For all our technological advancements, more working from home, AI entering the workforce, the mantra we hear of “work smarter, not harder” you’d be forgiven for thinking that we humans should been reducing our workloads. But modern life is complex and the demand for us all to do more and more is pushing many people to a breaking point.
