(00:06):
Hello ladies and gentlemen, my name is Brett Keane from GOD TV
Radio. I hope you're all having a
blessed and wonderful day out there.
When you get an opportunity, check out the front of my
YouTube channel. You can check out my live shows
that are set up, organized and playlist.
You can also listen to my free music over 4 albums.
(00:27):
And there's more music to come. I'm going to be dropping some
singles soon and I just recentlydid a show with TTOR Truth The
Objective Reality and it was really really good.
I also interviewed Tucker as well as Smokey St. and those
were really really good. I enjoyed having Tucker and
(00:49):
Smokey answer some of the different questions not only
about themselves but also about their theology and and why it is
they believe and think the way they do.
You can tell when listening to people who know what they're
talking about or at least are very close to having a concept
of a truth or something that is agreeable.
(01:13):
They're usually very authoritative and very confident
in what they're speaking about. People who have not read the
Bible, people who have not done a lot of research and study and
just take things on surface level usually stumble all over
the place. But not Smokey, not TTOR and not
Tucker, not in no kind of way. Same with brother Maverick, he
(01:37):
has a pretty good head on his shoulder.
Even though he and I haven't been talking lately, he still
got a lot going for him and he'sat a point in his existence
where he doesn't really need a Co host or doesn't really need
any kind of support behind him. He's pretty much already leaving
(01:57):
a lot of users in the dust. Well, why am I making this video
today? What is the importance of it?
Well, I want to warn atheists that they should probably stay
as far away from Christianity asabsolute possible.
Some of you out there, you've asked me, you say, Brett, you do
(02:18):
see that Christianity is dying, don't you?
Well, I don't see it as dying globally.
I still see that there's a lot of churches all over the place
and there's a lot of Christian denominations.
And I believe due to the rise ofthe Internet and social media,
Christians have basically adapted to the Internet.
(02:39):
They've come to the Internet because they realize that
they're able to reach people on a higher, massive level as
opposed to trying to open up some kind of business or some
little watered down church in some tiny town where they got to
pay all kinds of bills and do all kinds of crazy stuff.
And there's a lot of finances involved.
(02:59):
It's really easy just to make videos and talk about your views
and ideas of God as opposed to trying to run some kind of
organization. So I think that that's where the
sheep are going to. That's what Christianity's going
for. And I think that my theory is
correct because there's a lot ofstatistics out there showing
(03:21):
that Christianity is on the riseon the Internet.
For a long time, their atheists seem to have a pretty firm
footing. The Internet was like their
church, but Christianity has this tendency that you can kick
it around, you can knock it down, you can spit on it, you
can slap it, you can crucify it,but it just keeps on coming
(03:45):
back. And atheists don't know what to
do with that. But there's also another problem
too, with the fact that a lot ofpeople aren't going to church
anymore. There's a lot of people who want
to become, want to be preachers, people who never went to Bible
school or even bothered to read the entire Bible who are now
(04:05):
wanting to be preachers. And of course, they're going to
be putting out their collection bowls and, and wanting money and
finances and all kinds of things.
You know, we've all are on the Internet.
We've asked for money or we've asked for some support or we've
asked for people to subscribe and comment and write to our
stuff. But for me, it's always been, if
(04:28):
you want to, there's no obligation.
But other people out there, I'venoticed some religious people
are running their channel. They're acting like it's an
absolute must. It's absolutely necessary in
order for them to be able to runtheir YouTube channel.
They need all this money. Why I'm, you know, I do music
(04:50):
and I do things that bring in a little bit of money here and
there. But it's, it's not something
that if my music didn't work outor my stuff, I would still be
able to manage to figure out howto hit record and upload and all
that kind of thing. So let's get back to my original
line of what I said that atheists should stay away from
(05:13):
Christianity. Well, as many of you know, I was
a former atheist and I came overinto Christianity, but I don't
know if I'd really want to describe it that way.
I know that's the way a lot of you perceive it.
I feel like I connected with God.
I don't feel like I connected with religion too well.
(05:36):
I don't think it really stuck for me.
I didn't wake up and say damn I want to be a part of religion, I
want to be a part of organized cult mentality or thought
processes. Never even crossed my damn mind.
What happened was, is that I wasa stone cold atheist, A
(05:57):
nihilistic, didn't see any valuein anything, and I came to the
conclusion that through experiences and through
testimony and through life issues that a God has to
actually exist. It was the only rational logical
position for me. I could go on all day for many,
(06:18):
many reasons why I came to that conclusion, but nowhere in any
of that that it have anything todo with what religion teaches or
what religion does or what religion says or what some group
of Christians over here and thisdenomination said are what
translation of the Bible. That's not how it works for me
(06:42):
since I was a child and even whenever I was a non believer, I
had a hard time like ChristopherHitchens looking up at the
universe and not seeing design. I have a difficult time seeing
imagery and biology, as well as science books where it shows all
these cells and all this machinery going on in my body.
