Meet Jaishaun Offutt, an inspiring high school lineman, who opens up about the challenges and triumphs of balancing academics and athletics. Starting his journey in fourth grade, Jaishaun faced injuries and confidence hurdles but emerged as an all-state lineman and a committed scholar. He shares how Coach Hoenig's unwavering support and guidance played a pivotal role in his high school journey and how Wake Forest became his college choice despite a coaching change. His story is a testament to passion guiding decisions, not financial incentives, and the importance of staying grounded while aiming high.

The episode takes a broader look at the life of young athletes, exploring the dedication needed in sports like basketball and the influence of players such as Jayden Daniels. We navigate through Jaishaun's transition from Handley to Wake Forest, his interest in sports management, and how NIL deals could shape his future. The conversation emphasizes staying humble and keeping options open, encouraging young athletes to prioritize passion over money.

As we transition to local sports news and professional leagues, the spotlight shifts to high school basketball scores and standout performances in Virginia and West Virginia. The excitement ramps up with a discussion on the Washington Commanders' unexpected playoff success, influenced by figures like Magic Johnson and Bob Myers, and predictions for key NFL matchups. Wrapping up, we look forward to the highly anticipated Ohio State vs. Notre Dame clash and reflect on the enduring legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., urging listeners to stay resilient and empowered in their own pursuits.

Speaker 1 (00:19):
I was ready, bro.
It's a hindrance.
Silence is cassette, so letyour voices be heard, man, we
brothers with opinions.
Now we spreading the word.
Bringing light to the darkRevolution is our art.

Speaker 2 (00:30):
Man.
A lot of people talk, but theyain't never walked apart.
Gotta shine a light on povertyand fight against injustice and
always speak the truth when theenemy's on the line.
Good morning ladies andgentlemen.
Y'all know what time it is.
Back with BWO, number onepodcast in the area.
We're going to have a specialguest on today, very, very
special guest, mr Jay Sean Offit, hanley's number one lineman,

(00:52):
probably the all-state lineman, and I won't hype him up too much
, but we're going to have acouple questions for him today
and let him speak on himself andhow blessed he's been to be a
dominant lineman and and scholarover there handling and the
future that he has, includinggoing down there to be a demon
deacon.
So, uh, let's get right into itwith wayne tony and myself and
mr jay sean so welcome jay seanuh.

Speaker 3 (01:15):
So, first off, you know, congratulations on
everything you've accomplished.
You were what uh four fourdthey call it region all-state
lineman, and then uh made firstteam all-state as well.
Yep.
So, jay sean uh, first off, youknow, I guess, introduce
yourself a little bit and tellus about you know, your journey

(01:38):
through your football career.

Speaker 4 (01:40):
I mean I started playing football when I was in
like fourth grade just a littlekid out in neighborhood and just
got picked up by a travel teamseeing size in me and been
playing since fourth grade.
I mean the journey was good, like when I was younger and
never like dealt with anyinjuries or like being put away
from the sport.
But once I got towards highschool, that's when, like it
actually showed like me havingto deal with problems or people

(02:03):
could be better than me or menot believing in myself or
injuries, and I feel like theonly thing that stuck out to me
was either injuries or nothaving confidence at the
beginning and like being herwatching and seeing your
teammates playing, knowing thatyou can't help them.
One in our losing it just likeshowed that I could play a big
role on this team.
I just can stay healthy andbelieve in myself.

(02:24):
So just sitting back andwatching helped me gain
confidence and help me become abetter player.
That's awesome.

Speaker 3 (02:32):
Yeah, I've known you since.
I remember when you started, you moved into there, you and
your brother were like man, lookat the size of these kids.
You know they're going to besomething.
And yeah, you are.
Look, d1 at Wake Forest.
So how are your grades?

Speaker 4 (02:47):
first and foremost, my grades are good.
I strive to get A's and B's.
It might be a couple times Imight have a C, but I try to get
it to as high as possible.
My goal is to get A's and B's.

Speaker 3 (02:58):
Good, so that leads into the next question.
So how do you balance youracademics along with your
playing football?

Speaker 4 (03:07):
I try to stay ahead of my work.
When I was younger I would tryto wait until the last week to
get it all done.
But once you get older you havemore responsibilities.
You just can't wait until thelast week to finish stuff.
So I try to stay on top of itwhen I can and try to get the
work done, ask for help when Ineed it or stay after school,
anything like that.

Speaker 5 (03:26):
But just try and try to get the work done, ask for
help when I'm needed or stayafter school, anything like that
.

Speaker 3 (03:29):
Just try not to fall behind.
That's key, man.
If you know you got to do it,just get it done.
You know what I mean.
Good for you.
So who is your favorite coachright?

Speaker 4 (03:39):
who's, like you know, inspired you or you I mean I
wouldn't say that he's pretty, pretty like inspired me a lot
just because it's only been twoyears.
But our line coach, coach Honig, I feel like him being like an
older dude and having like ayoung heart, you being able to
like just go and talk to him, goto his house, literally ship
with him in two years, just showso much impact he can put on a

(04:00):
young kid in high school so fast, awesome.

Speaker 3 (04:02):
So a young kid in high school, so fast, awesome.
So do you have a favoriteteacher?
We'll put a teacher out there.

Speaker 4 (04:11):
I wouldn't say I have a favorite teacher, but there's
like teachers that I would gotalk to if I need help with
something, or coaches, but Iusually around sports so much as
either coaches or teammatesthat I'm talking to.
I'm not going to talk to my momif I have a lot of problems,
cause she's like versatile, likeshe'll tell me how it is, tell
me what I'm doing wrong and letme know before I, instead of
beating around the bush.

Speaker 3 (04:38):
Good, so now going to Wake Forest.
Was that your first option?

Speaker 4 (04:41):
It wasn't my first option.
I had a lot of FCS offers and Iended up getting offered from
UVA, which is when I went downto campus in the summer.
I ended up getting hurt.
So I had a bunch of campsplanned out in the summer and I
went to my first one at Clemsonand I came back and I wasn't
supposed to be practicing.
I decided to practice.
I ended up getting hurt atspring practice.

(05:02):
So then each week would come upand I wouldn't feel 100.
I was just like not to thepoint where I know I can get in
front of a college and perform,so I just kept pushing them off.
And when force had like a latecamp and I know I wasn't gonna
be 100, but for a coach to stayin contact when you're hurt or
like in the summertime, you'relike a little recruited player.
It just showed like at leastshow interest back because

(05:23):
they're showing interest, and Iwent down there happy to be the
best experience that I've had ina long time of football that's
awesome.

