During his tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, the Sunbelt MAG team led the sale of $44 Billion of multifamily assets. Marc’s focus at Stout is capital formation and multifamily development. Marc holds a BS from Virginia Tech and lives in Charlotte with his wife and three children.”
