Contracted with boat manufacturers to devise repair processes and perform in-house and in-field repairs for major recalls of failed transoms, failed stringer to hull bond line, structural failures of stringer sections and complete hull replacements.

• Contracted by insurance companies to conduct comprehensive repairs from collisions, fire and sinking damage in the continental US and throughout the Caribbean . Became a trusted source of repair processes and standards for insurance companies.
• Design and implementation of repowers and propulsion reconfigurations; ie gas to diesel, convention drive systems to water jet systems and I/O to surface drive systems
• Contributed to the design of more than 40 new boat designs and models.
• Launched and phased into production complete model lines.