Speaker 3 (05:28):
So they kept in touch and everything while you were,
yeah.
So what was your injury?
How and how did you overcome?

Speaker 4 (05:34):
you know, deal with that being um, so I was doing
one-on-ones and I've had historyof hyperspin in my knee and I
just went to like step in andbuckle, like it usually does,
and it's more the fact that youcan't try to fix it because it's
just swelling up it's eitherice and elevation and trying to
run, but I couldn't really run,it was just swelling.

Speaker 3 (05:55):
Injuries suck.
We all know that, beingathletes, you want to be out
there for your teammates.
I got a quick question.
Who was the?

Speaker 6 (06:03):
actual biggest influence in your life that went
towards football.
Like, who was that person thatsaid, hey, Jayshon, stay with
football?
Like, was there that one mainperson I wouldn't?

Speaker 4 (06:19):
really say it was a main person, but I knew that
football always had an outletfor a lot of people and you
might not be the best talentedplayer when you're younger,
might not see yourself, but ifyou keep working you'll get
there eventually.
And my mom really shows me likejust keep pushing yourself,
because she does a lot of thingsthat most parents wouldn't do
and they try to support theirkids while they're playing three
, four sports.
So her just pushing me to playsports by her just going to work

(06:41):
every day and blessingeverybody and just doing a lot
of things that most parentswouldn't want to do or might get
tired of doing because theyhave a life to, and that
situation that they're dealingwith inside so they're doing
that, just showed me thatfootball has outlet and there's
a lot of ups and downs infootball and it's like that in
life.
So it's teaching me life andI'm playing a sport that I love
to play.

Speaker 3 (07:01):
I love it, chris.
You got a question playing asport that I love to play.
I love it, chris.
You got a question.

Speaker 2 (07:06):
Well, I want to make a comment before the question.
My comment was as excited asWayne and I are, and so many
people right now, because ofJaden Daniels and what he's
doing for Washington.
I feel like if you guys couldhave that same situation in the
playoffs, man like you guyswould have beat Sharando and
could have went even further.
But that's part of that injurything we was just talking about.

(07:26):
But, besides football, I wantedto know how, because I saw you
out there with a nice littlespin move on the court.
How is it out there playing onthat basketball court, you guys?

Speaker 4 (07:34):
I mean, basketball is fun.
I know I'm not the mosttalented player, I know that the
team's good and I see how muchhours they put in and I really
respect that, because not a lotof people are going to do what
they do and the hours that theyput in.
That's why we are where we areright now, just because the
mindset they have and the workthat they put in, and I just
want to be a part of thatjourney.

Speaker 2 (07:53):
Well, it helps to have a young man with your
mindset as well on that courtand pushing them every day.
Yes, sir, you Like, if I wasplaying against somebody like
you in practice every day, Iknew I probably would be
struggling.
So that's only going to helpChristian and Will and Karen and
everybody get better for theregular opponents they have to
play.
So I love playing againstbetter players Like Wayne and I
had to do it all the time inpractice and it definitely made

(08:15):
our starting five better everyday.
Yeah for sure.

Speaker 3 (08:18):
Well, we definitely know kids the size of Jay Sean
is why you stopped playingfootball.

Speaker 5 (08:26):
Yeah, I got tired of getting hit.

Speaker 2 (08:29):
Nah, man, I did it.
Awesome man.
I wish you all the best.
I know the interview's not over, but for you to come from
Hanley and go somewhere likeWake Forest and the two guys
you're sitting across the tablefrom those are UVA fans, so
that's a good choice on yourpart.

Speaker 3 (08:44):
Yeah, I wish you would have chose uda, but hey,
it's just a great thing he'sgoing off and playing somewhere,
but I'll still.
I'll still root for him, butI'll still go root for my hoos
at the same time so yeah, butbut next year he's gonna stop.

Speaker 2 (08:57):
He's gonna stop people from florida state and
clemson trying to get to hisquarterback.
So that's sweet man.
I can't wait to see that allright.

Speaker 3 (09:05):
So, uh, that well that brings.
I'm thinking of you can't speakon your nil deal, can you?
Did you?
Did you get one?
You're gonna leave it, yes orno.

Speaker 4 (09:15):
I feel like it comes with just playing the sport at
the level I'm playing.
That I mean if you're going toplay at a high division, one
school or doesn't matter.
I mean division two.
Kids are getting a two now.
I feel like, yeah, at my pointof view, I'm not thinking about
it.
I chose a school because I lovethis school.
The money comes with it, that'swhat comes with it.
But yeah, not picking a schooljust because of the money.

Speaker 3 (09:37):
Yeah Well, good job man.
Good for you Staying humble.

Speaker 2 (09:45):
Do you know what you're going to try to take up
as far?
As a major or whatever when youget there or are you going to
wait?

Speaker 4 (09:48):
I wanted to do sports management, but I don't have to
declare my major until myjunior year, so I'm going to
keep my options open, justbecause I'm not 100% on what I
want to do.
But that's my main focus rightnow just trying to figure out
what I want to do when I getthere.

Speaker 3 (10:04):
And then now I remember before I forget.

Speaker 6 (10:08):
That kind of ties in though.
Like, if you do get like an NILdeal down the road, what you
want to do in school, you couldprobably take that money and put
towards that.
You know what I'm saying.
You never know, you might bestarting your own business one
day, yeah.

Speaker 3 (10:21):
So these, so these kids?
Now they got financial advisors, yeah, but you seem like you.
You know you're well puttogether, jay Sean.
You know mentally andphysically, so you seem like
you're very mature for your age.
But my question was, because Iremember the coach who recruited
you from Wake Forest what didhe do?

(10:42):
Retire, yeah.

Speaker 4 (10:43):
So the whole head coach resigned after a little
bit after signing day, and itwas more trying to figure out
who was going to be there andwho wasn't.
But it ended up being like mostof the coaching staff that was
there ended up leaving.

Speaker 3 (10:55):
So that leads to my question.
So why did you?
Because a lot of kids I know, when they get recruited by a
certain coach and then the coachleaves, it's like, well then,
I'm not going to go to thatschool now.
So why did you decide to stickwith Wake Forest?

