Speaker 1 (00:23):
Hello, Hello, Hello, you guys.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
This is a bonus episode of Bravo We're Black, just
because there's so much shit going on, so much, so
many TV shows to talk about, so much shit that's
coming out, Like, but you know that we always cover
Love is Blind, and you didn't think that that was going.

Speaker 1 (00:40):
To change, especially with the season that we're getting. Now.

Speaker 2 (00:46):
I needed to talk at least about these first few
episodes before the next batch drops on Wednesday. So I
have Aaron with me here to talk about Love is
Blind Season nine. This season is in Denver, Colorado. I
thought it was gonna be chill. I thought it was
gonna be like some wholesome men. I really thought there's
gonna be some people to root for. And now I

(01:10):
don't want to taint what Aaron is gonna say. I'm
just gonna throw it to you to see what your
reactions and thoughts are on Love is Blind Season nine.

Speaker 3 (01:20):
Yes, So going into it, hmmm, I was like, this
is definitely a joke. I could not stand the cast.
I did not feel like, you know those moments where
you're like, okay, like I'm excited to see what happens
with these with these two you know, I'm excited to
see what direction this girl goes in or this guy

(01:42):
goes And I didn't really feel that with this, and
I didn't feel it with the last season, which is
why I didn't watch the last season.

Speaker 2 (01:50):
I only watched up until, like, I think something freaked
me out some guy. I feel like he went to
fuck his sister, and I was like, yeah, I don't
think that I want to see this.

Speaker 3 (01:59):
So I kind of yeah, because it's like, you get
these weird vibes. And the first weird vibe that I
got was Casey and.

Speaker 2 (02:08):
Patrick because Patrick had let's go, we're talking about the
pods that they stayed in the pods for way too.

Speaker 1 (02:18):
Long in my opinion.

Speaker 2 (02:20):
Okay, good, so we have there's an Asian man who's
talking about how he usually dates white girls, but he
ends up basically matching before.

Speaker 1 (02:34):
We even get to Casey. He was talking to Casey,
but he ends.

Speaker 2 (02:38):
Up kind of matching with another Asian woman without knowing it.
Her name was Anna, I believe, and him and Anna
are talking and then they realize that they are both
of Asian descent, like one it's like I'm Chinese, and
the other ones like I was adopted by my dad
who and it's just like they they shared that community,

(03:02):
and she's used to dating white guys and he's used
to dating white girls, and they I feel like they
were getting along very very well.

Speaker 1 (03:10):
And then he goes in to like it's.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
Literally like the next day, I believe the next date
that they're supposed to have, and she doesn't show up
to the date. Not only does she not show up
to the date, she doesn't do her exit interview. She
just straight up leaves.

Speaker 1 (03:27):
So then he.

Speaker 2 (03:28):
Goes back into the place with the guys and it's like, oh,
and a left, and they're like, what do you mean
and a left? Or he's like, she didn't show up
to the date. Then they get confirmation that she completely left.

Speaker 1 (03:44):
But then he.

Speaker 2 (03:45):
Pivots and he acts like Casey was actually my number
one anyway, Yeah, I like Casey better anyway. And then
the producers ask him what is it about Casey that
you liked? And he's like, uh like because he was lying.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
But at the end of the day, he knows that
Casey is a white woman.

Speaker 4 (04:05):
So you live beady, So go ahead. It's sad, Burberry
paid barbary plaid.

Speaker 3 (04:16):
It's sad it's like this show, and I feel like
they don't vet the people enough, because why are we
saying that on a show like this where love is
supposed to be blind? Love is supposed to be blind?
So why does it matter? Oh are you Asian? Oh

(04:38):
are you Chinese? Oh? Are you white? Oh? Are you black? Oh?
Are you in like Buckadoc? Like No, let people be
who they are. Love is supposed to be blind. Look,
why are we doing all this? And I kind of

(05:01):
knew that he wasn't really interested. I really don't think
he was interested in Anna. That's the thing. I don't
actually think he was interested in Hannah. And I don't
really think that Anna was interested in him, because Anna's
whole thing was she likes. She made a point of
saying she likes bringing home people who are different from her.

(05:22):
She does not like bringing home a guy that her
parents would want her to be with, which would be Patrick.
Patrick has already said that he has a history of
dating white guy white girls. I'm sorry, not guys we
don't know. Well, yeah, I don't know, but I'm assuming

(05:44):
these girls because he's present, That's what he said, so
hearing that I already knew that they were not nothing
was gonna happen with him. It was gonna be like
they were gonna get if they did get out of
the pods and come out of the pods together, that
she was gonna last a day, and then they were
gonna pack it up and go home. That's all that

(06:04):
was gonna are. They were gonna enjoy the fire pit
in the vacation, which is what I would have done personally,
and then I would have went home, because it's like
that fire pit in that private pool that looks a
little bit too good to turn down.

Speaker 2 (06:19):
Yeah, I don't care who I'm with.

Speaker 3 (06:23):
You don't have to feel me personally. I will just
enjoy the room exactly.

Speaker 1 (06:28):
You stay on your side, we can get the double beds.

Speaker 3 (06:30):
And I'll stay on mind. But I just kind of
figured that that wasn't gonna go anywhere. And then even
when he was talking to Casey or whatever and she's
like I'm gonna fuck you, it was just like it
was creepy. And then he's like adjusting himself and kind
of like rubbing on himself a little bit, and it

(06:53):
just felt very uncomfortable, so uncomfortable to the point I
was actually watching with Benny and Benny was like, what
are you watching right now? Like what are we what
is going on here? And I had to explain to Vinnie.
I'm like, I don't know what the hell was going on.
This is creepy. It was just really awkward, like you

(07:15):
know that feeling when you're watching stuff with you with
your parents and then something like that happens and you're
kind of like.