Internally, I can't see any of it unless there's tools used to
(07:07):
show me what it all looks like on a big screen.
But I know it's there, and I know there's a lot of processes,
and every single one of them, the millions of processes that
are going on inside of me are based upon function and purpose.
They all have a goal, and of course, one of those goals is to
(07:27):
keep me alive, to make me survive.
Why? Why does nature give a shit if
Brett Keene exists? As we can see this whole entire
week we've seen that some of thegreatest people alive that has
contributed so much like Hulk Hogan and Ozzy Osbourne are
dead. So why does life choose to
(07:50):
continue to make some of us function and move forward?
Is where it'll even kill legendsit obviously God as well as
nature itself doesn't pick favourites, does it?
It rains on the just and the unjust.
No matter how great of a man youare, no matter how evil you are,
(08:11):
death will find you. Time will run out, or maybe time
won't run out, but time is just simply an illusion.
I say that atheists should stay as far away from Christianity
because I don't think religion is what's going to get you to
change your mind. It's not going to cause you to
(08:31):
open your mind and heart. If you constantly are staring
down into a book, are you waiting for something to happen?
Then you might have expectationsthat make you distracted from
what is actually happening around you.
I believe the clues are all around you that you don't have
(08:53):
to focus on a certain thing in order to be able to find the
truth. It's like being in the forest
and you're surrounded by trees. There's and let's say that the
analogy is, is that many of these trees all make up a part
of this truth, and you're looking for a specific tree.
(09:15):
Perhaps instead of looking for something specific, you just
simply look around you, look around you and see what it is
that's going on. Ask yourself, why are all these
trees here? Why is the ground like it is?
Why does the sun hit this the way it does?
Why this, why that? So far, You know, one of the
(09:37):
words that have has always made me scratch my head is words like
naturalism. Like there's different levels,
like there's standard nature, standard natural, and then
there's supernatural and there'sall these different things that
lead to phenomenons and all this.
(10:00):
Who came up with the concept that it's, it's all natural?
What does natural even mean anyway?
Has anybody really think about that for a natural when things
just come to be without the helpof God?
Is that what the definition of it is?
Natural as something that can beexplained.
So as long as you can explain it, it's not supernatural.
(10:23):
And as long as you're able to use the laws of the universe to
be able to describe something, then we'll fit it into our small
little paradigm. That's a really, really scary
place to be when you're only willing to accept things just
because at that point you think that you understand them.
(10:43):
There's things in my life where I thought that I understood a
lot of shit. I mean, I figured whenever I was
a young man that I knew everything pretty damn near
close to everything. And the older you get, people
that you thought you knew, things that you thought you knew
end up changing or you discover that you were completely ass
(11:07):
backwards in your full understanding of what it was
that you, your perspective was completely off.
That the person or people were totally different than what you
ever imagined, as well as the things that you thought you had
knowledge of. You'll see what I'm talking
about as you get older. Many of you right now are just,
(11:28):
you're going to hear me and you're going to probably say
that babbling motherfucker. What is he talking about?
You got to you got to experiencethe waves in order to understand
the ocean, ladies and gentlemen. And then even then, the ocean is
so vast and so expensive, you'llnever fully understand it.
(11:53):
You'll know that it can drown you, you'll know that it can
kill you. But you also know that it can
make a beautiful scenery and, and really make you stand and
take all. Christianity has changed, ladies
and gentlemen. If you're looking for truth
through human beings or you're expecting people because they
(12:16):
claim to be Christian to be better, then that's where you're
going to fail. Unfortunately, there's a lot of
people out there who don't even make an effort or an attempt to
do like Christ. There's some people out there
that fail constantly and then they make excuses for it and
they justify it. There's people out there who
(12:39):
will tell you that they don't need to look into all the other
stuff that they don't need to bother with science or other
fields of understanding knowledge, history, geography
and and whatever it is that is outside the Bible.
They refuse to look at it. This isn't going to help you.
Obviously this this isn't going to help you get a job.
(13:00):
A lot of younger people nowadays, you're, you're trying
to figure out how the fuck you're supposed to make it when
the economy is shot. You're trying to figure out how
can I get a job and how can I goto college if I'm being robbed
every single minute of the day. And then on top of that, you're
trying to figure out some of youout there.
