ball and you guys saw my outfit. Two outfits
fell through, but God made it fall through because I
(32:51):
was meant to wear the lady in red outfit that
I wore. But when I say she performed like she
performed that Coachella, she ate that shit.
Speaker 2 (33:01):
So shout out to Lady Gaga.
Speaker 1 (33:02):
And she put on a show like I went to
her last concert. Amazing vocals, amazing dancing, amazing. Well, she
is also someone who suffers from an autoimmune disorder. I think,
well it's fire with miology. I think she has but yeah, okay,
so she has five with minology. So the fact that
she can sing live and do anything on stage, because
(33:25):
I did notice that she was in pain, like I
could recognize that, but she pushed through it for two
hours and forty minutes and did her catalog and sung live.
Speaker 2 (33:35):
And when she was like when you read, she was like,
the mic is on. So love her. I love her
and I'm really happy for her to be on Wednesday.
Yeah tomorrow, you guys, yes, while we're while we are
hold on now, before y'all go watch that, make sure
(33:55):
y'all go donate to the GoF of me, go subscribe
to the Money's Patreon. But also let us know come
back in time and tell us Start two is as
good as part one, Oh for real? Yeah, and if she.
I also would like to know if anybody watches it,
let me know if you also watch American Horror Story
(34:15):
and if you see a difference in those kinds of characters,
because I remember seeing that she's gonna be on Wednesday
and thinking, I think this girl has found her genre
in acting and it is being like a little like weirdo.
And I thought, because it wasn't just a one time
thing with Ryan Murphy and her being a vampire hotel lady,
(34:37):
like obviously we have.
Speaker 1 (34:40):
A niche and it's a perfect niche because.
Speaker 2 (34:45):
You know, I love a pivot. I love when we
expand our brand and.
Speaker 1 (34:49):
The fact that, like in the first part, I do
watch Wednesday, but I don't watch American Horror Story because
I'm scared.
Speaker 2 (34:58):
I do watch American Horror Story. I sometimes watch Wednesday
or maybe I didn't finish the well. I think I
did finish it, but it doesn't like stick in my
mind because I need to be I don't get scared
very easily. Thank you High Anxiety and ADHD for that.
But so but Wednesday, I'm like, oh, this is cute.
I'd be wanting to be scared, but I do love
that Jenna Ortega, so I will watch I love that girl.
Speaker 1 (35:19):
I think what it is is that I don't think
that a second season show should have had a month
break in between the two parts. Like the show is excellent,
but you're only on your second season. Why didn't we
have to wait two years? I understand why we had
to wait, Okay, I'm used to not I don't. I
don't understand it, but I'm used to waiting two years
(35:40):
for another season. But you made us wait two years
to split it into two parts, and we made a
month in between, and it's eight episodes. Like, that's my
only wonder.
Speaker 2 (35:53):
Though it wasn't Jenna, No, maybe it wasn't her. I
think it was though was she part of a movie
at some point that like stopped being filmed because of
which I won't get into political reasons. I have no idea.
Speaker 1 (36:11):
I know.
Speaker 2 (36:12):
I about to say it might have been her. It
might have been one of the other young under you know,
under twenty five somethings who are very vocal about the
things and when they don't like something, how something's being handled.
Speaker 1 (36:23):
Oh that was a girl from Scream. I think that's
what you're talking about.
Speaker 2 (36:27):
The girl from Scream it's not General or Taga.
Speaker 1 (36:30):
No, Well, she was on Okay, so she was not
the one who was vocal about it herself.
Speaker 2 (36:35):
The girl who played her sister, I got it okay
and she and they fired her though, and that was crazy.
That was crazy. Yeah, that's crazy. Oh but then she
left it too. She General Taga did leave the Screen
franchise because of that. Oh yeah, she I remember it
(36:57):
was the thing and it was political. But I'm thinking
also we had to wait a while because she was
filming the Screen franchise and they just released a movie
last year and what was it this year? I don't know.
I watched it this year, but they just released a movie,
so she might have been filming and then she just
left it. So maybe now that she's left the whole franchise,
(37:20):
maybe will be okay and she'll come back to Wednesday.
Won't take two years. I think we'll take it. I
think it's always gonna take. But she's also always been
doing Scream. She's been doing Scream since before she was
doing Wednesday. So well, I know her from you. I
know her from you. No, I don't I know her
from Disney. Actually, I've been watching Genoe Tacosa. Oh yeah,
(37:40):
I know. I was hanging on by a thread. I
was like, I'm still a youth and I would still
watch some of them. So I used to watch Stuck
in the Middle, the show that she started on. It
was like she was the first latinx uh like lead
on a show on Disney and that was that was lit.