Speaker 1 (07:22):
That part.

Speaker 3 (07:23):
Yeah, like I just want to nod at this right now.

Speaker 1 (07:25):
I I swear.

Speaker 3 (07:29):
They're being weird and it's not me.

Speaker 1 (07:31):
I'm a nice guy.

Speaker 3 (07:33):
I'm a fucking nice guy. I'm too fucking nice.

Speaker 1 (07:39):
We'll get to that later show, We'll get to it later.

Speaker 3 (07:42):
But it was just very strange, like how immediately she
just sexualized this guy and it was no longer about
like what they had in common. It was pretty much
her just wanting to fuck him and him just pretty
much wanted to fuck her, like realistically.

Speaker 2 (08:00):
Okay, so I totally agree so well, except I think
that him and Anna might have had a chance actually,
because I felt like he was on the way to
proposing to Anna in my opinion, like I thought that
he was going to propose to Anna for sure, because
he was I don't know, Like he was like, finally
I might give another Asian person a chance, Like that's.

Speaker 1 (08:25):
How I thought.

Speaker 3 (08:25):
It sounds crazy though, like it it wasn't going to happen.

Speaker 2 (08:32):
Well, and we're gonna see because she's going to come
back later on in the season's coming back.

Speaker 1 (08:39):
Get into the preview.

Speaker 2 (08:41):
She came back to set down and he told her,
he's like, well I would have picked or I would
have tweaked you or something like that.

Speaker 1 (08:47):
They're gonna meet again.

Speaker 3 (08:49):
So that's like Vanessa was like, this is so mbrac,
get your ass down here.

Speaker 2 (08:55):
And now too many things happened after that that they
can't okay. But first of all, I want to say
that it's annoying because I see and episodes one and two,
when you see the people, they're like, look, we got
black people for you. We have literally different you know,
backgrounds of people for you. But you have to vet

(09:19):
these people to truly see if they're open to dating
different races of people, and that's not what they're doing
because you there are like three other black women that
were there. There are like two or three other black
men that were there, but none of them make it

(09:39):
home or none of them make it to you know what,
the freaking even the third episode, we're not seeing the
people of color that they casted because at the end
of the day, we can talk about how love is blind.

Speaker 1 (09:52):
Whatever. You can tell when you're talking to someone if
they are like black or white.

Speaker 2 (09:57):
Sometimes a lot of the time, especially when you talk
about your background, it just naturally comes up. Although I
do feel like a lot of the questions that were
asked you make a great point. A lot of the
questions that were asked for like oh, what's your last
name or like things that would reveal your racing background, you.

Speaker 3 (10:15):
Can hear it because there were literally it was a
guy I forgot his name when he was asking the girl,
He's like, what is your middle name? And like your
last name? And I just had a feeling name he
probably that was.

Speaker 1 (10:28):
He's like, you don't have a middle name?

Speaker 3 (10:31):
Yeah, one either, and then I'm just like, girl, It's
like it's clear what they're trying to do, but yeah, they're.

Speaker 1 (10:39):
Trying to narrow it down.

Speaker 2 (10:40):
But then even if they did it, like let's just
say that they did it and they were trying to
play the game.

Speaker 1 (10:44):
Truly, you can just tell by certain people like if
you talk to me. A lot of people are like, hey,
you tell like a white girl.

Speaker 2 (10:51):
But at the same time, you know that I'm black,
Like when you listen to me, when you hear my
story or what if I talk about.

Speaker 1 (10:57):
Whatever, you can tell that.

Speaker 2 (10:59):
But these people, these people are not used to dating
multi cultural people. They're you today the same kinds of people.
The white boys want white girls of latinas the Asian
people want white women mainly.

Speaker 3 (11:16):
And it's like a sigh of relief. You can literally tell.
It's like I'm a Latina and the guys are like,
oh oh, oh, bad news.

Speaker 2 (11:24):
Oh.

Speaker 3 (11:26):
Spicy, fiery, spy, fiery, like racist.

Speaker 1 (11:34):
To a certain point, it's like a no.

Speaker 3 (11:39):
But I will say, going back to Casey and Patrick, yes,
once they got out of those fucking pods.

Speaker 2 (11:47):
Wait, okay, wait, hold on, when you were talking about
the awkward part, that was fucking weird. She was fetishizing
him because you know what, she thought he looked like.
She thought he looked like the dude from Crazy Rich Asians,
the fine tall, sexy lead Henry Golding, I think it's
his name. She was fantasizing him. So then once to

(12:11):
go out of the pods, what happened.

Speaker 3 (12:13):
Once I got out of the pods, she realized that
was not the case. But I will say that Patrick,
I do think that Patrick's an attractive guy. I just
feel like maybe that's just not what she was going for.
And she rubbed and she kissed on him, and so
she really couldn't do it anymore.

Speaker 1 (12:31):
I wasn't sure.

Speaker 3 (12:31):
I actually thought they were they would have worked based
off of that solid interaction. But then once I've seen
her ass at a table, I was like, bitch, we haven't.
We have not started traveling, so I know.

Speaker 2 (12:49):
Plus, yeah, they were putting out their free muffins in
the background, and she's like, he deserves someone.

