Jason Z. Rose, MHSA, is a high-performing, serial entrepreneur who brings 30 years of business development, strategy and leadership experience in healthcare IT. He is a visionary, with a proven track record of taking disruptive products from whiteboard concepts to sustained high annual revenues to enable business success.

Jason currently serves as CEO and Board member of Clearsense, a Platform as a Service (PaaS) company that partners with healthcare organizations to increase data value, governance, and transparency. Committed to leading transformation in healthcare, Clearsense enables data confidence to support improved clinical and financial outcomes. Clearsense delivers tailored PaaS offerings designed for health systems, health plans, and diverse industry stakeholders.

From 2018 - 2023, Jason spearheaded value-based care through medication adherence technologies as CEO of AdhereHealth. The innovative technology company is focused on transforming healthcare by leveraging intelligent data analytics, promoting medication adherence and working with patients to resolve social determinants of health (SDOH).

Prior to joining AdhereHealth, Jason was Chief Strategic Development Officer and Executive Vice President at Inovalon. As a key member of the senior leadership team, Jason built the start-up’s product and technology presence across the healthcare marketplace, identifying strategic partnerships and nurturing critical marketing initiatives through a highly successful multi-billion dollar IPO.

Jason earned his Master of Health Services Administration (MHSA) degree from The George Washington University School of Business. At GWU, he custom-created his curriculum to focus on the emerging healthcare technology industry in the mid-1990’s. Jason additionally received a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Radford University.

Jason currently serves on the board of Operation Song, a non-profit dedicated to empowering veterans, active-duty military and members of their family to tell their stories through the process of songwriting.