Speaker 4 (11:08):
I mean, I feel like the school was just it felt like
from when I went down to campus.
I've been there a couple oftimes and I didn't pick the
school just because of thecoaching staff, because the
ultimate goal is to playfootball.
But you have to be at schoolfor however long you got to be
there, because football playersare there from half of the year.
So I have to be able to enjoythe school and I enjoyed the

(11:28):
school and the recruiting, thecoordinators and all that.
And well, coach Dicker comingin, he's I mean, he's came from
Washington State, he's been onein each year he's got better and
better.
And just sitting back when theywere trying to figure out the
new coaching staff and when hecame in he got to work.
He got a lot of peopletransferring in and got them
missing pieces and got acoaching staff.
And just trying to give them atry and believe that they can

(11:51):
take me where I want to go iswhat I was mainly focused on.

Speaker 3 (11:55):
Awesome, so all right .
So outside of sports.
What are some of your interestsoutside of sports?

Speaker 4 (12:03):
I mean, I, I really I stay inside most of the time.
I don't really like to leavethe house, but if I do, I'm
either with my friends or outwith my mom.
She might be in running errands.
I just like to be around her,but usually either with my
friends or with my mom nice, okay.

Speaker 3 (12:19):
So what, uh?
What advice would you give aupcoming freshman coming into
high school?

Speaker 4 (12:27):
I feel like if I had advice, my freshman year it
would be stay in the weight room.
You got to get your gradesright because when you come into
high school you just want to belike I'm going to skip practice
today or I'm not going in theday just because you're tired
and don't want to wake up.
But those days add on and onceyou get to your senior year and
you think back if I would thinkback I would be like I should
have been in the weight roomfreshman sophomore year.

(12:47):
Maybe I could have been onvarsity earlier.
That could give me betteropportunities right now where
I'm at.
But I feel like everythinghappens for a reason.
My journey was my journey andthat's why, I like to have my
journey because it's only myjourney.
Nobody lived in my journey.

Speaker 6 (13:02):
Awesome, Jay Sean awesome, got to keep that
mentality.
Gotcha.
If you want to be great, yougot to put that work in, yeah.

Speaker 3 (13:09):
So, chris, you got any more questions for Jay Sean?
Look Zeb's here.
Zeb, you got a question?

Speaker 2 (13:16):
Yeah, do you have a team you follow in the
professional ranks?

Speaker 4 (13:20):
I'm following Washington Like.
I've been watching a couple oftheir games here and there, but
I don't really have a favoriteteam in the NFL.

Speaker 2 (13:27):
What about a couple of your favorite offensive
linemen in the league, likeNelson and some of those guys
that you might look up to orstudy their game some?

Speaker 4 (13:35):
I mean, I feel like he's not playing right now and
he's getting older.
But Trent Williams, if youwatch my film in high school and
go back and watch his film, Ifeel like it's comparison.
We play the same.
We both come a lot of speed, going around the corner comes
with a lot of speed and power, and that's what I model my game
after.

Speaker 2 (13:53):
He played for us for a long time.
He was an all-pro man.

Speaker 4 (13:55):
Yeah, and.

Speaker 2 (13:55):
I saw your highlights and stuff.
You was up there just pickingguys up in the air and just
throwing them out.
It was crazy.

Speaker 6 (14:01):
I'm like man.
I can't wait to see you man.

Speaker 2 (14:05):
Yeah, it was a sight to see, man.
You guys had a lot of greattalent on that team this year,
but you definitely led the wayLike.
Those guys wouldn't have hadall those running yards without
somebody like you and yourbrother and everybody else out
there blocking for them.

Speaker 3 (14:16):
The offensive line is the unsung heroes.

Speaker 2 (14:19):
Yeah, yes, it starts Always.
Y'all guys don't always get alot of the accolades and the
shine, like on ESPN and stuff.
But everybody knows without anoffensive, defensive line, the
teams they're not really goingto be successful.
So they need people like you.
Man, I wish you was going toSyracuse that's my school, but
hey, I don't knock you to go.
You don't want to go to a coldweather area?

Speaker 3 (14:39):
Well, Well, they are in a dome though, aren't they?
Yeah, but not outside practice.

Speaker 1 (14:45):
And going to class every day.
It's cold man.

Speaker 2 (14:48):
I've been to Winston-Salem.
It's pretty nice down there.
Yeah, I like the campus.

Speaker 3 (14:52):
Yeah, it's a very nice area.
So all right, jay Sean, so youalso play.
You know, just like wediscussed Chris broke it up
you're on the basketball teamand you're also part of the
track team because you do whatshot put?
Yeah, I throw a shot.
Didn't you make first team lastyear?

Speaker 4 (15:12):
I mean, yeah, I won states last year in indoor and
outdoor.
I really do it just to get awayfrom football, but it's
happened.
I mean, it turns out to be likea second sport that I would do
if football wasn't there, so Ienjoy throwing a shot on my free
time.

Speaker 2 (15:26):
So you're just out there having fun and while
you're doing it, you're justwinning state championships.

Speaker 3 (15:30):
Yeah, just having fun .
I'm just winning statechampionships.

Speaker 2 (15:35):
That's fire man, because we've had a lot of good
track and field athletes too atHanley.
That's the most championshipswe've won has been in track and
field.
But you out there just winningstates for fun.
As a junior man, that's, that'ssomething sweet.

Speaker 4 (15:51):
What are you looking forward to the most when you get
down there to Winston-Salem?
I just want to get to work.
I just want to see, like, what's the life about in college
and like I know it's going tobe a lot of ups and downs but
just try to figure out like myflow of things.

Speaker 2 (16:06):
And I'm going to do managing playing all-time
football and then going to class, having to keep my grades up.
Yeah, yeah, we all went tocollege man and not to play D1
sports or anything, but there'sa lot of distractions.
You know, I went to DivisionIII to play basketball in
Lynchburg but it's still a lotof distractions because when
you're not used to all thefreedoms and stuff and there's
nobody around really telling youwhat to do, you don't even have
to go to class around reallytelling you what to do.
You don't even have to go toclass.
It can be rough here and there.
I'm going to be honest with you, all the girls and everything

(16:28):
else.
You're just like oh man.
But yeah, you stay focused, man, you're down there.
You know what you're down therefor.

Speaker 6 (16:38):
So we're all rooting for you and pulling for you.
Man, no matter focused.
You know everything in college.
You've got to put it onschedule, yeah.
And if that's what you've gotto do, then that's what you've
got to do that part of the day.
Then it's got to be football,Then it's got to be
weightlifting, Then back to thebooks.
You know you've got to staywithin that sequence, yeah.

