episode of Bridge the Gap wherewe're balancing life through
health, wealth, business andrelationships. Well, welcome to
the show. My name is ColtonCockerell. And with me, I have
as always my lovely co host,Miss Trisha Stetzel. Trisha, how

(00:24):
are you doing?

Trisha Stetzel (00:25):
I'm great, Colton. I understand that you're
a little under the weather. Ithink it's pretty, pretty fun
that we've got a special gueston today. Maybe he can give you
some good advice. Yeah. Welcomeevery Oh, go ahead. Colton.

Colton Cockerell (00:40):
Oh, say This couldn't have been a better
time. So Dr. Bober Great.

Trisha Stetzel (00:44):
Yeah, absolutely. And welcome,
everybody this month on theshow. We're focused on health.
And today we're going to talkabout I know COVID-19 And who
better to give us a COVIDupdate. Then Dr. Bob Rakowski,
Dr. Bob, welcome to the show.

Bob Rakowski (01:01):
Well, thank you.
Yeah, certainly, I It's one ofmy favorite least favorite
topics, but we have we have alot of good and empowering
information to share. So readyto get started?

Colton Cockerell (01:12):
Well, absolutely. Before we before we
jump in, I do want to give ashout out to our sponsor, which
is Results Xtreme BusinessSolutions. So Trisha, I will be
a gentleman, I'll let you goahead and ask the first
question. How does that sound?

Trisha Stetzel (01:25):
Okay, well, I'm gonna throw an easy one at you,
Bob. Can you just give us a anoverall update on COVID-19? What
does it look like right now?

Bob Rakowski (01:35):
Well, the reality is, is when viruses mutate,
which they do regularly, if theybecome a more lethal form, they
jeopardize their own survival.
So we're likely hundreds, manyhundreds of mutations in not
just three, and it's gotten lessvirulent along the way. And
that's what viruses do. Socertainly far less than the

(01:55):
original version.

Colton Cockerell (01:59):
Well, that that is very good to hear. I'm
glad to hear that. It's. And Imean, you hear that on the news
a lot now. But let me ask youthis, is there a way to prevent
COVID-19? Is there somethingthat you found to help with
that?

Bob Rakowski (02:11):
Well, how about a healthy immune system, you know,
and if you go back to the verybeginning of this, and you look,
the probability of healthy youngpeople now keep in mind,
everything becomes lessefficient with age, including
our immune system. And age is arisk factor for everything,
including death and death fromCOVID-19. So you look at young
kids, and I feel blessed that myentire family has had COVID-19.

(02:34):
And you look at thegranddaughters, they got over
it, and one to two days, shelooked at their parents, they
got over in about five days, youlook at Kelly and I, the
grandparents, we got in over inabout eight or nine days. And
then you look at my parents, 81years old, respectively, all
natural therapies, no shots, which by the way, are basically
injecting pathogens to make yougenetically modified in a really

(02:57):
bad idea. They beat it with fullrecovery in 14 days, we all had
full recovery, no residualsymptoms, no loss of taste,
smell, fatigue, nothing likethat. So healthy bodies can beat
this.

Colton Cockerell (03:12):
Well, Trisha, and I just want to add to that
quick, because that was a lot ofinformation. So let me kind of
ask this. So you just rangedfrom, you know, under five to
81. So if you have COVID whichyour whole family has, what are
best practices for people tofight it?

Bob Rakowski (03:28):
Well, if we go back to the first version,
right, and and I did 100 days ofCOVID updates, and then I
started getting warned to not dothat. So I headed those
warnings, because people got asmuch as death threats and things
like that. So I said, Wow, thisis insane. I don't know what's
behind this. But in my smallcircle, I'll continue to share,

(03:49):
just not on the big stage. Andso the best practices, the
enemies of the immune system arestress and sugar. So don't
stress over it. Don't watch thebad news. If you look at what's
happening in the world, everything's happening in the
world. What do you choose tofocus on? How about good stuff?
How about health enhancing thefirst version of the virus,
there were over 30 provenremedies, and those are all in

(04:09):
the published medicalliterature. So I connected with
my top PhD immunologist, friendsI said, Alright, let's look at
this and figure out what are thebest five and the fantastic five
most people have heard thatvitamin D is great that Vitamin
C is great, that zinc is great.
And the next two would beGanoderma lucidum, the top
superfood with direct actionagainst a viral and direct

(04:31):
immune action. And thencolostrum, which is a passive
protein found in mother's milk, that also is has direct action
against COVID and immunesupporting action. So those five
throughout my entire patientbase, I don't know of a single
patient that even went to thehospital. We've had 100 Plus at
this point, including anothercouple in their 80s that beat it

(04:54):
without issue. So these areeffective.

Colton Cockerell (04:59):
Well I'm glad to hear that For you and your
patients, that's incredible.