Oh my god, she was great. I love that gen
(38:03):
I actually really hated her on You. I'm not gonna lie. Yeah, well,
I think that's the goal. I don't think that show
had a lot of redeeming quality characters. So that's okay.
I'm thinking about it that final season. You didn't scare
you no, because I okay. So the thing is, when
I want to how do I put this, Well, that's
(38:24):
the opposite for babe. I can't watch a show like you,
but I can watch American horror story like a baby.
I think it's because the fire is not really gonna happen.
But that boy like Dan from Yea the girl, that
boy looked like any other boy to be walking around
Georgetown in d C. And I'm like, do you have
(38:45):
someone in your basement? Like I can't something because I
think that I watched it because.
Speaker 1 (38:54):
I watched you because I wanted to fuck Joe Olberg
and I'm like, I want.
Speaker 2 (39:00):
Oh, I mean, I get that, but what happens? No, yeah,
you get the concept of it. Watched the first season
and he is the only reason I watched the entire
first season, even though I knew he was the bad guy.
Speaker 1 (39:16):
Let me tell you why I can't do American Horse Story.
It's because I can't play with too much of like
spirits and religious stuff and ghosts.
Speaker 2 (39:28):
Don't watch season three and all that. Yeah, all witches.
But I'm sure you've heard that though. But like American
Horror Story, Covin is the best season right because it
has Stevie Nicks, it has Angela Bassett, Pathy Bates, it
has Emma Roberts, it has Gabby Citabee. Girl. Everybody is
(39:50):
in that bitch everybody, And I'm forgetting people, and people
are like, girl, who else you forgot so and so?
But they are definitely playing with the spirits, so okay,
because Angela Bassett is the voodoo queen. It's in New Orleans,
so and I used to.
Speaker 1 (40:05):
And the thing is, I think I will only get
stuck into watching stuff like like I can watch the
slasher film because I'm not a horror person, but I
think I get stuck into watching stuff that has like
spirit stuff going on because I didn't know that Spirited Teenage,
which the one that was on Netflix, was going to
be as demonic as it was.
Speaker 2 (40:27):
I stayed because that was not the same.
Speaker 1 (40:31):
I stayed because I was a Riverdale fan and I
was both deep in Riverdale.
Speaker 2 (40:38):
Got okey too much for me by season like three
or four, and again Cole Sprouse was there, so I
was like, and then we had I was there for
the lesbian content myself, so it's fine. Yeah, much like
The Little Liars. It was like, I'm a little nervous
until I got fantastical, but I'm here for the lesbians,
(40:58):
so exactly, hey make it a little gay, and they
did shout out pretty Little Liars. The show that.
Speaker 1 (41:08):
Turned me, I think the show that made me realize
that I was attracted to both was actually victorious because
everyone was like Jade and Beck and I'm like, holy ship,
this is literally I see the hottest.
Speaker 2 (41:27):
They weren't a very attractive couple as young as and
I was like, huh. Then I was like, wait, what
am I feeling? Yeah, I understand what is this feeling?
So did okay? But you no, it was definitely, it
was definitely probably uh yeah, it was definitely that show
for me, the lesbian content, the pretty little liars and
(41:48):
singing shake, it's that black girl. I was like, well,
here we are. You got me? So did you did
you have anything that you wanted to girl? The man
have woron completely off. I'm just having a fun time.
Speaker 1 (42:06):
Okay, great, because I want to talk about how Zoe
Kravitz is on a generational run and this is the
greed she is because this is the greed. And I
saw that. I saw that meme, but I actually made
that joke before the meme came out. She this is
agreed that they talk about in the Bible because every
(42:28):
fine white man, every there is, Zoe Kravitz is going
to get a piece of that. She has been seen
with Harry Styles and I'm not talking about long haired.
Speaker 2 (42:41):
Carol Rads well as of today. Did you see that?
That was? I saw her holding his arm.
Speaker 1 (42:47):
But I'm like, yeah, shoot you, Harry.
Speaker 2 (42:50):
Why don't I know, Harry you Harry is out for
the knowing you will. I think it's in your future. Okay, thanks, so.
Speaker 1 (42:58):
Yeah, but she's had Austin Butler, she had Channing Tatum,
she had that fine dude that she was married to
and divorced. I would never divorce that man, like I
would simply turn into a pygmiano, like as long as
he comes home to me at night, Like she literally
has every fine as Robert Pattinson.