Speaker 3 (12:57):
And then she's like, it's not the Asian. It's it's
not that he's Asian. And I'm like, who are you
trying to convince? Is it me or is it yourself?
And then the way she was just jumping on him
over and over and over again, like trying to show

(13:17):
us like it cannot be because he's agent, because I
would not be jumping on him and kissing on him
like that.

Speaker 1 (13:27):
I couldn't do it, guys, I couldn't do it. I'm
so attracted where.

Speaker 3 (13:32):
She fucked up at because I would have bought it.
If she just did that, I would have bought it.
I'm gonna believed it, but I would Yeah, I would
have been Yeah, I wouldn't have been like okay. But
it's the fact that after she does all that, she
then talks directly to the camera crew and she's like,

(13:53):
I can't do it, Like.

Speaker 2 (13:55):
The attraction is just not gonna grow. What like, cameras.

Speaker 3 (14:02):
Are rolling, you are all on this man like bitch
you think?

Speaker 1 (14:11):
And then you know what? I also think it was.

Speaker 2 (14:13):
Wasn't she the one that was talking about how she
had a nigga at home who said you should go
do the show and that's why she broke up with him?

Speaker 1 (14:22):
Was that someone else?

Speaker 3 (14:24):
I want to say that was her?

Speaker 1 (14:26):
That that was her.

Speaker 2 (14:27):
I think she got out she saw him he wasn't
Henry Golding and she called her real nigga at home
and was like, yeah, so it's something here from me.
I'm going to tell them that I'm not going I
love you. I got this twenty dollars from the first episode.

Speaker 3 (14:42):
And yeah, we're going to Olive Gardens, We're going to
go to the distance, We're gonna go. We're going to
go to the distance.

Speaker 2 (14:49):
That's exactly what I feel like she taught to her
real dude at home.

Speaker 3 (14:53):
But it's the funny thing about it was Patrick didn't
even give a fuck. He honestly the energy that I was.
He's like, we could fuck like right now and we could.

Speaker 4 (15:04):
Just not like do this, we don't have to go
to Baja.

Speaker 3 (15:09):
Yeah, like it's fine, But she's like, no, no, I
just have to. I just can't, like I have to
go home.

Speaker 1 (15:17):
And but what was her actual reasoning?

Speaker 2 (15:20):
Like, I don't understand because she's there are so many
things that were mumbled. She's like getting out of the
pods and come up my family.

Speaker 3 (15:29):
And there wasn't any there wasn't any reason, actual reason
she was not attracted to him. She didn't say that
to him, though she said it to the camera crew
for him. She's just like, I'm just not ready for
an experience like this. I'm not ready to get married
and do all this. Then, bitch, why the fuck did
you come on the show? Like none of this makes sense?

(15:52):
And I don't know if he bought it. I'm pretty
sure he didn't because it was him.

Speaker 2 (15:57):
I don't know because they introduced him. I'm not introduced.
They interviewed him by himself, and he's like with his
hands in his pocket and he's like, no, I trust.

Speaker 3 (16:05):
Her, yeah, And I was like, whoa, this is embarrassing.

Speaker 1 (16:12):
I think he was just trying to kind of like
save face.

Speaker 3 (16:14):
Yeah. I would say the same thing, like yeah.

Speaker 1 (16:17):
Yeah, I know it's not because of Asian.

Speaker 3 (16:19):
This is perfectly I would have been like your ugly
as Fuck'm like, you're a.

Speaker 1 (16:23):
Racist, bitch.

Speaker 3 (16:25):
You're racist and you're ugly, and I'm gonna tell everybody
about it, like you're not gonna.

Speaker 2 (16:31):
Want You're gonna look right there in that damn Carara
and tell everyone that you're not attracted to me, because yeah,
I'm especially when he tried all that kissing on me,
jumping on that, like get your ass.

Speaker 3 (16:48):
Off, because I'm like, this is crazy, Like somebody do
something about it, like security come out.

Speaker 2 (16:57):
It's kind of exploitative when you think of about it,
like it's not funny, but it's like like what the
fuck just happened?

Speaker 1 (17:05):
And like we didn't know that that.

Speaker 2 (17:08):
Was just the beginning of our problems. This is before
we even went to Baha.

Speaker 3 (17:13):
Yeah, and now.

Speaker 2 (17:17):
What couple, what other couple do you want to talk
about do we go to Joe and Madison is it?

Speaker 1 (17:25):
Or do we go to the black couple? You want
to say the black couple for last?

Speaker 3 (17:29):
Yeah? What can you said? The black couple for last?

Speaker 2 (17:31):
Let's get to I think it's joean Madison, right? The
one thing act like a crackhead?

Speaker 3 (17:36):
Yes, so I don't really know. Wasn't that the Okay?
That was the one where they had the conversation and
he said he wasn't like.

Speaker 2 (17:48):
He usually isn't attracted to someone of her body type,
but he's like, he's like, oh, like I really like you,
and like the attraction from the pods seenor in person,
it makes me want to keep, you know, getting to
know you.

Speaker 3 (18:07):
But he's not attracted to her, and that's the problem
that we're facing. He's not attracted to her because a
man that's drunk as hell is not going to leave
the bar and go to the room and be like
I want to go to the room by myself.

Speaker 1 (18:27):
And then on top of.

Speaker 2 (18:28):
That, like when she was trying to talk to him,
he was like calling the other guys.

Speaker 3 (18:36):
How are you what's going on? You would't have about
one time? Number one, it wouldn't have even got into that.

Speaker 2 (18:43):
As soon as he would have said that, the girls like,
let's just join a vacation and let's go.