(13:21):
How am I supposed to get to my classroom when there's a riot
right in front of the door? How am I supposed to go to my
safe zone whenever the entire area is covered with
anti-Semitic people? Some of you have gotten out of
college and you find yourself $50,000 or more in debt.
(13:44):
A lot of you have become suicidal and a lot of you have
come to the point where you don't see a future ahead of you
anymore. All your jobs have been taken by
people who don't even care aboutit.
All your jobs have been taken due to a person's gender or
because of their skin color. And then whenever you look to
(14:06):
religion, you get all these two bit, you know, Bible salesman
who have the don't even care enough to even read their Bible
or understand it. My experience has been
absolutely awful. I've made some friends here and
there, some associates and Christianity, but as far as
(14:26):
fellowship and community, it's been absolute garbage for me.
It's been a lot of unnecessary suffering and aggravation I
shouldn't have had to go throughwhenever I originally started
directing and navigating my way into spirituality and the
concept of God. I should have stayed away from
(14:48):
the Christian communities of YouTube.
They were so busy for years judging me and condemning me for
my past for being an atheist. Basically was the sin that I
committed for having doubt, going through trials and
tribulations. This was the sin that I deserved
to be burned over and over. I did not feel like I was
(15:13):
accepted with love. I don't feel like I was
embraced. I don't feel like any
forgiveness was given whatsoever.
I feel like some religious people liked the way I talked
and they liked me as a person and they were like, well, it's
cool to hear that you're a Christian now, yadda yadda.
And the fact that I referred to myself as a Christian gave a lot
(15:36):
of people validation for their view being right, but it didn't
inspire them to look any further.
It doesn't inspire them to be better Christians or anything.
It just meant, oh, we got another famous, popular person
who believes in God, that that's10 points on our notepad now.
(15:59):
And that's all that. I think for some I was simply a
trophy and others I was a simplyanother mouthpiece for the The
Christian Coalition. If the Amazing Atheist or any
famous atheist today were to drop atheism and get rid of all
(16:24):
your atheist videos like I did and start spouting off about
Christianity, there's going to be a lot of people out there
going to call you a liar. They're going to say that you're
full of shit, even if inside of you internally, you feel like
it's time to make the move, it'stime to get away from atheism.
(16:44):
That atheism benefits you none. It gives you nothing, it offers
nothing, and it has not improvedyour life in any kind of way.
Eventually, as you get older, you're going to say it's time
for a change. There's got to be more going on
in the universe, and you'll understand completely where I'm
coming from at that point. But don't, I warn you, don't try
(17:08):
to connect with social media Christianity.
And if you decide to go to one of these churches out here, be
careful. Unfortunately, I have to say
that the Devil seems to work hisstrongest moves inside the
church itself. Satan seems to create this wedge
(17:32):
or this issue where Christians are the worst enemies of each
other and it would explain why it is.
There's been so many religious wars.
People couldn't just say all right I don't agree with you but
you are more than welcome to believe the way you want to.
(17:53):
If that's what you think then sobe it.
Christians have never learned how to do that.
They have never learned how to be friends with someone who
thinks or feels differently thanthey do.
And that's the reason why for many years there's been war
between Christians, why there's all these different
(18:14):
denominations. A lot of atheists ask why is
there so many? Why is there over 30,000
denominations? It's because Christians didn't
like things that the Catholics did, so they separated
themselves. Christians didn't like what
Calvinists were doing, so they said no, let's start our own
shit. It's like this.
(18:36):
They're either going to go out and try to find something that
agrees with their way of thinking, or they're going to
just simply invent it and use whatever passages it takes
cherry pick or data mining to create something that works for
them. And then people join that shit
and it just keeps on going and going.
(18:58):
And Christianity obviously isn'tthe only religion out there that
has this problem. Islam starting to have major
problems like this. They have different groups of
traditionalist moderate Muslims, blah blah blah blah blah.
And then the pagans of course have more religions than anybody
(19:18):
out there because they didn't have the word denomination.
So they just created all entirely new faiths and new gods
all together. Their imagination went beyond
their religion and disagreementsinto more gods and more mystical
phasmagorical shit and atheism. Although atheists don't want to
(19:40):
accept that it's a it has becomelike a religion.
It has become like a death cult.It is.
You can see that all these atheists, they've tried so hard
to make all these different denominations for you.
Oh, I'm atheist agnostic. I'm, I'm an atheist nihilist.
I'm an atheist Christian. I've even heard that fucking
(20:03):
term before. I'm an atheist to a spiritual
atheist. I'm a Christmas atheist.