Speaker 2 (43:20):
They had a fling. I remember that, y'all.
Speaker 1 (43:22):
Y'all are no good because when The Batman was filming
and she was on set, there was a rumor that
her and Robert Pattinson was fucking on the Batmobile and
that did not happen, like and y'all believed that shit,
and it was it spread everywhere like it was insane,
But I would like to see it. But yeah, this
(43:43):
is the greed that they talk about in the Bible,
like leave some for the rest of us. And she
has a really good, a great bisexual show that they canceled.
Remember High Fidelity, Yes, I loved High like that show.
Speaker 2 (44:00):
It was very good.
Speaker 1 (44:02):
But yeah, love all the shows they canceled all. I
would have watched five seasons of High Fidelity. It had
the greatest cast, but it did it did shoot some
people into the limelight. That they needed to be like
shot into Like that's where I met Thomas Doherty and
Thomas Doherty went on to play in that Gossip Girl
(44:25):
reboot that was terrible, but I watched it because I'm
just that kind of person.
Speaker 2 (44:29):
I watch the things too, like Strenk scripted shows. I
treat scripted shows similarly, but I am also I do
this with reality shows. There's almost no ensemble cast of
in a reality show that I haven't seen, especially from
back in the day, because I'm like, I'm gonna give
everything a try. I'm interested. Did you know it's got
to be a little glittery on the front and I'm
(44:50):
gonna go, I'm gonna watch it.
Speaker 1 (44:52):
Did you watch RockA Love?
Speaker 2 (44:53):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (44:54):
One of the girls passed away from it, so sad.
That is so sad.
Speaker 2 (45:00):
I forgot her name, but like from my wives, love
that lady. I'm never over Bigan, Like I think about
that ship.
Speaker 1 (45:07):
Sometimes, I'm just like randomly bringing it up, like.
Speaker 2 (45:14):
A long time ago, he's to be here. But the
moment she opened her mouth that very first episode, I
knew she wouldn't be here long. That's all I'm saying
on that. Yeah, you made a point like you made
a point like love or deep, but I had voice, yep.
Speaker 1 (45:41):
And that's why you guys got to stop smoking cigarettes
if you're smoking cigarettes, no matter how cool it looks.
Because I was joking around, I'm like, god, look, smoking
a cigarette really looks so cool, and when I did.
Speaker 2 (45:55):
Try to look better. Do that and don't nicotine. If
you have to do, if you have to, plus something
in your hand and lighted, please don't smoke just nicotine.
It might be bad for you if the release is
bad for your voice. Do you not love your voice? No?
I hate mine, okay, but do you want it to
sound like bag? Which is crazy? Though?
Speaker 1 (46:13):
Because I have a podcast, I'm like too.
Speaker 2 (46:17):
I never listen to my voice. I hate it. But
I don't want to sound like Big Ange or the
lady in red commercials all with the hole in her neck.
I don't like her at all. I don't, and that
deters me every time. It is purely a vanity and
audible thing. I would be mad at my own voice
(46:37):
and I would stop talking, and that's not good for
any of us. I do not want a hole in
my net. I don't want that. That's what we're kidding.
I can't live like this, I will not smoke a cigarette.
You got it. It worked, It works.
Speaker 1 (46:53):
Then she has died speaking of gay shit though I
knew that well, okay, I knew in the night for
Guy that Chloe Grace my reps she was gay.
Speaker 2 (47:04):
I did know that, and you're right, I did forget
because I just remembered it.
Speaker 1 (47:09):
Okay, right, but then she just got married to Kate Harrison.
Speaker 2 (47:14):
Well, good for so shout out to them because the
actual like the blue gown and opera gloves that she
had eight like I'm talking about. Oh, this was something
that we were talking about earlier that who was gonna
be my shout out to y'all take your meds if
you are on them. Swift. Swift got engaged last week,
(47:40):
and I was saying that Sophia Franklin, former co host
of Call Her Daddy, also got engaged last week on
the same day, but couldn't announce it really until today
because it was definitely going to get overshadowed. Yeah, not
to mention her former co host is Alice Cooper, so right,
because I didn't she has to put it out before.
(48:03):
What you didn't know that? No, I didn't. Well, here's
what you're gonna do with Have you seen this the
the youtubes? I wonder if they're still there. They probably are.
I just know that it was a mess. It was
a mess, and to be honest, at the level of
(48:23):
catapult that Alex got because of what they thought about
they thought exactly about this and the fact that Sophia
hopped off thinking that she could go bigger and better
and they weren't doing the right thing. And Alex was like, no,
I just ah dave aside over there with the varstool
(48:43):
and the sports because because Sophia left, Alex had full
she owned still the entire name and title of it.