Speaker 1 (18:50):
I'll see it.

Speaker 3 (18:53):
Don't worry about it, don't worry about it, don't worry
about mother.

Speaker 1 (18:57):
Finish the sentence.

Speaker 3 (18:58):
Yeah, don't worry about it.

Speaker 1 (19:00):
I'm cool.

Speaker 3 (19:01):
Is you cool?

Speaker 1 (19:01):
Because I'm cool?

Speaker 3 (19:02):
Yeah? And I want to ask his drunk gass shit
about how he was feeling die personally. I want to
ask because I wouldn't have cared. You're not going to
do this to me on TV. And it's like, humiliate
me behind the scenes is one thing, but that shit

(19:24):
when the cameras cut on, well.

Speaker 2 (19:26):
It wasn't even just that. It was that, you know,
he actually was having fun with her or whatever or
pretending to.

Speaker 1 (19:34):
It was when he got around other people.

Speaker 2 (19:36):
Like, Humilivating me on camera is one thing, but then
we go around the group and then you humiliate me
even more, and then you want to like, I don't know.

Speaker 1 (19:49):
What you're doing.

Speaker 2 (19:49):
You're like rocking back and forth a little bit, and
then I go and say, oh, do you want me
to go with you? And you're like, you know, I
want to go by myself. Right, Okay, go by yourself.
So then she goes to the room and he's like,
he's like he's shocked, like he screams when she wakes

(20:10):
him up. And then he's like, where'd you come from?
And I'm just like what.

Speaker 1 (20:17):
So it just.

Speaker 2 (20:18):
Gets confusing, and then he's very disoriented, and then she
just starts to get worried because she's like, I just
came from the pool, Like do you know who I am?

Speaker 1 (20:31):
It's kind of like I don't to talk about that night.

Speaker 2 (20:35):
But there was a night where we went out with
this girl and she popped the bean and none of
us knew that she popped the bean. And if you
know what that means, that's a Flord term for she
was on something.

Speaker 1 (20:45):
And no one knows.

Speaker 3 (20:46):
It wasn't that ran down the road.

Speaker 2 (20:48):
We had to chase her ass around a cold de
sac and we didn't know what to do and act
like nothing happened.

Speaker 1 (20:58):
Also, but it was air. It triggered me.

Speaker 2 (21:07):
No, but I saw on Facebook she got into a
car accident a few a few years later, and I'm
just like, what the fuck? And then she raised a
bunch of money on her gofund me and then now
she like she's just like she's still alive to you, guys,
she just acts like a regular fucking person.

Speaker 1 (21:25):
I'm like, slow down, slow down, you are.

Speaker 2 (21:32):
Going to die. But that's another story. Well I just
told the whole story. I don't know anyways, So that's
exactly what it reminded me of. He was like what
what And she's like, I'm coming from the pool. I'm
wearing the same outfit, Like do you understand? Do you
need some water? And he's like yeah, sure. So she

(21:53):
gets some water and then he keeps asking her the
same question like what are you doing?

Speaker 1 (21:58):
Where did you go? Oh?

Speaker 2 (21:59):
You went to the pool, and it's just like you
start to feel crazy.

Speaker 1 (22:03):
So then she starts freaking out and crying.

Speaker 2 (22:06):
It was funny to me because it's like I know
exactly what type of fucking.

Speaker 1 (22:11):
Behavior this is.

Speaker 2 (22:13):
But and then they continue to film like they don't
check on him, they don't do.

Speaker 3 (22:18):
It, But why is she crying? Like that's the thing
that got that ship is they're not used to that ship.

Speaker 2 (22:25):
I'm not used to someone being like Okay, I'm used
to a drug person, sure, or a high.

Speaker 3 (22:33):
I'm just like, you got it.

Speaker 1 (22:39):
No.

Speaker 2 (22:39):
I think it's the fact that like this is the
person that you chose to marry.

Speaker 3 (22:44):
Oh well yeah, true true.

Speaker 2 (22:46):
So it's like finding out someone you chose to marry
is like this nigga's on crack. Like I'm not saying
that he's on crack, but that's how he was acting.
I don't know how you're on crack. I don't know
this dude has a drug problem. That no, that's not
the yeah, yeah, like this dude has a weird like

(23:07):
it's weird.

Speaker 1 (23:07):
It was scary.

Speaker 2 (23:08):
And then he was kind of like gas lilt her
to think like he's fine. And then she's like, you
know what, I'm just gonna let you do you and
like that was pretty much it.

Speaker 1 (23:22):
That was pretty much it.

Speaker 3 (23:24):
Yeah, that was weird. I don't know what's gonna happen
between them. Obviously, nothing great. I just don't think it's
I don't see it working out. Like once somebody says
they want to go back to the room and they
don't want to go with you, And then she kept
trying to like be like, well, are you need what
do you need from me? Like are you good? Do
you need? Do you need that? Like do you need that?

(23:48):
And he's like no, I don't need it, and she's like,
but do you need that? What do you need from me?
And it's just like he does not want to share
these moments with you.

Speaker 1 (24:00):
It's like, what the fuck is going on in the room.

Speaker 2 (24:02):
Then I'm the kind of bitch that's like, okay, go ahead,
and I literally wait five minutes, let him think he's
in the room alone, and then I fucking bust open
the door, like big bird, like, what the fuck is
going on in.

Speaker 3 (24:13):
Here in the room he's laying down, mhm, get the
fuck up, because you just showed your ass. It was
so inappropriate to me personally.

Speaker 2 (24:26):
It was some weird shit going down. What do you
guys think was happening? That's what I want.