Speaker 3 (16:58):
Yeah, believe in you, jay sean.
And I got one last question foryou.
What are, uh, some words youlive by?
Do you have a?

Speaker 4 (17:09):
motto or saying philosophy in life.
I don't have one, but I justknow that every day I wake up
I'm striving to be the bestperson in myself and that can
come in different ways.
It can come just helpingsomebody out in that day or
trying to better myself.
But I just want to have animpact on people's day they're
talking to them or action on hisday going, because a lot of
people do that nowadays, likemost people either holding, like

(17:30):
their problems or what they'regoing through.
Like my teammates, I would talkto them, joke around, but like
I kind of like get a feel forpeople, like how they're acting,
and I might just like talk tothem about their day or whatever
they're going through that'sawesome, jay sean, that, jay
Sean, you have such a greatattitude.

Speaker 3 (17:45):
Knowing you from when you were I wouldn't say small,
but younger You've came a longway and really matured as a
young man and an athlete.
That is awesome.
So we appreciate you being on.

Speaker 2 (17:58):
You have any final words.
You want to speak on anything.
It could be anything you wantto get off your chest or just
put out there.

Speaker 4 (18:11):
Go go judges yeah for sure, room for the judges.
I mean playing with them thisyear and like being
upperclassmen and playing withunderclassmen.
It really like shows me how theupperclassmen were thinking
when I was an underclassmanbecause most underclassmen
aren't taking it serious and, like you know, which I've been
through and I was problems and Ifeel like our team really
matured this year.

(18:31):
Not a lot of people would saythat we would be where we were
just because how young we wereand the problems that we've had
inside our team just being likeyoung and immature going through
our problems but we reallyplayed good this year.
I didn't tell anybody on theteam but I was proud of how we
played, because not a lot ofpeople would expect us to go
down to Salem and have a gamejust because of our past season,

(18:52):
but we really went down thereand put up a fight.
Injuries happen and that'sfootball.
We weren't able to overcomethem, but I was proud of our
season this year.

Speaker 3 (19:03):
You guys have a lot of like you just said, a lot of
young talent coming up, yeah, and they're very like they.
They may be on later too, butthey're mature for their years
too a lot of them kids.

Speaker 6 (19:14):
Yeah, so they put in a lot of work In the locker room
.
You got to keep it like.

Speaker 5 (19:19):
Mm-hmm.

Speaker 6 (19:21):
Well, that's going to have your differences between
one another, but that's whatmakes you stronger.

Speaker 3 (19:25):
Yeah, so yeah man, it's good stuff.
Well, we enjoy having you on,jay Sean, you know.
Good luck to you, yeah, andlet's go win a state
championship in basketball Be apart of that.
Yes, sir, all right, we enjoyhaving you on.

Speaker 6 (19:40):
Yes sir.

Speaker 3 (19:41):
All right.

Speaker 2 (19:45):
We, you're going on.
That's right, all right, weappreciate you.
Wish you all the best, man.
Definitely, to hear how youeven just speak with us just now
, man, you can tell you'reheadstrong man and we definitely
wish you the best in everything, not just football.
Thank you.

Speaker 3 (19:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (19:55):
All right, appreciate it All right.
So let's go ahead into localscores and area news with Mr
Tony Denchies.

Speaker 3 (20:05):
Okay, so we'll start off with Virginia schools first

(20:46):

So Wednesday we had Meridianwins again 87-33.
And TC8, who's that?

I'm not sure who that is.

(21:06):
That would be.

Speaker 6 (21:07):
TC Williams.
It's probably TC Williams.
That's Alexandria area.
It's like Fall Street.
Yeah, I think you're right.

Speaker 2 (21:16):
Tc Williams changed their name To what?
Alexandria?

Speaker 3 (21:21):
High School.

Speaker 6 (21:21):
Yeah, they're Alexandria High School now, so
I'm not sure I'm not seeing fromdown that area, though yeah.

Speaker 3 (21:28):
So Haley won again, defeated Keller Run 98-37.
Milberg defeated James Woods78-66.
Liberty beat Manassas Park52-30.
And Sharando defeated WarrenCounty 58-44.
A Thursday slate was one game.

(21:48):
You had Brentsville fall intoCulpeper County 69-43.
And on Friday Falkier defeatedBrentsville 94-16.
Haley beat Liberty 95-29, got alot of close games here.
Jason would beat Warren County77-56 and Wayne went to this

(22:14):
game.
Meridian and Skyline.
No, I didn't.
I didn't know which one it was.
And Wayne went to this game.
Meridian and Skyline.
Yeah, I did.
Oh, you didn't go.
Oh, that's right, I didn't go.
But I heard Meridian, they won57-54 on a buzzer beat or three
at the end of the game and therewas controversy.
I guess I was hearing frompeople that the kid traveled and
blah, blah, blah.
You know.

Speaker 6 (22:36):
There's always going to be cuts.
They should have went.

Speaker 3 (22:38):
Game-winner.

Speaker 2 (22:40):
What does Hanley average?
90 points a game right now, Idon't know.

Speaker 3 (22:44):
Jayshon's still with us.
He decided to stay on.
So do you know what you allaverage?
I'm not sure what the averageis.
I think the last time Icalculated it I went through all
the scores it was like 70, near80.
But I'm sure it's went up.

Speaker 2 (22:58):
Have they put up triple digits yet, because
they've been at 99, 98.
No, not yet.

Speaker 3 (23:04):
They try, but they haven't yet, so I'll finish up.
Saturday Yesterday, falkirdefeated Kettle Run 78-42.
So on to West Virginia.
They had one game on MondayMusselman fell to University 70
to 45, jefferson defeatedBriarwoods 53 to 51, washington

(23:29):
defeated Musselman 84 to 60 andSpring Mills won again 57 to40
over Morgantown.
That was on Tuesday, and thenthe Friday slate West Virginia.
All I got is Martinsburgdefeated Washington 67-63.

(23:51):
So there you go, fellas.

Speaker 6 (23:53):
There he scores.
There you have it.

Speaker 3 (23:54):
Hanley's still doing their thing, spring Mills is
still doing their thing.
That would be a good game ify'all played them.
I'm still trying to figure outthe school university.

Speaker 6 (24:05):
Where is this at?

Speaker 3 (24:08):
I can't remember where they're at.
Have you heard of theuniversity?

Speaker 4 (24:12):
No.

Speaker 6 (24:14):
Let me see I'll look it up for you that's a West
Virginia school.
Right, yeah, west Virginia.
I've never heard of universitylike high school, like never
heard of it.