Because she left, and because she would not signed back
on that, girl got deal after after deal, and it
was crazy. I'd be like, do you ever think about that?
(49:06):
Like are you how? Are you me? Okay? Because also,
not to mention, she left for a man, and Alex
made that very clear in her YouTube of like two
hours that I watched, having not even listened sight unseen
to the podcast, I just was like, there can't be
a giant mess that everyone's reporting about that I don't
(49:28):
fucking know about. So I hopped over into like young
college hot white girl territory and got into that YouTube.
It was two hours in like seventeen minutes of her
explaining herself. And the whole thing of call her Daddy
is that, like, you don't let her a man do this.
You don't let a man do that. You are in control,
sexy ass bitch, like you are the sexy bitch. You
(49:50):
control that man with that got cop. That's what I learned.
Because I'm not a haby. I didn't know. So I'm
listening like, okay, cluck, cluck, all of it. Got it.
So I'm like, what do you mean? This boyfriend of
yours gets in your life after a few months, convinces
you that you're too big for this show, for this
network and for your co host, you should be getting
(50:11):
paid more. You start making demands. You then let him
convince you to leave. He says he's gonna market your
podcast to HBO or whatever. That never manifests, and now
you're still barely on the charts and Alex can't fucking
she can't fight a network off. Spotify giving her sixty
five million dollars was already one thing giantest female podcast
(50:33):
deal in history, and then it was only exclusively on Spotify.
So then Apple and them and the iHeart Girls were like,
uh serious. It was like, no, bitch, we gotta be everywhere.
So we're gonna give you one hundred million dollars to
get the fuck out of that one and come over here,
and I'm here to tell you. Sophia Franklin announcing her
(50:57):
engagement the Tuesday after Taylor Swift did on like the
Thursday or something, because you can't announce it on the Wednesday,
because that's when call her daddy comes out? Is not?
That is a direct reflection of this is four years later.
My question is answered of is she okay? Does she
ever think about the fact that Alex did everything that
(51:20):
she told her that if you leave you will not
be a part of if you leave for this man,
Does she think about that? And the answer is yes,
because she just got engaged to a different man. So
you're I was just about to ask you question, was
different man. They gave it a different man, different man entirely.
Speaker 1 (51:40):
Girl, you just told me about one of the because
I've seen it everywhere. Don't give a fuck, but one
of the biggest fumbles in American and women history, in
media history.
Speaker 2 (51:54):
I've anything like it. I've never seen anything like it,
and I mean I follow that entire saga. I even
listened to Sophia's podcast for like maybe like a year
just to see, I want to say, she would talking
about it, mention it. They took very different sides and
approaches on handling this. Alex went straight to YouTube before
she even kept going, and then she went on to
(52:17):
become Alice Cooper because she was doing the editing and
the everything. It wasn't until recently that she completely changed
the format of her show until like after it got
bought by Spotify, because before that it was really sex like,
it was dirty slut type shit, and she had that brand,
and then the two of them basically split off and
(52:39):
tried to do the same brand. That's not gonna work.
It didn't. And the fact that it was for a man,
like if it was creative differences any no, but Sophia
left that man get in her head and I'm like,
you told the daddies daddy.
Speaker 3 (52:56):
Gang not to do that.
Speaker 2 (52:58):
You told the twenty two years old at the bar
not to let the ta hot professor that's thirty three,
that they're semi dating, that he may or may not
be married, not to tell you what to do with
your life. Remember, because he needs only to turn around
and be like, he works for HBO. I'm pretty sure
(53:20):
he can get us a great deal. Where's the deal girl, HBO?
Who don't even know their own name? They don't And
it's not she's been in the same spot on the
charts ever since or the word probably not great, it's
just not terrible. But it's just is. And so y'all
go watch that YouTube. I ain't gonna hold you if
(53:41):
you want to see something. It was a really good
whole saga was wild, like I love good Caucasian mess.
That's why we're here, That's how we all got here.
Think about it. We were the ones who didn't just
watch the black girl. Matthew watched the white girls on
Bravo and all the other show watching them get into us.
(54:02):
And no, this is a time I can entertain. I'm entertained.
I am deeply invested now, girl, And I'm telling you
I've only known and cared about these women ever since
because I'm like the dynamic. It was so the story.
I love being like, y'all really treat your friends this way?