Speaker 3 (24:32):
I lovedon that myself. And then we have Jordan and
Sparkle Meghan.

Speaker 1 (24:40):
I fucking hate it every I'm sorry, it's not me,
it's you, babe.

Speaker 2 (24:45):
I mean, oh, it's not you, it's me, babe, Sparkle Meghan,
I hate it every single time we had to listen
and talk to you like, I just didn't give a fuck.
I wanted you to pick the other dude. I knew
that this was going to turn out the way that
it did because this dude said that one one, he

(25:05):
has a five year old, so he already has a
prior commitment. Two he said that he couldn't take care
of another person financially, so that would have ended the
conversation on top of the fact that he has a
five year old. Three, I feel like he's age is

(25:26):
nothing but a number. Like she was saying, I too,
have dated men that were older than me who still
acted like assholes, and men that were younger than me
who liked like assholes. It depends on the guy, but
I could tell by the kind of guy, even the
conversations in the pods. I'm like, you needed to pick,
was it Mike? You needed to pick Mike over Jordan?

(25:48):
This guy is more solid.

Speaker 1 (25:51):
This guy.

Speaker 2 (25:53):
Like, I don't know, and I understand that he was
cocky and he thought that he was going to get
picked and all those things.

Speaker 1 (25:58):
But I felt like mikey a good age.

Speaker 2 (26:00):
He was thirty seven, she's thirty three, like he had everything.
But you picked Jordan because you wanted the bad boy,
the fun boy, and you thought, Okay, he's only four
years younger, which is not a big of an age difference,
and he should act more mature.

Speaker 1 (26:17):
Than he did.

Speaker 2 (26:18):
Because he's a father, you would think, yeah, no, that's
not that's not the case. But that's never the case.
They good to baja, is that what they are? And
everything's going fine, and he just starts acting like a
fucking goofy bitch, like.

Speaker 3 (26:38):
A los and she's like, can you stop.

Speaker 1 (26:40):
She's like, you're annoying.

Speaker 3 (26:42):
No, you're annoying me.

Speaker 1 (26:46):
Oh, that's exactly.

Speaker 3 (26:49):
You're annoying me. Like she makes a point of it.
She's like, no, no, I know, I know, you think
you know what I.

Speaker 4 (26:55):
Mean, but like, no, you're like no, seriously, fucking annoying me.

Speaker 1 (27:01):
Like he tried to.

Speaker 2 (27:02):
Signal him like hey stop, and that's what she also like,
you could see the moment that she got to it.

Speaker 3 (27:09):
Yeah, and that's why I hate that feeling.

Speaker 1 (27:12):
I saw it. And then that's why I'm like, another
one down.

Speaker 3 (27:18):
It's not gonna last.

Speaker 2 (27:20):
And then he's like, oh, I'm annoying. Well, then that's
all you have to say. No, seriously, that's all you
have to say. And then he tries to spin her,
and I'm like, that's the worst thing you could do,
because I'm gonna spin right back around and I'm gonna
fucking punch. I mean, I'm going to tell you to stop.
I'm gonna tell you to stop. Don't fucking spin me. Stop,

(27:43):
you're annoying me. So that felt like a duned couple.

Speaker 3 (27:48):
And then we have.

Speaker 4 (27:53):
I know that was like what Ali and her man.

Speaker 2 (27:59):
I thought that they were fine, Like I didn't see
anything wrong. I think that's the only one.

Speaker 3 (28:03):
I didn't really care. Honestly. I was just like, they're
gonna be okay.

Speaker 2 (28:07):
But you know that couple, that's just like there's always
one saved couple in the preview. I think their biggest
problem is that she's not tidy enough for him, and
he's like, is your room always gonna be like this?
I'm like, she's a fucking nurse. She's saving lives. What
is your gul yass doing?

Speaker 3 (28:23):
And that's how nurses are sometimes, like they don't have time,
like what the fuck?

Speaker 2 (28:30):
They literally work either three days off, I mean three
days off, four days off, or four days on three
days off.

Speaker 3 (28:36):
Yeah, my future husband is a nurse. Yeah I don't
know who it is. Like he's gonna be a nurse.

Speaker 2 (28:45):
And he's not gonna be that tidying and it's okay.
Because he's saving lives. Yeah, okay, Like I don't play
about nurses. I do not play about nurses and teachers, like,
don't fucking say anything about them.

Speaker 3 (29:00):
And then we have Nick and Annie, Oh the whole.

Speaker 1 (29:08):
What do you think about Nick and Anny?

Speaker 3 (29:11):
I think they're a great Nick. I think he's going
to be amazing.

Speaker 1 (29:18):
Hey do you know when, Hey, do you did you say?

Speaker 3 (29:22):
You said you think he's gay?

Speaker 1 (29:26):
Wait? I didn't say that at all.

Speaker 3 (29:28):
You said that.

Speaker 1 (29:29):
I said, Hey, do you know when.

Speaker 3 (29:31):
I could have sworn Nick? He just said you think
he's the gayest guy in the room. Was that what
you said?

Speaker 1 (29:41):
No, let me say what I've said.

Speaker 2 (29:45):
Like, you know, when it's very common when you want
to beat your children and you want to make sure
that you want to say that you're going to beat
your children, and then some girl doesn't believe in God
and she tells you that she doesn't.

Speaker 1 (29:55):
Believe in God.

Speaker 2 (29:56):
But then you get mad anyway, so then you're like, oh,
my god, you don't believe in God.

Speaker 1 (30:00):
I can't believe you just told me that.