Speaker 3 (24:25):
And they don't even want to come up on the search
either.
They're so small Morgantown Isthat Morgantown, yeah,
morgantown.
Thank you, you're right.

Speaker 2 (24:34):
It's probably a high school right off, like you know
what I mean the campus of West.

Speaker 6 (24:38):
Virginia Right off the campus.
Yeah, Possibly.

Speaker 2 (24:41):
True, morgantown was fun to go up to a football game.
Man, I saw them againstSyracuse in 97 with McNabb.
It was sweet dude Eating thatsausage gravy and it was
freezing yeah.

Speaker 3 (24:52):
They had a big stadium too.
So up-and-coming games guysreal quick.
On Monday, spring Mills willplay Shady Spring.
They're 7-1.
Spring.

Speaker 2 (25:05):
Mills is 8-0.

Speaker 3 (25:06):
That's a great matchup.
They play Westside.

Speaker 6 (25:09):
You said Spring Mills is undefeated.
Yeah, they're still undefeated.

Speaker 3 (25:12):
They're the team to beat.
They're loaded Better thanMartinsburg.

Speaker 2 (25:16):
Martinsburg's no good , martinsburg's all right,
Martinsburg's always good.
How about the city no?

Speaker 3 (25:24):
not all the time they're basketball, at least
they're up and down.
It's from year to year.
So then you got this week alsoa big game Hanley playing
Skyline Wednesday.

Speaker 6 (25:39):
Wednesday night.
I'll be at that game.

Speaker 3 (25:41):
Yep.
And then they got another bigone on the slate is
Charlottesville.
They play Saturday at.
Millbrook is where that will be, and then Millbrook, I believe,
plays Orange County, is that?

Speaker 6 (25:52):
like a neutral site.

Speaker 4 (25:53):
Yeah, it's like a little showcase tournament, I
think.

Speaker 3 (25:57):
Because Millbrook plays, I believe Orange County
Is that like a neutral site?
Yeah, it's like a littleshowcase tournament.

Speaker 6 (25:59):
I think Because Milford plays.
I believe Orange.

Speaker 3 (26:01):
County?
Is it at nighttime?

Speaker 4 (26:02):
I'm not sure what the game is.

Speaker 3 (26:05):
I think it's in like 2 or 3 o'clock.

Speaker 6 (26:10):
I think more so a lot of these showcases than they've
been having games like at 2o'clock 12 o'clock.

Speaker 3 (26:15):
No, that's Milclock, it's nuts.
Hold on, that's Millbrook.
I'm looking at the wrong.
I'm thinking Millbrook.
It says to be the.
They haven't put it out thereyet, but I'm sure it's probably
going to be two, three, becausethey've got two games or three,
however many.
Jay Sean just said it's like ashowcase or something.
Right, it'll probably be gamesall day.

(26:37):
Are the girls playing too?
I think they are yeah there'sgoing to be some girls varsity
games, but that's one I want tosee is Hanley versus Skyline.
Girls too, are the girls?
Are they undefeated?

Speaker 4 (26:51):
Our girls lost to Meridian, I think.

Speaker 6 (26:54):
One loss.

Speaker 3 (26:54):
Yeah, they got one loss, okay.
And then Skyline's undefeatedand Wayne, we've seen them girls
, them girls are tough.

Speaker 6 (27:03):
Yeah, I ain't going to lie, that'll be a good game
that girls Skyline, skyline.
The girls game.
I think it'll be a good one.

Speaker 3 (27:11):
They are aggressive, tony, don't they?

Speaker 2 (27:12):
have Diamond and Carson Bunch in them on that
team.
Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 3 (27:15):
Yeah, those girls can do it, dude, they're loaded.
So it's going to be a test forHanley I ain't going to lie the
Hanley girls it's going to be abig game, definitely.
So, all right, guys, we'll getinto your Washington Commanders,
the NFL and all that stuff, because I know you all want to

(27:36):
sit here and toot their horn andall this.
So go ahead, chris, you canstart off.
I get you already cheesing.

Speaker 2 (27:45):
I was.
I was 10 years old when we madeit this far.

Speaker 3 (27:48):
Because Washington defeated Zeb's Lions.
Everybody Zeb's shaking hishead.

Speaker 2 (27:55):
It feels good for multiple reasons, but to have
the toxic toxicity that we'vehad in our organization with dan
snyder and everything else, andthe name change and all that,
to be sitting here with a rookiequarterback when they projected
us to have four wins this yearand we won 12, and now two road
playoff games, it feels great, man, like nobody expected us to

(28:16):
be be where we are and toeverything we went through we
have.
I'm telling you, we haven'tbeen this far since I was 10 and
you and wayne were like 11 or12.
Man, you know how long ago thatis.
We're in our mid 40s, like isthat even really like?
sunk in on me like so a lot ofpeople change teams or now they
like the chiefs or the goldenstate warriors or whoever's good
, but we've stuck with our teamand have dealt with what we've

(28:39):
dealt with forever the seantaylor situation, where he lost
his life, and we haven't beenthe same.
Rg3 is a great rookie.
Get hurt, we haven't been thesame, so we haven't had anything
to cheer for.
So to be where we're at now andgo on the road and be the only
road team to win last week andthen this week play the number
one team and go up there andbeat them yeah, it feels good,
man.

Speaker 3 (28:59):
Well, it's the whole thing.
You know I'll give credit wherecredit's due.
It starts at the top.
Once they got a new ownermanagement, you know they bring
in Magic Johnson, bob Myers twogreat basketball minds.
So it just shows you it startsat the top in the culture you
know, and how it can turn aroundthat quick.
So, hey, I got to give you allcredit.

(29:22):
Whatever my Cowboys we sittingon the couch, you have to have
winning mentality people in yourorganization.

Speaker 6 (29:28):
Like you said, it starts from the front office all
the way back to the players andthe coaches.

Speaker 2 (29:35):
It's accountability man.
Jay Sean, did you watch thatgame at all?
Yeah, I was watching it.

Speaker 4 (29:40):
I watched it here and there, but like the first half,
but I watched the whole secondhalf.

Speaker 3 (29:46):
Yeah it was fun man who stuck out to you in the game
Any players?
Were you watching the linemen?
I?

Speaker 4 (29:54):
don't really watch linemen.
I'm watching like NFL or likeor like college sports, but I'll
be watching like the whole gamein general.
And I mean you can't sayWashington is not good with
their defense.
Had a veteran quarterback Ithink he threw like three picks
and he threw one on their lastdrive of the game.
I mean that quarterback can'tgo out there and throw a pick
and get a last drive of the game.