This is crazy all for money, And she was real,
she gave numbers, how much money they were making, how
(54:24):
she told she gave it. Oh, she broke it down.
I love it down, like, hey, this is what happened.
Talk about it.
Speaker 1 (54:34):
If you want to talk about it, talk about it.
Fucking talk about it about me.
Speaker 2 (54:39):
She talked about it all, and I'm like, damn, you
really let that man confuse the hell out of you.
I'd be worried. I have been worried deeply about heterosexual
women ever since Sophie started it for me. This was
years ago. But I said, oh, I don't know if
they're okay when they get rain, might be slightly altered
in a different direction. Because Alice was shaking her like, girl,
(55:01):
what the fuck? We've been best friends for years? What
are you doing? A man that scares me though, A
man that scares me though she can't be I always say,
what what is Do you know her zodiac sign? Oh?
Actually I don't, because I always talks about it all
the time. And yes, I do always go back to
(55:21):
that as well.
Speaker 1 (55:22):
Because I'm like, wait, something is not I need to
know booth of the zodiac signs because that is crazy
to me. And you know what, Also, I will say
your moon and your right moon. More so your moon
is you know, more important. So July twenty first, isn't that?
Is that not a cancer?
Speaker 2 (55:43):
No? That was cancer? It is it is a cancer.
I look at it. I haven't so the other girls
a cancer. Not Alex, No, Sophia is a cancer. The
one that makes total sense because one thing about cancers,
they will drop, they will.
Speaker 1 (55:57):
Drop their entire life. Are on a Grande's a cancer?
Speaker 2 (56:01):
They don't get. Okay, that's what I just wanted to say.
Jack's Taylor is a cancer. Are on a grande as
a cancer? Life decisions, But I'm just saying, yep, it's giving. Yeah,
she's a cancer. But her moon is Taurus. Oh no,
(56:24):
it's not. Her moon is Aris. I lied.
Speaker 1 (56:26):
Oh that makes even most sense. I love my Aris
because I'm an areas rising. So when people meet me
they think that I'm an aries because I give off
like in your face, I'm not taking no ship energy.
But at my core, my moon is is a Taurus.
So I like to be comfortable no matter the costs.
(56:47):
And I am a Capricorn.
Speaker 2 (56:50):
So yeah, that is crazy. Sun always Scorpio a rising
horny Okay, yeah, which may since she's a sloop, you know,
emotional was in love. Arias are practical, but they think
(57:10):
because they're practical, they think they're suscept that they're like
not susceptible to being blinded by love and every areas.
I know, I love them because they're close doors, so
they have a good head on their shoulder. Less they're
in love.
Speaker 1 (57:23):
Unless they're in love because let me not put people
business out there, but just know.
Speaker 2 (57:29):
But it's like, y'all in love be like evolution. And
I'm like, that's why Alex Cooper had to shake her
because what are you talking about? Because they were getting
salaries of epic proportions at barstool, like the first one
because call Her Daddy was that big when before she
went off it was like number two. It was like
(57:52):
Joe Rogan and call her Daddy on the all time charts.
And so then what is Alex Cooper now what? Oh
that's a good question.
Speaker 1 (58:02):
What's her her sign? Because I want to know how
this came together.
Speaker 2 (58:07):
Also, I'm confused, Sophia, because you're older than Alex also
by two years, and that made me just that just
meane me, wait, how old is Sofia? She was born
in nineteen ninety two, and Alex was born in nineteen
childer than me too, and that's crazy before that's even.
Speaker 1 (58:23):
Okay, Alex is younger than me, but Sophia's older than me. Yeah,
but it doesn't matter because it's gonna sound stupid, but
it doesn't matter because the cancer.
Speaker 2 (58:31):
She's a Leo's son Aquarius Moon, which explains a lot.
I was raised by an Aquarius Aquarius and a Leo
rising Okay, oh, Leo Leo, and that's why he's exactly.
Speaker 1 (58:48):
Where she is and Aquarius.
Speaker 2 (58:50):
Okay, I ain't gonna hold you. I kind of love
Leo's because I'm just like they were just they're they're
meant to be in front of people and they are
just like, what do you want? I can't help it
that I'm in her tainting and they can't.
Speaker 1 (59:01):
They love themselves, well, I would love I think.
Speaker 2 (59:07):
There you go. I think Keeg is a Leo. I
think Stephanie Williams like shout out to Malcolm Innis, She's
she's a Leo. Look. I love Leo's. I love growing
into Everyone keeps talking about how self absorbed they are,
and they know that also, so they understand.
