They say life is a journey, just go through it without expectations and learn as you go along. But if you stall and get stuck along the way, ask yourself why. And there usually isn't an easy answer.

According to research, a growing fetus gains continuous awareness of its surroundings. It also has the ability to get signals of the mother's mental state 25 weeks into conceiving.

Pay attention to your breath.
Practice breathing wherever you are. Look at your feet and know where you're standing.
Start counting your breath. 
Start breathing and just noticing.
When you go to sleep practice, practice breathing.
Lay down and only do it for 15 seconds.
So the next time you do it, do it for 20 seconds. 
And it's all about noticing, and if you continue to practice breathing, it just feels better.

Lori Reyes DeSanti, MSW, CBW is a pioneer in the professional Breathwork arena. She has over 25 years of experience which can be traced back to the roots of Rebirthing Breathwork.  All throughout her career, Lori has been working with people on codependency, body issues, addiction, and trauma. 

Honoring her training from Sondra Ray and Leonard Orr, Lori created a blend of traditional Rebirthing methods with various other holistic and creative methods of healing. Thus, producing a stimulating and unique experience for individuals, couples, families, or groups.
