Now, let's be honest, the finalstretch of the season can hit
hard.
That travel, the pressure, theadrenaline swings, the long
hours and poor sleep, it alladds up.
And you may or may not evennotice it at first, but that
constant stress starts to wearyou down.
Burnout doesn't happenovernight, it creeps in slowly.

The afternoon fog, the shortertemper, the slower recovery.
It's like running a race with aslow leak in your tire.
You can still drive, but you'relosing traction every lap.
And that's why high performancehealth isn't about waiting until

before it happens?
Well, I'm glad you asked.