Speaker 1 (59:26):
But the thing is when they love someone like just
like like loyal. They care about their world and it's
like you don't a lion.
Speaker 2 (59:37):
They have so much confidence. Exactly, they're still a lion.
They can't help it that they're like I command attention.
But when they love you, they will fight for you.
They're real. My wife's best best best friend is a leo.
He has an amazing singer. His name is JT. He's
out doing his thing. He's awesome, but like he is
a Leo, throw and through he's gonna sing. He needs
to be able to sing deo. But he also loves
(59:59):
her down, loves us down is truly like what's gonna
sing for our wedding? For free? Like and you know
he's like I'm gonna say, but like I love y'all,
like he thinks about her. They catch up like they're
good people. They just need to give the world their
talents and you just gotta let them. You just have
to look at them. You just gotta look at them,
and then they're happy. And that's why I call her
(01:00:21):
Daddy is still where it is And like I mean,
kaya they were getting like million dollar salaries and Sofia
was upset because she was getting like alleged like seven
fifty instead of a million, but Alex was doing all
the editing. Okay, so then what's the problem Alex herself.
So basically Sophia let her her boyfriend do the negotiating
(01:00:42):
or whatever. And he was like, you're just better than nets.
You can do better than this, and like, okay, Also,
why didn't you tell that man? I have a good life.
This doesn't actually concern you. Are you're gonna eat this
or you're gonna Are you gonna go to dinner? Like
are we gonna? Are you gonna eat this? Puzzier? We're
gonna go to dinner.
Speaker 1 (01:01:01):
That's your job.
Speaker 2 (01:01:03):
Your job is to wine, dine and lick me. But
it's not to be like you can do better. Because
I'm already making a quarter three quarters of a million dollars,
I'm doing pretty good.
Speaker 1 (01:01:12):
But by myself as a woman in a male dominated
field on a male dominated network.
Speaker 2 (01:01:19):
You because barstool Sports cannot cannot get await? Can can
you hear me? That's why jost Sports was called her daddy.
Let's all think about can you just like And that's
why I'm telling you, ladies.
Speaker 1 (01:01:36):
And at the same since by the way.
Speaker 2 (01:01:38):
Thank you. It hasn't it honestly has all. Like Alice
is just lucky that she's talented and now has the
pull to get the guests that she needs to sustain
the life that she has because it's not good anymore.
It's just a bunch of celebrity interviews, which is fine,
but like the whole like, they used to not even
have a lot of guests on, but if they did,
they were porn stars, they were sex workers. They were
(01:01:59):
like people like.
Speaker 1 (01:02:00):
Who all like horrible decisions.
Speaker 2 (01:02:03):
Yes, okay, so horrible decisions is literally black. Call Her Daddy.
That was like their goal. Yeah, and I loved that
and it made sense and like they used to listen
to like the I challenge people. I don't know if
it's cataloged or not, but like, for you, pick a
random old episode from the twenty seventeen of Call Her Daddy,
the girl who likes to have sex with people in general,
(01:02:26):
but especially men. You'll have a time. It's so fun
for those girls because I was having fun and I
didn't like having sex with men.
Speaker 1 (01:02:33):
Yeah, listen to it.
Speaker 2 (01:02:36):
Now, what is it? What's y'all like? Gay? They would
trade sex stories as too hot twenty something young twenty
somethings living or together in a high rise and literally
going from port to not together. And then they would
tell their their slut stories and they were very proud
of it, and they were like, girl, be sluts, and
(01:02:56):
here's how you slut and get the bag. Here's how
you slut and finish school. Here's you slut and keep
that man and keep him coming back to your thing.
And it's okay if he doesn't want to come in. Baby,
you don't want to come in man either. You're young,
you're hot, you could have anyone you want, have him
begging for you. Okay, let me tell you about how
to do that. Got three thousand, and she taught them
on the thing where to put the hands. I said,
(01:03:17):
now what am I lessening? So I turned it down
in my ears? Kaya was episode. I turned it down
in my ears because I was like, should I know?
Is this not censor? She was literally talking about no,
literally she was talking about giving this man a little
job until she started throwing up. I said, now what
(01:03:38):
am I listening to? And because she was like, well,
I was upside and in my mouth, but I was
upside down. And we went in his Malibu house and
he had three cars in the driveway, so I didn't
give a shit, and I'm like, oh, I see, I see.
If he has three cars in the driveway, let him
run his maskara down your face got it? And she
(01:03:59):
was like yes. And to be fair, Alice Cooper just married,
is married like one of the richest men. I think
he's like an exective zoom or something like. She did
it so.
