In celebration of the annual International Women's Day that occurs on March 14th, Tiffany has invited a successful Tokyo-based multi-preneur, the wonderful Tracey Northcott! Tracey shares her reason for moving to Japan, making it 22 years, to offer her expertise in tech in a family business.  And as an Airbnb hostess, Tracey strives to create beautiful memories for her guests in an inclusive and welcoming manner. As a successful Airbnb hosts in Tokyo, at one point having 23 properties for rent in the Tokyo 23 Wards growing her business, Tokyo Family Stays, to a 7-figure business. She also runs a Software development company, Enfour, Inc. with her family.