Bob Rakowski (05:03):
You know, I'll share a story I had a patient
out of state he, his wife had areally bad case, she was
admitted in the hospital. And heasked me if I would do a zoom,
the husband asked me if I do azoom with the, you know, doctor
in charge of the case? And Isaid, Absolutely. So look, I've
got three minutes, and I justwent to pubmed.gov. And then I
had five different tabs open.
And I had colostrum and COVID,vitamin C, and COVID, vitamin D,

(05:25):
and COVID, zinc and COVID,Ganoderma and COVID. And then I
showed him the studies, he said,Aren't you proved to me I'll
sign off on all that, instead ofgoing on a ventilator? She went
home in two days. So you know,I'm glad to see that there are
some open minded doctors thatwill read the literature. But
let's face it, they're prettyoverwhelmed. And a lot of them
are under a lot of pressure. Idon't believe that gives you an

(05:47):
excuse for not doing criticalthinking and practicing good
medicine. But this doctor didboth. And he did a good job for
his patient.

Colton Cockerell (05:56):
Man. Trisha, sitting there she is just
amazing.

Trisha Stetzel (06:01):
I am. Well, I'm still I'm remembering the last
time we talked to Dr. Bob andhow he said you should go
outside barefooted and walk inthe grass. That's what I
remember. I was thinking aboutthat reminiscing. And I love I
love I love the idea of, youknow, not not going down the
path of injecting ourselves witheven more things right when we

(06:24):
have this virus. I I'm curiousDr. Bob about having COVID More
than once, can we talk aboutthat

Bob Rakowski (06:33):
that typically doesn't happen with natural
immunity. But we're hearingdifferent cases of that. So
understand, when people aregiven a shot, they their body
becomes a spike protein factory.
And that should and I've seen itin at least 90% of the cases
with just screening for a fewauto immunities, they develop an
autoimmune process. Now some ofthose we're seeing coming under

(06:55):
control. But if you had a cellthat was producing spike
proteins, your immune system tosay this is a really bad cell, I
need to kill it. And hopefully, that cell was not in a critical
area like your brain or yourheart. And we're seeing it in
the thyroid, and we're seeing itin the connective tissue. And
those are fairly easy to measureanti nuclear antibodies, anti
thyroid globulin antibodies,anti thyroid peroxidase

(07:17):
antibodies, and we're seeingthem in about 90% of people that
took the shot. Now, some peoplecan clear it. And that's the
great news and hopefully morecan but you shouldn't you
shouldn't get in twice now. Arethere more viruses out there?
There's an estimate if you'reready for this, you're both
numbers, people 10 quintillionviruses. So you know, could
there be one that's beinglabeled as SARS, COVID 2? Well,

(07:39):
we know that the incidence offalse positive is higher than
ever been recorded for any typeof virus before and it was by
design. You know, even theperson that created the test,
the PCR test said the waythey're testing it, they will
get false positives, almostalways. And you can find YouTube

(08:00):
videos when people put in tapwater in a COVID testing showing
a test positive. So you know, what does this mean? Well, you
if you if you beat it, youshould beat it. Are there other
viruses? There will always be?

Colton Cockerell (08:16):
And you start testing my tap water? No, I'm
just

Bob Rakowski (08:19):
like the interesting. You know, do it
live on Facebook? Let's seewhere it goes. Got it.

Colton Cockerell (08:23):
Holy cow. Wow.
So So let me ask you this, because I think now if people
are watching the news a lot, there's this outcry, you know,
with children masking, but moreimportantly, children. With
COVID it being such a risk tothem. So can you can you explain
what you hear about children andCOVID-19?

Bob Rakowski (08:42):
Well, they were never at risk. They weren't at
risk for infecting theirgrandparents. And, you know,
it's like a lot of this beyondridiculous. You can look at the
tables of people that hadchallenges. Now, if they're
shooting young kids and damagingthem, we may see us very
significant increased risk ofdeath. Now I have a patient

(09:05):
that's a funeral director, andhe said that deaths were way up
in 2021. And I asked him who'sdying, he says baby boomers that
we wouldn't have expected. So afairly famous baby boomer that
died was Marvin Hagler. Youknow, he got a shot two weeks
later, he had cardiac arrest.
And you look at pictures of him.
He looked like he could havegotten in the ring again. But

(09:26):
he's no more. You know, samething like Hank Aaron the
homerun king, he did a civicduty got his shot on TV, he was
dead within a few weeks. Ofcourse they said it had nothing
to do with the shot and thatmight be good for his life
insurance. If you get the shotand die from the shot they will
pay an insurance benefit becausethey don't cover experiment
medical experimentation on lifeinsurance.

Colton Cockerell (09:46):
That this is audio only so you can't see our
faces but that is oh my gosh, that is unbelievable. So So go
into it then you can mean Iheard about Betty White as well.
Apparently she got a booster acouple days before she passed.
So weigh as well, which, youknow, COVID, who knows? They
didn't say, but But going backto the kids, so you're saying

(10:06):
that the kids don't there's norisk that they should be in
school, they're stationed toworry about wearing a mask,
because there they are. So I'mtrying to get the word it, they
are not going to be harmed bythis. They might get the
sniffles that it might be achyor whatever. But as far as a
death toll it that's, it's justlike the flu to them. Is that
correct?