(30:15):
It's not how it's supposed togo out, yeah.

Speaker 3 (30:18):
And it's defense, though Defense does pin their
ear backs.
They know what's coming.

Speaker 5 (30:24):
I'm not going to lie, but he didn't have a good game.
The golf did not play well.
No, you can't throw three picksin the playoffs and win, no way
.

Speaker 3 (30:34):
But at the same time Washington's D Wayne said it
earlier like they came to play.

Speaker 6 (30:39):
It's different, it's like they were ball hawking last
night which you haven't seen, that out of the Washington
defense over the last two orthree weeks.
You have not seen that at all.
No, not at all.
I mean kudos to the scheme man.
Like you got to trust thescheme man.

Speaker 3 (30:56):
Golf is no slouch as a quarterback.

Speaker 6 (31:00):
He put up big numbers this year.
Man Can't take nothing awayfrom Detroit man, enough of
y'all's commanders and lions.

Speaker 2 (31:13):
Zeb didn't even get to speak on his boys Go ahead.

Speaker 3 (31:15):
Zeb, what do you got to say about your life?
David was the number one seedfor the first time ever In our
franchise history, but won thedivision and lose.

Speaker 5 (31:25):
Well, we had a coach Change the culture of the locker
room.
So we'll be back next year.

Speaker 3 (31:32):
Yeah, I feel the lie, they'll be back.

Speaker 2 (31:35):
I can't lie.
I'm going to draft JeremiahGibbs in fantasy man, he'd be
killing us.
Oh my God, yeah.

Speaker 3 (31:40):
That dude, though.
He was the shining star for theLions.

Speaker 5 (31:43):
Yeah, keep him signed , give him a contract, please.
Please, don't lose him or thecoach.
Them two we need.

Speaker 6 (31:51):
Yeah, you got to keep both of those backs.

Speaker 2 (31:58):
Barry looked like he wanted to get in last night.

Speaker 3 (31:58):
Barry Sanders, he looks like he can still play.
Yeah, that's what I was goingto say he looks like he can
still play.
But on to today's slate playoffgames.
You have the Rams and Eaglesand then the Bills and Ravens.
So what's your all's thoughtson these games today?
After seeing yesterday.

Speaker 4 (32:21):
Who do you like?
I like the Ravens.
I feel like, even though thatthey're missing Zay Flyers, the
run game they're going to beable to establish that early.
Derek Henry, Lamar Jackson backthrough the read option.
I feel like it's going to openup a lot of things.
It might open up the pass gamea little bit.

Speaker 6 (32:37):
Yeah, I can agree with that.

Speaker 2 (32:39):
I like that, though, really they're the two best in
the game, man.
When they got together, I toldyou I think they're going to
Super Bowl and win it all.
Now, hopefully they lose to usif we do make it, but that's two
of the best ever at theirposition.

Speaker 6 (32:53):
Yeah, jay Sean said something key, so they're
missing Zay Flowers man, so Ibelieve it will probably be a
heavy dose of Derrick Henrywhich will open up the pass game
, like you just said, so whywouldn't you hand the ball to
him?

Speaker 3 (33:07):
I mean the guy's what 6'3, 250, who knows?
I know I'd make a businessdecision if he's coming downhill
.
I can agree with that.
I think the Ravens will have tohave a heavy dose of Henry, and

(33:28):
who wouldn't you know what Imean?

Speaker 6 (33:30):
so we're going to go around the horn.
So Jay Sean already took theRavens.
I'm not going to jump on thebandwagon, but I'm going to take
the Ravens.

Speaker 3 (33:37):
I'm not going to jump on the bandwagon, but I'm going
to take the Ravens also.
I'm with you.
I mean I got the Ravens.
I think it'll be close.
It'll be a good game, becauseJosh Allen is just on another
level, in my opinion, at QB aswell.

Speaker 6 (33:51):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (33:52):
And it'll be a close game.
I think it'll come ultimatelydown to defense.
Somebody's going to make a stop, and I believe the Ravens'
defense, because I don't thinkthe Bills They've been playing
better, they've been playingbetter, but I think the Ravens'
D will step up and win the gamefor them.

Speaker 2 (34:10):
But it's in Buffalo.

Speaker 3 (34:12):
Yeah, I mean it's in Buffalo.

Speaker 6 (34:15):
Yeah, but Baltimore they're used to that shit.
I mean it's in Buffalo, yeah, but Baltimore they're used to
that shit.
I mean there's still coldweather in Baltimore.

Speaker 2 (34:20):
Yeah, man, it's not the same, but yeah, I'm just
saying it's at home for Buffalo.

Speaker 6 (34:23):
Yeah, but I got Ravens.

Speaker 2 (34:26):
You're right.

Speaker 6 (34:26):
They're treated like it's a road game.
I mean, it's a road game forBaltimore.
So you got Chris.

Speaker 2 (34:33):
I told you I picked the Ravens to win the whole
thing.
When they got Derek Henry, I'mlike damn, and Lamar, that's
amazing, is that?

Speaker 3 (34:40):
who you got.

Speaker 5 (34:43):
I got the Ravens, but I don't know what's going to
happen if they play the Chiefsnext weekend.
Thinking ahead.

Speaker 3 (34:50):
Well, we haven't even going to discuss that yet.
Yeah, that's another day.

Speaker 6 (34:56):
So the panel all takes the Ravens on that one.

Speaker 3 (34:59):
Mahomes, we'll talk about that game with the Chiefs
and Texans, because the Texanswere playing, they was hitting
that defense and then they getbogus.
You know this roughing thepasser calls.

Speaker 6 (35:11):
They got robbed on that one first down where their
running back was past the markand it was third and one and
they were down by like one score.
So it was third and one.
And then they came up to run aplay and then they they threw a
penalty on him for like theillegal shift.
And then, like third to sixth, and then the announcers went

(35:33):
back into it.
They were like, oh look, he waspast the marker, why didn't
they replay that?
So they never replayed it.
It's another one of thoseKansas City moments, man like
when you wrestle alwaysundersized.

Speaker 3 (35:44):
It seems like it.
Yeah, a lot.
It just seems like it.

Speaker 5 (35:48):
It's questionable.

Speaker 6 (35:49):
Because it was a game too.