Speaker 2 (30:01):
And then you go to another woman and then you're like, yeah,
we're gonna beat our children, right, And they remember when
that one time when my mom thought that I was gay.

Speaker 1 (30:10):
So then IY are weird?

Speaker 3 (30:13):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (30:14):
Then so then I So then I was like, do
you think it was a fase? Do you think it's
a phase. And then the woman is like, yes, I
think it's a phase. Then I tell her about that
one time that my mom thought I was gay. So
then I brought home a bunch of women to overcompensate
the fact that I may be gay.

Speaker 1 (30:31):
Do you remember that?

Speaker 2 (30:34):
That?

Speaker 4 (30:35):
Do?

Speaker 3 (30:37):
That was weird? Immediately the number one thing was they're
parents watch fot sims now it's kind of belong. But
after that, after I caught my breath because I was like, no,
at this sad age, like that's very.

Speaker 1 (30:59):
Toughing, not even watching seeing in at this point.

Speaker 3 (31:02):
Like what what Fox? And then after that he's like, yeah,
how would you feel if your kid was gay? And
he's like, no, I wouldn't. I wouldn't like it. He's
like a fad, Yeah, I wouldn't like it. I wouldn't
like it, but you know I would. I would be cool,

(31:26):
like I would. I would just guide them and tell
them what to do. I wouldn't like it either, Yeah,
And I'm just like.

Speaker 2 (31:36):
Make sure that they're informed, informed about what looking pussy
or sucking dick?

Speaker 1 (31:40):
Like me, what are we talking about?

Speaker 3 (31:42):
What is going on? Like when that conversation happened, I'm like,
we're done, Vanessa. Cut the fucking cameras now. Like me personally,
I'm sorry. Netflix would have to wait. Like if this
was the footage that I got, I would be like, no,
we have to refilmed, start from scratch.

Speaker 2 (32:02):
We can you know what we can do. Sometimes, let's
bring in some actors. Like at this point, it's like,
if it's if it's a time thing, we have to
bring in some actors.

Speaker 3 (32:12):
Patty Lapone and literally Audra like somebody.

Speaker 2 (32:20):
Or have some people that didn't find love that deserve
love come back, like randomly bring them back someone that
knows the process, and like, hey, you did this before.

Speaker 3 (32:29):
Literally that's what I think they should do because I'm like,
but then they waste that because then they have the
fucking perfect match. And I'm like, you guys need to
stop that, save those people and do another season. And
Love is.

Speaker 2 (32:41):
Blind, Love is Blind All Stars basically like but yeah,
it's just like every single cup, well we didn't even finish,
go ahead, finish what so No, but what did you
think about Nick?

Speaker 4 (32:54):
You think that he likes to get pegged or something
like that.

Speaker 3 (32:57):
I think he just occasionally likes to get fucked, But
I don't think it's like anything like.

Speaker 1 (33:02):
To like not in a homosexually very straightly.

Speaker 3 (33:08):
Yeah, we have Bria and Edmund.

Speaker 1 (33:17):
What do you want Edmund?

Speaker 3 (33:20):
So immediately in the pause, I was disturbed because I
was like, what's did you hear that? Like every time
you would talk, I would be like, did you hear that? Yeah?
Like what was that? What is that?

Speaker 2 (33:38):
Is that?

Speaker 3 (33:38):
And then I turned off I literally seriously, I have
my sundbar. I turned it off and I unplugged because
I thought something was wrong with my soundbar, and then
I plugged it back up and I literally reset it
and I was just like, okay, that should.

Speaker 1 (33:58):
Something is yeah, yeah.

Speaker 3 (34:00):
But then it kept going on and I was just like, no,
like this is the show. Because then I turned it
off and I turned on Jenny and Georgia and I'm
like they sound almost like what's going on? So I
went back, you love GEORGI, I love Georgia.

Speaker 2 (34:19):
Okay, like you This is two years after the new
season comes out.

Speaker 1 (34:25):
He's like, guys, have you heard about Jenny and Georgia.

Speaker 3 (34:28):
Guys.

Speaker 1 (34:29):
He tried to make me watch it.

Speaker 3 (34:30):
I'm putting guys on Ginny and Georgia. One of the best.
Georgia is the realist bitch, I know, like one.

Speaker 2 (34:37):
Of the people anime recently. Yeah, do you know that
there was cartoons for adults?

Speaker 3 (34:46):
Did you know that?

Speaker 2 (34:48):
Do you guys know there's there's a there's a guy
named fucking dragon ball z.

Speaker 3 (34:55):
Goku. Yeah, the last saying.

Speaker 4 (35:00):
Hold on, I'm not that far.

Speaker 1 (35:03):
That's too much.

Speaker 3 (35:04):
Have you seen him with yellow hair? No, that shit
goes crazy.

Speaker 1 (35:10):
Slow down.

Speaker 2 (35:11):
But but yeah, with them, I I just thought that,
like it was okay that he was crying that one
time when I was like, okay, can you can cry
this one time because you're telling me about how you
were in foster care?

Speaker 4 (35:29):
Oh okay, Like that's fine.

Speaker 2 (35:33):
But it was when and I'm like, who's this guy
with the aprolepick in the head that was crying for
another man? That was when I scratched the back of
my neck because I started feeling comfortable.

Speaker 1 (35:46):
Yeah, And then when they.

Speaker 2 (35:49):
Met, I was like, hmm, I know that you're trying
to be a good sport.

Speaker 1 (36:00):
What's her name?

