Co-founder and president of inLight Consulting INC. Rob Streetman exemplifies a mission-driven approach to leadership by concentrating on empowering, educating, and preparing leaders in the workplace to become change agents and disciples in their local communities. Aside from his work at inLight Consulting, Streetman is a prolific author that writes articles that become influential books. He is a man of faith. His debut book, "The Map Maker," helps Christian leaders accept the heavenly journey that lies ahead of them. Streetman taught that Christianity is not a religion, it is a relationship with God and to the other faith in the community. And through this, he emphasizes how having a strong faith allows you to see the brighter side and feel the true peace and joy despite challenges.

Rob is the Founder and President of inLight Consulting, Inc., a not-for-profit (501c.3) corporations. He was called into full-time ministry in 2005, after 25+ years in the Information Technology field of the Financial Services Industry. As an Enterprise Architect, he helped lead major organizational transformation efforts and served as an internal technology consultant to various business lines and corporate functions.

For this season of his life, Rob has been called into full-time ministry to glorify the Lord by encouraging, edifying and equipping Christian leaders in the Marketplace – helping them find joyful Spirit-filled ministry as disciple-making transformation agents (through inLight Consulting).