Speaker 3 (35:51):
That's a momentum changer Texans.
I remember the first roughingthe passer.
It was third, it was up tothird and all Right and they
caught it.
And then they get another onewhere he goes and slides but the
two Texans hit each other andthey still threw the flag and
I'm like, are you kidding me?
So it's kind of sketch.

(36:14):
Why does Mahomes get all thesecalls?
It's just big momentum changers.
People don't want to say it,but it is when you sit there and
the defense has pretty muchmade a stop.

Speaker 6 (36:26):
It's the same like LeBron.
Lebron's the face of the NBA.
Patrick Mahomes is the face ofthe NFL.
I mean you've got to believe.
I mean he gets certain callsthat other quarterbacks don't
get.

Speaker 3 (36:40):
I mean the superstars are going to get favorable
calls.

Speaker 6 (36:46):
It's almost like you got to make your mark first.
You know what I'm saying.
You got to be in the league acertain amount of years or gain
that respect.

Speaker 3 (36:55):
I can agree with that .
He's going to get a littlefavoritism We'll move on to the
next game.

Speaker 6 (37:00):
What you got?
Who have we seen?

Speaker 3 (37:04):
Oh, we have a Philly and Rams.
Yeah, philly and Rams.
So this is y'all's upcoming, and whoever wins this, who do
you see playing Washington?

Speaker 4 (37:13):
I feel like the Eagles.
They have Saquon Barkley.
He's been having an amazingseason.
That past game is just elite.
I feel like you have a balanceof both worlds.
I feel like it's like a youngRam team.
I feel like not going to standthe whole time.
I feel like the Eagles are onthat game.

Speaker 3 (37:32):
I don't know about a young Rams team.
They've been there.

Speaker 4 (37:36):
Yeah, they were there a couple years ago, but I feel
like after they got the SuperBowl and they went into their
rebuild, they just had a couplepieces that helped them get to
where they are now.

Speaker 3 (37:45):
Yeah, I agree with what Nakua, and their running
back.
So Stafford is the.

Speaker 4 (37:51):
He's the vet on the team, for sure.

Speaker 6 (37:53):
Like I'm with Jay Sean with the Saquon thing
Saquon's that guy but like I'mjust thinking like it's going to
come down to quarterback playwho's going to make that?

Speaker 3 (38:04):
turnover that they don't have to make, and I think
it's going to be Jalen Hurtsmaking that turnover, that
interception that he's used tothrowing in big moments, and the
Rams defense is playing bettertoo.

Speaker 6 (38:16):
I'm going to have to ride with the Rams on this one
man and a close one, though Realclose game.
I think it'll be close, butyeah, I got it.
We'll have MVP-type numberscome out, not on the upside.

Speaker 3 (38:29):
I'm with you.
I believe in the veteranstaffer.
I think he's going to step upin Philly because it's in
Philadelphia and I think he'll.
It'll be on Stafford, Like yousaid.
It's going to come down to thequarterback play.

Speaker 6 (38:42):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (38:43):
And I think Stafford will outplay Hurts and win the
game.
Chris, what do you think?

Speaker 2 (38:49):
Is Aaron Donald playing the Rams?
Wish I got Philly.
I want Philly to win because Ilove Saquon, but I want Philly
to win because that's ourdivision.
I think it would be a toughergame and environment to play up
there in Philly, lincolnFinancial or whatever.
But they beat us once this year.

(39:11):
We beat them once.
I would love that rubber match.
But thinking about how we justwent to Tampa, way down to
Florida, went way up to Michiganto beat Detroit, maybe it's
cool to go all the way toCalifornia and play the Rams
yeah, because we're not reallyworried about where we go.
But I got Saquon and the Eagles.
I think they're too much thatrunning game.

Speaker 3 (39:29):
Yeah, Aaron.

Speaker 2 (39:30):
Donald's not playing right.

Speaker 6 (39:31):
Yes, yeah, he's out.

Speaker 3 (39:33):
You might change my mind now that Eric Donald's not
playing.

Speaker 6 (39:36):
I think they put him on the pups list, right.

Speaker 2 (39:40):
Yeah, for life.

Speaker 3 (39:41):
He retires All right, zeb, who do you got?

Speaker 5 (39:49):
I got the Eagles Barkley.
He's playing on another level.
He's walking away from records.
He doesn't even care about it,like in the last game.
At the end of the game he couldhave scored a touchdown, he
could have run his stats up, buthe just took a knee.
He's just on a different level.

Speaker 3 (40:07):
Yeah, you got to love players like that that are
humble.

Speaker 5 (40:10):
He wants to win the Super Bowl.
I can tell by the way he'splaying.

Speaker 3 (40:13):
Well, that's always the ultimate goal, by the way,
he's playing.
Well, that's always theultimate goal.
It's a team sport, notindividual, because when Zayquan
said they interviewed him aboutit, like why didn't you score?
And he's like I could havepulled a hamstring or something,
no-transcript so yeah, so wesee games play out, though.

(40:35):
So we see what we all pick.
We all pick.

Speaker 6 (40:39):
We all went with the ravens or all went with the
ravens so ravens and jay shot, all took the got it we took the
rain without we took the ram.

Speaker 3 (40:47):
So, gotcha, we're gonna ride with the ram man so
let's talk about uh, we got donewith the NFL.
Let's talk about this upcomingNatty National Championship.
You're talking about theNational Championship, yeah.

Speaker 6 (41:00):
Your Ohio State Two years ago.
We was going to win.
Who did I tell you was going to?

Speaker 3 (41:04):
win, let's go.
Bucs, you said Ohio State.
I know I was trying to ridethat Oregon train and they
disappointed me.
They always seem to choke.

Speaker 6 (41:13):
I'm just mad.
I didn't like place a bet onthis.
Like because the spread, theodds would have been so crazy.
Yeah, like I could have won agood amount of money taking the
Buckeyes, because nobody wouldhave thought Buckeyes two months
ago was going to win.

Speaker 3 (41:26):
Well, we'll start with our special guest, jay Jay
Shaw.
Who do you feel is going to win?

Speaker 4 (41:31):
I feel like Ohio State is going to get it.
I feel like Notre Dame takespride in their man defense and
they're going to stick withwhat's been helping them win all
season.
I feel like Ohio State isperforming better than man.
You got Jeremiah Smith, truefreshman receiver, going over
the top.
I mean there's nothing you cando one-on-one with him.
You have to have somebody overthe top and playing man-to-man
coverage all game.

