Rejection sucks. Rejection hurts. Most times, rejection makes us think we are not worthy of love, of ANYTHING in this world.
But this is exactly, what we should NEVER do. To go down this spiral, this rabbit hole, which is where all of us end up meeting each other (Hello fellow HOLE)
In this episode i talk about my very (triggering) and real way that i used to cope with rejection. It was so unhealthy, and it destroyed me for YEARS.