I'm a blah blah blah blah blah. Yeah, because the reason why
this has happened is because a lot of you can't stand each
other, right? You don't, you don't want to
become atheism. Plus you don't want to be led by
some asshole or some woman telling you what to how you
(20:28):
ought to do your fucking atheism.
It's for you. It was just simply lacking a
belief in deities simply becauseyou would be more than happy to
believe in God, but you don't feel like you have enough
evidence to accept that that's where you were, and you're not
wanting to join all these fucking Pee Wee Herman Playhouse
versions of what it is that people have done with the title.
(20:51):
I get it. I struggled through all that
bullshit myself. You get some group of atheists
who decide one day they just want to fucking make a video and
say, yeah, we're the one true atheism, we lack a belief
properly. And if you don't follow our
version of atheism, then you're just one of these fucking
(21:14):
atheist punks on the Internet. Sound about right?
So yeah. Yeah, Christianity,
(21:35):
unfortunately, Christianity, thereligion and the people
themselves, there's only been a a few handfuls out there that
have been helpful, are beneficial towards me
constructing my relationship with God.
There's only been a couple handfuls of you out there.
(21:57):
Some of you I have fought with, but you have a lot of truth to
what you're saying. Some of you that have been good
to me from the beginning, you'veall helped me be able to find
the right way to serve and the right way to walk.
I feel like God actually worked through a lot of you out there.
(22:18):
Some of you, I feel like the devil took full control for
atheist and religious people alike.
So here I am telling you, you should not join the Christian
club. You should not join the
Christian community or social media because I feel like it'll
(22:39):
be detrimental to you. It'll be detrimental to you
mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually.
It might even cause you to curl back into your atheist hole.
So we don't want that. Damn, that coffee's hot.
(23:04):
What you need to do is if you are starting to get to a point
where you're saying, all right, there might be a God.
Not really sure who, but there might be.
And there may be a God that actually loves me and cares
about me. Don't don't walk away from that
(23:25):
view and idea. Don't throw out God because a
bunch of religious people are garbage, and don't throw out God
because other atheists are peer pressure and you're telling you
that you're stupid for even thinking that way.
You're not stupid for being openminded.
The concept of God has been around since the dawn of man,
(23:48):
from the moment that man either crawled out of the fucking mud
with the help and assistance of God, or you came up on land as
some kind of lizard and Phibian fucking creature that eventually
turns into a gorilla. Whatever the fuck you think on
that, you need to keep in mind that you came from somewhere.
(24:09):
Something put electricity into your cells, Something created
this extremely complex cell thathas never been revised or or
done in any kind of way in a lab.
Somehow you got here. What's your purpose?
What's your function? These are the things you should
ask yourself first. What is my purpose in existence?
(24:32):
Why do I exist as opposed to this?
Why something as opposed to nothing?
Why nothing as opposed to something?
These are the type of internal questions you should gravitate
towards. Start getting into more
philosophy type of things, your own internal philosophy.
(24:52):
Don't gravitate towards a bunch of lazy ass Christians.
Don't gravitate towards Christians who are all around
drama and want to fight all day about who reads the right Bible,
who goes to the right church. Stay away from those fucking
idiots. Stay away from the people who
(25:13):
tell you that you don't need anykind of morality or any kind of
legalism, things like this. People who tell you you don't
have to do anything. All you have to do is spit out a
few fucking magical words and doa couple hoops and shed and
you're good to go. Don't.
Don't fall into those fucking people.
(25:34):
They're just as lost as the mostignorant atheist out there.
How do you know when things are right?
When you're walking with God, you'll start noticing the
changes in yourself. The transformation might be
fast, it sometimes is very slow, sometimes to a crawl, but you'll
(25:59):
notice things happening for yourself and you'll also notice
that life starts turning into a very strange thing.
It's it isn't like what it used to be.
Whenever you were a non believer, you start noticing a
lot of things that you didn't before because now you know what
to look for and God helps you. God helps you.
(26:21):
Put on the right bifocals, the right glasses, call them the
Holy Spirit glasses if you want. You just start seeing things
that you didn't see before. You'll start finding yourself
getting to a point where you don't want to argue with
something anymore. You just want to understand it.
(26:44):
You just simply want to know. You want to unravel secrets.
You don't want to fight with it.You don't want to argue with it.
You don't want to debate it. You just want to understand it.
And that's where you'll you get yourself to.
Yeah, but don't depend or rely on the flesh.
(27:06):
Even the Bible tells you that every man has failed.