Speaker 4 (36:01):
Bria, Cabria, Cabrea, Calibra, Calibra.

Speaker 3 (36:05):
That's why I just call her Bria because I don't
know how to pronounce it, and I don't want to
mess her name up, So I.

Speaker 1 (36:09):
Said, okay.

Speaker 2 (36:11):
So when they met, I'm like, Bria, I know that
you're trying to be a good sport and you're trying
to like, once again, give the nice guy a chance,
also date someone that you're used to not dating. And
you know what, some people just have Like they're expressive,
they're animated, they have a lot of energy, Like I
don't want someone to be in a box.

Speaker 3 (36:32):
And Brie doesn't give a fuck about that man.

Speaker 1 (36:36):
But like she's just trying to not seem like an asshole.

Speaker 3 (36:41):
She doesn't care about that man at all. She wanted
to go to the resort.

Speaker 1 (36:50):
But what happens after that?

Speaker 3 (36:52):
And I know, and I know for a fact it's
not even an opinion. I know for a fact as
soon as she was in the pod and she was
like you good, my love. When she was like are
you good love, That's when I knew immediately.

Speaker 1 (37:10):
She said it like a camp counselor.

Speaker 3 (37:13):
Yeah, you good love. When I call a nigga love.
Watch out, watch out.

Speaker 4 (37:25):
It's not good. It's over, it's not good.

Speaker 3 (37:28):
I want something out of.

Speaker 1 (37:30):
This, Like I'm not here for love.

Speaker 3 (37:34):
I'm not whenever I say love, I'm not here.

Speaker 1 (37:37):
This is the fucking love chatting.

Speaker 3 (37:41):
And so when she said that, immediately I was like, Oh,
she doesn't seriously at all. I get it because it's
like you only say that to men that it's like
you're just trying to get like you it's something to do, Yeah,
something to do, something to do. That's not no serious man,

(38:03):
because number one, you don't even do when you're serious
about him. You don't even get into all those little
names and stuff like that till like later on down
the line. So it was very different. And she's just,
you know, she kind of lets sence. She allows him
to be who he is. Yeah, he was like, oh,
we had no water, let's get in the water.

Speaker 2 (38:24):
I loved when they did the like the cameras and
they were talking about what they're going to do for
the day and like he was working and she's like,
is that it's work?

Speaker 1 (38:32):
I was like, okay, I got you, Bria.

Speaker 3 (38:34):
You didn't give a funk about what you got. That's
gonna be over and she's gonna be like, yeah, it
just didn't work out.

Speaker 2 (38:41):
Love, What how do you think it's gonna end? Well, no,
let's get into he finds out, Okay, the whole interaction
with everyone else happens.

Speaker 3 (38:53):
And then prior to that, I also want to say
when they were at dinner and she was like if
that man, what are you gonna do about it? And
he's like, no, I'm a nice guy. I'm not doing
nothing about it. She's literally setting it up. She's setting
it up, like don't don't you see She's setting this

(39:14):
ship up like she's formulated. And that's why I like her.
I fuck with her because it's like, I know what
she's doing. It's a fucking game. Is a leo? She
has to be a leo because it's like I understand
it so well. She's like yeah.

Speaker 2 (39:35):
He kept explaining. He's like, oh, I'll go get security,
and she was like yeah, she.

Speaker 3 (39:39):
Was like what about it?

Speaker 1 (39:40):
Like she kept adding, and once.

Speaker 3 (39:42):
We get up, I'm wont to be mad at you
and he's like, no, don't be mad, don't be mad
at me. And then so afterwards she asked him, She's like, so,
how do you feel knowing that we haven't had sets

(40:04):
and the rest of the couples have. And keep in mind,
I don't think all the couples did have sets, like
because one of the girls wasn't she like, we just
did four play and that was it.

Speaker 1 (40:15):
I Oh no. Some of them lied too, though.

Speaker 3 (40:18):
Yeah, but it just made me feel like she's setting
this shit up.

Speaker 1 (40:24):
Oh she's a virgo.

Speaker 3 (40:25):
He's a virgo. She's right after, she's right after. That's
what it is. She's on the cuss. Don't you understand? Oh,
I get it.

Speaker 1 (40:39):
Beyonce Leaving hints.

Speaker 3 (40:41):
Yeah, and she's like, so, how do you feel about that?
And he's like, wait, the rest of the couple's day
as sets And she's like, yeah, how do you feel
about that? Left? And we did and we did it
and he's like, I just I don't know. I'm just
too fucking dies, like two fucking doys, I'm too fuckingnes

(41:10):
and I'm just like what does this mean? And she's like,
get it out, get it out, get it out. And
he really wanted to tell her. He was like, so
you like all the mother niggas hit, but you're not
feel like what.

Speaker 1 (41:25):
He said, though you had one night stand, but he.

Speaker 3 (41:28):
Couldn't finish it. He never finished it. Every time he
would go to say the last part, you would be like, but.

Speaker 1 (41:35):
Not, hm, you're just getting say it so I can
break up with you, because this is.

Speaker 3 (41:41):
Like, yeah, say it. You don't have to say it,
you bad, Go ahead say it, you bad, And you
just wouldn't say it. That's not gonna work.

Speaker 1 (41:57):
None of this. But this is the thing.

Speaker 2 (42:00):
If any of these people other than Ali and that one, like,
they could get married the rest of them. I'm like,
I don't know why we're even having the rest of
the season.

Speaker 1 (42:12):
I don't know because there's nothing to say after that.