Bob Rakowski (10:24):
Yeah, by the way, the only way we knew our
granddaughters had is becausethe parents had it, the kids
were a little sniffly, you know, for a day and a half. So that's,
that's how we assume they hadit. But, you know, Harvard
statistician looked at thenumbers, he said a child is
something like 140 times morelikely to die in the car ride on
the way to school, veryspecifically, than they would be

(10:47):
from COVID-19. Wow. So if you'reafraid to drive a kid to school,
you know, multiply that way out.
Because that's the risk, andthat's legit. And what kids
would have a problem. Extremelyimmunocompromised, whether
they're under cancer, chemotherapy, or something like
that, we need to protect thatvulnerable section of our
population.

Trisha Stetzel (11:10):
All right, another really hot topic, Dr.
Bob masks, let's talk aboutmasks.

Bob Rakowski (11:17):
Well, they never worked. And even the N 95
respirator mask, you look at thepores of those, they're
significantly larger than theCOVID-19 virus. And so even
though what they're consumingone of the best masks out there
is not a barrier. And so thenFaucci said, well, where to wear
three, you know, I don't know, why not wear five, why not wear

(11:38):
10 Because they're not doing youany good. And you know, I do
have a patient's friend whobelieves that the family
believes she died from the mask, she was a school teacher, she
had asthma, she had to wear amask all day long, she ended up
getting a bacterial pneumoniafrom her mask and dying from
that. And so, you know, shecertainly wasn't protecting the

(12:00):
kids and she wasn't protectingherself. And now she's dead, a
mother of five is gone for theseridiculous policies. And, you
know, they never worked. Andthere was no place for him
Period, end of story.

Colton Cockerell (12:14):
And your passion does ring through?
Absolutely, it is just partbreaking stories that you hear,
especially young people who, youknow, they, they have chronic
illnesses, once you know theythey get the vaccine or
whatever, and their lives arenever going to be the same. So
let me ask you this. So on apositive note, or what it sounds
like, positive note from thefirst question, you're
explaining about an update andCOVID-19? Where do you see it

(12:38):
going from here? What's theoutlook?

Bob Rakowski (12:40):
Well, it's gaining momentum to go away, you know,
and so you look at the UK, theylifted all the restrictions. And
then within a day Ireland didit, then Spain did it. And you
know, we have states that arevery free, and we're very
blessed to live in Texas, I callit the land of the free and the
home of the brave, as opposedto, you know, Washington state
is like a prison colony, verysimilar to Australia. Now, if we

(13:04):
do have free elections, andthere's plenty of evidence that
the last one was not, it washighly corrupted, then the
parties that are making thesebad decisions and taking away
people's rights and disputingdata are distorting data's
really a better term to promotetheir own causes, well, they're

(13:25):
gonna be gone. And they will, you know, the experts are saying
there will be a Nuremberg totrial, instead of a select group
from one country, leaders ofmost of the countries are going
to be on trial.

Trisha Stetzel (13:37):
I am curious about this, Dr. Bob, because we
are getting close on time. And Ithink there's this huge debate
out there about whethervaccinated or non vaccinated
people can if they have COVIDcan give it to someone else. So
does it matter whether you'revaccinated or not? Can you still
carry it and give it to someoneelse?

Bob Rakowski (13:55):
Yes, if you have it, you can give it you know,
and so isolation was a reallygood idea. But I'm going to make
the statement that no one'svaccinated, there are people
that are genetically modified, they turned into spike protein
factories, and they're lesshealthy for it. And you know,
there was a more data fromEurope coming out, all of which

(14:16):
is depressed, that these are thepeople that are going to the
hospital, these are the peoplethat are dying, these are the
people that are havingchallenges. And remember, this
virus is much less lethal thanit was originally. So the body
count should be way, way down.

Colton Cockerell (14:30):
And we got, we got about there's just so many
questions I want to ask, Hey, soI got it. There's we got about a
minute left. So, you know,Pfizer came out and said that
they're not going to publish anydata until 75 years from now,
right? Or at least not all ofthe data. So what is your what
is your thought process on that?
Or what how are you looking atthat? Is that corrupt? Or what
are you thinking?

Bob Rakowski (14:51):
They have something to hide? You know,
wouldn't you want open data forthe world? We're talking about
something that impactseverybody. Let's look at the
numbers.

Colton Cockerell (15:00):
Man, it's ridiculous. Well, Dr. Bob, thank
you so much for being on theshow today. I mean, I very
enlightening as always andagain, we'd love to have you
back hopefully, next time wetalk about something besides
COVID Because it's behind us.
That's the That's what we'repraying for. So

Bob Rakowski (15:13):
well, it was really late. For those of us I
got in 2020 on purpose, youknow, hug very sick COVID
patients. Why because I wantedconvalescent plasma to give to
my parents if they needed it,but guess what they kick COVID
Like nothing at 81 years old, soI'll find out.

Trisha Stetzel (15:28):
That is awesome.
Amazing. Dr. Bob. Again, thankyou so very much for being with
us today. For our listeners.