Speaker 1 (01:04:11):
Not to stay on my soapbox, but I have to.
When Sukiana was on only fans and she that's how
she came to mainstream is that she sucked. She was
giving your head and she threw up on it and
it went viral. But we can have a white woman
(01:04:33):
talk about this and make this their brand and turn
into basically almost half a billionaire, basically.
Speaker 2 (01:04:43):
Not even half. We're pretty close. She's on her way.
I think she might be close. I think she was
in Forbes as either being close or like almost there,
and that was last year because she also has drinks
merch to Yeah, have you seen the tour? I saw
the Did you tell her to people about who were
going to be there? We're unhinged. People were under me.
(01:05:07):
I'm like, wait, people that I know more than her.
That's what the fuck I'm talking about. I'm sorry, I
don't even love the girl, but Sassy Schroeder being like
your sub headliner when I know Sacy Schroeder has done
her own multiple headlining tours. Crazy basic bitch died like
(01:05:28):
she's like. And that's why I loved it though, because
I'm like, she had everybody, but I haven't McDonald, Beth,
Andy Frankel. I said, no, what kind of boss bitch?
Speaker 1 (01:05:39):
And I'm like, wait, this is Alex Cooper's unwell thing.
And then she has a whole production company where she's
gonna have Harry Chelsey dating dating bitches.
Speaker 2 (01:05:50):
That's gonna be a message. He was heard of the
first men that came on our podcast after Sophia left.
Actually her Netflix deal, like it's going on. She has
the Hulu thing she did. She just had a Hulu
documentary come out.
Speaker 1 (01:06:06):
And wasn't she the one like she was one of
the only white podcasts, white female podcasters in the main
space that had common.
Speaker 2 (01:06:19):
Oh yeah, definitely she did that. They did. No, yeah, no,
she didn't do enough more of her on there because
he was going on all the the white man he
was going on all the bros. That's how you got
the young vote. You got it was him and his bfs.
(01:06:42):
They were all going on the Rogan that boy who'd
be streaming on Twitch? They were on Twitch. We're talking
about government officials. Now we're on Twitch. Then, okay, billionaires,
real people, all.
Speaker 1 (01:06:52):
Right, So you.
Speaker 2 (01:06:56):
Use it. Because they listened to call her daddy. They
do whoever they are they that's crazy. Well, the youth listens,
and the thing is when you get untapped market, that's
how you literally get in college. Also care about their
future and their healthcare, and they're right, so they too
(01:07:17):
would like to have a paused regularly. And that's why.
Speaker 1 (01:07:22):
Because I'm like, you know what you had come on
and that you come from barstool, So that says a
lot more about you than I thought about you, because
where you come from.
Speaker 2 (01:07:34):
Their last their original photo, I mean half of the
thing was like their number two simply because people are
the men are clicking on this photo because her and
Sophia early days were very hot and pushing their own
boobs up and they did. I was like, I'm intrigued,
what is this? And the.
Speaker 1 (01:07:56):
Rebranding coming soon if y'all see me out here with
a fancy said on MAYI business. I am all a
g op so Rebrandy coming soon as.
Speaker 2 (01:08:11):
Soon as I do. Need to listen to the last episode.
Two episodes had to go because Ayisha Curry, I do
love and I do. I love Ayisha Curry. I think
she's great. She's a pretty Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:08:22):
I don't understand why people hate on her like they're
weird for that. They also it's exactly and I need
to watch the second part of with Love Meghan because
I love that woman. And today she finally, she finally, y'all,
like after this has been literally years in the making
and it sounds ridiculous, but she finally shipped my jam
(01:08:47):
my ass ever jam and it's not it's it's been
a jam that like it's sold out because I waited
for it. I got the Hibiscus tea with the signal packaging.
I don't even know what Hibiscus is, but it was great. Okay,
I got the bit to see I still have a
few bags left. But then they sent out an email
(01:09:11):
saying that because the demands are so high, we oversold
our stock. And not only am I giving you the
money back, I'm going to send you the product for free.
So I just got and this was like months ago.
I just got the email that my as ever jam
is coming. And when I say, I'm going to get
(01:09:32):
some bree cheese, some presudo, and I don't know what
bread to pair with it, but there will be a bread.
And I'm going to turn into a motherfucking Duchess of Sussex.
That's all I want y'all to know. And that's what
i'll I'll. That's that's my last topic for the day.