Speaker 6 (41:51):
it's not going to work.
It's not going to work, it'snot going to work.
Yeah, got you.
We got some Wayne going in.
Jeremiah's a beast.
I'm going with him.
We already know who you likeYou've been saying it for weeks
it's definitely Buckeyes, but Ibelieve, like Jay Shaw said,
they play a lot of man-to-man,but you can't do that with Ohio
State because they got weaponsthat can beat you over the top.

(42:12):
So you know, go Buckeyes.

Speaker 3 (42:15):
Well, you know me, I'm going to go with the
underdog.
Of course, I like to see theother.

Speaker 6 (42:23):
Every time you go with the underdog, what happens?
It comes back to you.
All right, let me Just like yougot my commanders down to last.

Speaker 3 (42:30):
All right, I got to keep it real Ohio State's
probably.
They got too much speed.
You know Notre Dame has playedtough.
They're defense, you know yougot to give them that.
But I think, like you said, they try to play man and then if
they go zone, ohio State willprobably just eat that up.
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (42:47):
Good question for you , then, tony.
Who has a better defense?

Speaker 3 (42:50):
Who has a better defense man?

Speaker 6 (42:56):
Because you keep saying oh, notre Dame has a good
defense, I know, but Buckeyesalso have a good defense.

Speaker 3 (43:00):
Yeah, I mean it's probably it's close.

Speaker 1 (43:04):
I mean like I said I'm going to give Notre.

Speaker 3 (43:06):
Dame their credit, because I didn't think honestly
Notre Dame would even make it.
I thought they would lose.

Speaker 6 (43:11):
Now, who has the better offense?
Oh?

Speaker 3 (43:13):
Ohio State.
Who's going to win the game?
Tony, I just said I'll go withOhio State.
They'll win.
I'll just keep it real.

Speaker 6 (43:23):
There's just going to be too much offensively, I feel
I like to mess with you there.

Speaker 3 (43:29):
I mean, even though I think they'll come to play, I
don't think it'll be a blowout, but Ohio State will pull it out?

Speaker 6 (43:35):
Yeah, no.

Speaker 3 (43:36):
I actually think it's going to be a good game, man,
because like you just said, likeboth of them have good defenses
, but I just don't think NotreDame offensively has enough
firepower.
So what do you think, chris, rudy, rudy, I love that movie,
rudy man.

Speaker 2 (43:56):
And Notre Dame hasn't been good since back in, like
the early 90s.
Really.
I'm picking them for thatreason, the sentimental pick,
but also because the coach, marcus Freeman man, half black,
half Asian, he went to OhioState and played football and I
think he's just turned aroundNotre Dame man and I think they
can take it to him.
So I'm definitely picking NotreDame to win it in the close

(44:17):
game.

Speaker 3 (44:19):
All right.

Speaker 2 (44:21):
But I'm definitely, I'm rooting for Notre Dame Zeb
who you got.

Speaker 5 (44:26):
I'm thinking Notre Dame's going to do it.
I think it'll be their year.

Speaker 3 (44:31):
The luck of the Irish .

Speaker 2 (44:32):
Yeah, I think they'll do it.
Well, hey, it's a year forteams like that Washington,
Notre Dame, certain teams thathaven't been relevant since the
early 90s Time to come back.

Speaker 3 (44:43):
You got a good point Teams coming back.
Very true, yeah.
So all right, fellas, we wantto mention about TikTok or no?
We're going to save that foranother day.
Wayne's going to smile on hisface.
Oh no we'll save that foranother day.

Speaker 5 (45:03):
I don't have TikTok, so I don't know.

Speaker 3 (45:06):
Yeah, I don't either, but I'll say it like this
Everybody's butthurt aboutTikTok, everybody's butthurt
about TikTok being banned rightnow, but yeah, I guess we'll
save that for another day, soyeah, guys, we could talk about
that all day, so we'll save thatfor another episode.

Speaker 2 (45:19):
What about the favorite person?
My favorite person I've nevermet, and people always ask if
you could have dinner with acouple people or whatever.
Who would it be?
The one that I never met?
Man, his day's tomorrow, man,and he should have his day every
day.
But that's dr martin lutherking jr.
Man, yeah, a lot of peopledon't have to work tomorrow I do
but a lot of people get off ofschool and work and stuff he

(45:41):
don't have school tomorrow it'sa holiday, there's no school
tomorrow

Speaker 4 (45:45):
we got off tomorrow yeah man, it's a national
holiday.

Speaker 2 (45:48):
I know that's sweet.
It wasn't like that when wewent to school, but that's
amazing, man.
I'm glad like I've been to hishouse where he was born and
everything in that land, andmore than once.
He's definitely the guy I wouldI would have dinner with if I,
if I could.
That I didn't know, man.
I think he did a lot for us andthe times that we're going
through now, man, it's specialto know that there was people
that really stuck their neck outthere and try to make a
difference and obviously a lotof people now are afraid to go

(46:11):
that route because the ones thatdid it in the 60s have all been
killed, they're all gone.
But it's to have it at nationalholiday and people not to have
to work or go to school, man, that's that's something special,
man, because he definitely met.
He met a world of differencefor all people, not just one
race or one, you know, oneethnicity and one financial
bracket.
He tried to help everybody well.

Speaker 6 (46:31):
Corporate businesses they need to stop just being
greedy.
Like I gotta, I got to worktomorrow.
Like you know what I mean.
Like, oh, you have to work, Seethat's messed up, so do I Like
everybody should be off.

Speaker 2 (46:41):
Like it's a national holiday, but but at least the
kids get out of school, that'scool.

Speaker 3 (46:47):
Do you get time and a half?
No, I don't even think.

Speaker 6 (46:53):
So we get like this holiday slip at work.
It'll tell you all the holidaysthroughout the whole year.
I didn't see Martin Luther Kingon there.
Man, I think I might bring thatup to my HR lady, you should.
And she's black you just had tothrow that out there.
Man, a woman talk in youroffice.

(47:15):
You got to straighten this up,man.

Speaker 3 (47:18):
Just call out man.
Make a stand, say you'recelebrating MLK Zeb you work
tomorrow too.

Speaker 5 (47:28):
Yes.

Speaker 3 (47:30):
Why do these factories have to be open?
That's crazy.

Speaker 2 (47:34):
Because they want the money.
The only people that really getoff are like federal and
governmental places.

Speaker 5 (47:40):
It's just governments , Private corporations.
It's their option to give youoff or not.
Well, man, we all know thatPeople work on Christmas too.
I mean it's not the holiday.

Speaker 6 (47:52):
Nope, All right Charlie.
Well, All right Charlie.