That's the reason why we need a Messiah, it's the reason why we
need Jesus Christ. It's the reason why we need
light in the darkness. Because this world does
everything it can to throw dirt in our face so we can't see.
We can't even be able to tell our ass from our hand in the
(27:28):
dark. It blinds us.
Best thing to do is to simply move forward.
Eventually you see the light offin the distance and you just
follow it. It's it's that simple.
You just follow the light. It's been a really, really tough
(27:58):
couple weeks, ladies and gentlemen.
I've seen a lot of influencing people, a lot of inspirational
people pass away. I'm getting up there towards 50
years old, ladies and gentlemen,my birthday's coming up in
December and I'm going to be damn near a year and a half away
(28:19):
from year and a half or two awayfrom being 50 years old.
Some people would say that's half your life, Brad, that's
half your life. No, it could be that that's I'm
at the end of my life. A lot of my family members
didn't make it past 55. Very few of them dead, but they
(28:39):
ended up losing their minds. I don't want to be that.
That fucking old man in a diapersitting in a chair going, you
know, I'm drooling all over myself.
I don't want to be that shit. I don't want to be in a position
(29:04):
where my kids have to consider, do we take care of our daddy or
do we put him in some kind of fucking building where a bunch
of fat nurses take care of him and shit.
You get to a point in your life where you just start seeing
funeral after funeral after funeral.
(29:26):
You start seeing death, death ofthe people that you loved.
You start seeing the death of people that you thought were
once immortal or invincible thatwould never die.
And it's, I wouldn't say enlightening, but it's humbling.
(29:50):
Doesn't matter if you're a full-fledged father with 10
kids. This world will take you out.
It doesn't matter if you're a sweet little old woman who makes
cookies for the neighborhood kids, the world will take you
out. It doesn't matter if you're five
years old and you got the sweetest smile in the world.
The world can take you out. It's a it's a rough existence.
(30:17):
Extremely rough. Just do the best you can, ladies
and gentlemen, a lot of the commandments and the laws,
(30:39):
they're not difficult. Don't steal, don't kill anybody.
Just love God with all your body, heart, mind, soul, all
that, you know, Try to give yourself a break from time to
time, and then one of those dayshappens to be Saturday and
Sunday, or you know, the end of Friday.
(30:59):
Do it, love yourself, take care of yourself.
Don't covet your neighbor's goods.
Don't look at your neighbor's stuff and go, man, I wish I had
all that shit. I can't tell you how many
neighbors I had where it seemed like they had everything that
you could possibly dream of, butthen their wives would leave
(31:20):
them or the husband would leave. And then the next thing you
know, the kids are dealing with divorces and bullshit and people
are breaking apart material things about which direction it
should go in. And eventually, of course, the
courts take their pieces of the cut as well.
And all they did was sit on their ass and let you yell back
(31:41):
and forth. And definitely, whatever you do,
don't do what I've done. I've got myself in the habit of
watching the news a lot and listening to these lying ass
politicians on all different sides.
(32:01):
Whatever you do, don't fall intothat shit.
So depressing. It's so weird to turn off the
news and turn off your computer and the TV and just simply go
outside and whenever it's not sofucking hot, your body's
melting. But go out there and see the
blue sky and the fucking trees swaying in the wind, you know,
(32:29):
saying, my goodness, this world is beautiful.
It's a lot different. You turn on the fucking
Internet, everything's an explosion, everything's a
breaking news. Everything's fucking bloodshed
and destruction. Crazy all the time.
You turn that shit off, go standout on your deck and smoke a
(32:51):
cigar or do some vape and the world's a totally different
place suddenly. All right, ladies and gentlemen,
when you're wanting to find God and you're wanting to walk with
God, when you're ready for that adventure, don't let nobody
(33:16):
guide you but God. Stay away from all the the
fluff. Stay away from all the solid bar
theology. Do what your heart tells you to
do, not what people peer pressure you or push you or try
to manipulate you by telling youthat you're garbage, you're
stupid and shit. Just do, do good.
(33:41):
Go and sin no more. As Jesus would say.
If somebody throws some shit at you and you don't know what to
do with it, then simply walk away.
You're not obligated to let people smash you.
You're not obligated. Although the Bible says you will
(34:02):
be persecuted and people will hate you, doesn't mean that you
have to stand there and take it.You don't have to put up with
shit. You don't have to be someone's
punching bag. All right, ladies and gentlemen,
I hope you enjoyed the video. Make sure you check me out on
(34:24):
the radio show, on Spotify and hundreds of other outlets.
God bless.