Watch the second part of with Love Megan, and she
(01:09:54):
has a lot of like merch coming out, and there's
so much propaganda against her that it's in sane, especially
by specifically Page six. They will literally write a bold
faced lie about how no one's watching the show. But
then you'll see it has two parts. Okay, no one
is buying her brand, but you'll see that she sells
(01:10:17):
out like you just hate her because she's black and
you can just say it.
Speaker 2 (01:10:21):
But unfortunately Page if they're former hot prince that was
going to have like from a hot party boy prince
and shows the black girl, yeah, and just too bad.
Speaker 1 (01:10:33):
He's and he told them that you are not going
to do with my wife due to my wife what
you did to my mother, which was killed me.
Speaker 2 (01:10:41):
No, and y'all are to blame for that. I saw
many documentaries and I have come to that determination. Rip.
I miss you, Princess die every day I love. I
thought about that recently.
Speaker 1 (01:10:53):
Too, because it was their twenty eighth anniversary on on Sunday.
It was a twenty eighth anniversary of her passing, and
I'm like, you're is missed. So then I played Princess
Diana by Ice Space and I was like, you'd love
ice Spice, and you would love Meghan too.
Speaker 2 (01:11:09):
You would probably like Kate. You would like Kate keyword
do you think No, I'm just saying that for the
people who like Kate that listen about to say. I
really do think she would like But I don't think
that's necessarily Shaye. I think that Diana was a little
bit more. She would relate more to Meggie to Kate exactly.
I think that Kate does not understand. That's why I said,
(01:11:33):
I will say so they would not have the same plights,
and I think that would have made it worse. Imagine,
and the thing is his wife and not the other
one of them are just like their daddy.
Speaker 1 (01:11:45):
Okay, so is there anything else that you would like
to talk about, because that is I'm doing.
Speaker 2 (01:11:51):
I'm talked out, I'm yapped out, baby girl, me too.
I feel good. We didn't had a time a time
was had. I feel good about the time. Well, you guys,
thank you so much.
Speaker 1 (01:12:02):
Definitely subscribe to my Patreon, donate to the gofund me.

(01:12:51):
and you don't want to get cleared by me in
your comment section.
Speaker 1 (01:12:53):
And you don't want to especially on my post because
I got for some reason, I got a million views
on the I just posted the trailer to the reunion,
and then a bunch of people came there, and then
I posted a clip where because I was going to
use these black women tears because Hooda used her white
woman tears all season. So I was like, Alandria was
(01:13:15):
in tears talking about her friendship with Hooda, and people
were like, oh, but it's Shirley's fans.
Speaker 2 (01:13:21):
Oh, but it's a Landrio fan, I said, Mary, and
I left in any ways, I have been fiercely defending
one Andy Cohen because although I have plenty of problems
with him, what we're not going to do is say
that he bullied that girl. Absolutely not. Ever. I would
like to say that girl was brought there to do
(01:13:42):
the most apologizing, So if anybody was bullied, it was
everybody else, and anybody else. He was just asking and
she didn't learn shit and she was laughing at the screen.
People were like, Oh, she was a twenty four year
old and he's forty plus. Girl, have you ever seen
vander pump rulism. James Kennedy was twenty one. Grow up
or don't get on reality TV and he didn't. What
(01:14:03):
are we talking about? Like, so I'm not doing it
with y'all, trust I'm not doing it. I will have time,
So just stay out of my mention because I'll have
time for you every sause.
Speaker 1 (01:14:13):
I I'll argue with what fucking two hundred and eighty
five people?
Speaker 2 (01:14:17):
I don't care. I sure will so that. But if
you don't want to do that, come on over and
listen watch the things, and yeah I want. I have
a goal of getting to eight hundred comments by the
end of the year, so we will see. I'm at
like seven one comments on what or a review? Sorry,
I'm like, wait, I can go and I can do
(01:14:39):
all eight hundred right now. I know you can't. No reviews.
I would like to get to one hundred reviews by
the end of the year. So I'm putting out more
things so that y'all can tell me if you like
them more. If you hate them, okay, well just say
hey I liked it when you did something else. Yeah,
I'm a positive that reinforcement does work.
Speaker 1 (01:15:02):
Yes, positive.
Speaker 2 (01:15:03):
I can go ahead and do that. But yeah, thank
you so much for having me. Kay I love coming,
I love when we do these collaboration things, and thank
you for having me. Yeah. Well, y'all have a good time.
We love you.
Speaker 1 (01:15:16):
And listen, it's hump days, so you've already halfway through
the week.
Speaker 2 (01:15:19):
Hallelujah. Bye,
