One of the antidotes to fear is... accountability.

It doesn't seem like accountability would help us forge through our fears, but it does.

When fear attacks, in the forms of anxiety, worry, desperation, procrastination, anger, etc., we often get sucked into the feelings with little idea how to climb out of the hole. Our usual response is to close into ourselves in shame or confusion of how to move through the fear and sit with it alone until it either passes or is pushed down by some other more pressing matter in our lives. But that's not an effective way to handle fear.

Invite people into your fear. Uncomfortable. Taboo almost. But one of the most effective methods of how to forge through fear to grab hold of the future you want, not the one you're afraid may happen.

In this episode, we talk about how to employ the power of partnership accountability to address fear in our lives. We lay out the steps to take to move past paralysis to progress, as well as the steps not to take. Fear can be forged through with accountability and smart moves.