Speaker 3 (42:14):
Like, but you know what's weird too, I don't remember
them cutting love is blind off at this point, Like
usually don't they show like the pods and don't they
show like the full What do you mean like when
you mean because we're just one episode into the villas,

(42:38):
right so, and usually we at least get two episodes
in the villas.

Speaker 1 (42:42):
The thing is they stayed in the pods too long.

Speaker 3 (42:45):
Oh okay, And I don't.

Speaker 2 (42:46):
Know if it's because okay. In addition to Patrick getting
ghosted by Anna Sparkle, Meghan got ghosted by I think
it was Blake, like he left.

Speaker 1 (42:54):
And he was like, yeah, I don't think this is
for me.

Speaker 2 (42:56):
So I think that that fucked them up and they
had to get a storyline going or they had to
recalibrate or whatever.

Speaker 1 (43:02):
So that's how we stayed in the pods even longer.

Speaker 2 (43:06):
And then she had to decided she was going to
pick between one guy and another guy. And then there's
some dude, Brendan that was waiting for I think it
was a cake or some shit like that. It was
just too long in the pod, so we only got
one episode of them actually in the Honeymoon ear or whatever,
and then we got a preview of what's to come.

(43:28):
And yeah, so that's when I saw that Ali and
her and me are going to be married, and I
mean arguing about her being messy and then the rest
of them, Like, I don't know what's going to happen, really,
I just know that that girl comes back, Anna comes back,
and Patrick and Anna have a conversation. I don't know

(43:49):
if Casey comes back though, and I don't know if
he's gonna come.

Speaker 1 (43:52):
To the reunion because honestly, especially.

Speaker 2 (43:55):
If I saw if I saw that, y'all, played that
part where I said that I wasn't attracted to him.

Speaker 1 (44:00):
I literally smothered him and kisses to explain that.

Speaker 3 (44:04):
Like the fucking hands on his face. I was like security,
like a fucking and holding her hands like pressing her
hands against his stage. She was like putting her feet
on his thighs like it was just like he's not

(44:28):
And I'm like, if you're gonna do all that fuck.

Speaker 2 (44:31):
At least just fuck him and then like yeah, you know,
get it over.

Speaker 3 (44:35):
With, like you're already at the holiday inn. Go all
the way, put to Gold the Distance, the Distance. Put
two hundred dollars on the tab with Vanessa and Gold
the Distance.

Speaker 1 (44:51):
It really proved it.

Speaker 3 (44:52):
Put somebody in jail and call up Love after Locker.
That's it.

Speaker 2 (44:58):
They walk from walk off the set of that onto
the set of Love after lock Up.

Speaker 3 (45:04):
And it's so good. Love after lock Up is so good.

Speaker 2 (45:07):
You know what, We have to talk to someone about
Love after lock Up. One of our friends from online,
she watches Love after lock Up now and she wants
to chat about it and really.

Speaker 3 (45:17):
Wants to talk about it.

Speaker 2 (45:19):
So we're gonna talk about Love after lock Up with
some people. So yeah, that's love is blind. You guys,
it's a complete mess. I didn't think that, Like, I
didn't know what I was going into. I just know
that it was trending. And then a lot of people
were talking about Denver and our manager Jay he lives
in Denver, so he knows a lot about the Denver scene,
and he's like, I need to speak up for Denver,

(45:43):
not even speak up for it. He's gonna probably no,
I don't think he's gonna speak up. I think he's
actually going to tell us like, yeah, it's terrible here,
Like because I thought that Denver would be nice, Like
I thought that's where I would go to find a
nice guy. Like, yeah, they're gonna be high because everything
is legal there. But maybe that's why the guy thought
it was okay to get high because everyone's hide and

(46:05):
we'll not everyone.

Speaker 1 (46:05):
I want to say, no, no tea, no shade.

Speaker 3 (46:09):
Like your husband is gonna be in New York.

Speaker 1 (46:15):
You're right, he might be might get a mister big
even though.

Speaker 3 (46:19):
Or maybe like Texas.

Speaker 2 (46:22):
Oh lord, that's a man. I feel like I would
want him to be from New York.

Speaker 3 (46:29):
He's gonna be tall, a tall guy, and his name's
gonna start with the scene.

Speaker 1 (46:35):
You're just making up ship.

Speaker 4 (46:38):
You're just making up You're making up ship.

Speaker 3 (46:41):
And watch when it happens. You're gonna be You're gonna
look right there at the camera and you're gonna remember
everything I'll say it, and you're gonna be like you
were right about everything.

Speaker 1 (46:54):
You were right about my husband and.

Speaker 3 (46:57):
Christ No, not Christal.

Speaker 1 (47:02):
You just said it was gonna south Sea, but not
that what happened?

Speaker 4 (47:08):
Why not Crystal.

Speaker 3 (47:10):
Caout it?

Speaker 2 (47:13):
Okay, Well, Aaron just gave me some things to think
about New York, Texas. If you guys know any good
nice men from there, I'm looking for it. I just
know I don't want him from Denver anymore. I thought
he was gonna be from the nice Midwest. I thought
I was gonna get a good Midwestern boy, and Love

(47:34):
is Blind just showed me that's not what I want.

Speaker 3 (47:37):
It's because of that altitude and the longitude.

Speaker 1 (47:40):
They lost their motherfucking minds.

Speaker 3 (47:43):
They're up higher. I feel like when they get high.

Speaker 2 (47:49):
Yeah, all right, well, thank you guys for listening. This
was a bonus episode of Bravo. We're Black. We will
be back very soon. Love you guys.

Speaker 3 (48:01):
